Hello all, I’m wondering if there is any way, or if anyone has a workable method, to pull how long each user took to complete each assignment within a Course? My team runs a 3-5 week New Hire ILT Course and I want to try and pull individual completion times to gain some metrics on how long it is taking for each course to be completed on average for lesson planning. I haven’t been able to find a decent way to do this other than opening each individual assignment/module and then manually calculating duration based on the completion vs start date/time columns. Any help is appreciated, thank you so much! Jeremy

We are in the implementation phase of our relationship with Docebo and I am struggling to determine the best structure needed to accomplish our long term goals.  We plan to use the platform for everything from onboarding, compliance training, management training, general training, business line specific training (think sales, account management, accounting, ect) and eventually client/prospect learning.  Some of the training will be required, some self-enrolled.  Does anyone have pointers on setting up Branches and Groups?  Maybe something you learned after the fact and wish you would have done differently.Thank you,

Hello all, I’m wondering if it’s possible to have users enrolled in the same VILT session, but each user has different Courses assigned to them. For example, VILT has 2 users - A and B. User A is enrolled in the VILT with Course option 1, and User B is enrolled in the same VILT but with Course option 2 so that both can access the same Zoom link for attendance tracking? Thank you! Jeremy

Today was the day! Our team went live with our first instance of extended enterprise!! I want to give a special thanks to @KMallette for being our guiding light on this project, and @dklinger and @pmo for all of their contributions toward this success. Couldn’t have done it without your help. My question: When users go to the old URL, in this case lms.flpps.org , they can still login to their branch and see their pages. Is this supposed to happen. When logging in at their new EE (lms.flacra.org) everything also works there. I just don’t want them to even be able to view the old site. Is this possible? 

I have a PDF file that I would like to share as an Asset so they can download and print it, but it keeps uploading as slides. I've been told slides are the only thing supported as an asset, and a PDF can't be an asset.  If that is the case, do people convert their PDFs to better work as slides so users don’t have to scroll?  If I wanted it to be slides, I would have DESIGNED it as slides!I want to be able to add a widget to the homepage that allows them to click and download the file. I don’t want to require they open a course (which some find intimidating because “they are too busy”). We try to keep the widgets dynamic, spotlighting tips and tricks, best practices, new release information.  Sometimes I link them to a special review course, but sometimes I just want them to download the PDF.  Since I can’t link directly to content in the Central Repository, I thought Assets would be the answer!Do I have to send them into a course just to download a PDF?

Hi all, we recently implemented Docebo in our organisation, and 8 months in we are working through what our best options are for creating the most efficient Course Review and Maintenance Process. We want to establish a structured process for systematically getting course owners/SME’s in the business to review and maintaining their courses within the platform, especially with a specific focus on Health & Safety, and Compliance training. We have a lot of compliance training in our business, and currently there are about 1500 courses live.  If anyone has any ideas on how they currently use Docebo platform to support their Course Review and Maintenance Process we would be very grateful to hear them.  Thanks!

Does anyone know what triggers the “verified” vs. “unverified” menu in the user profiles? I have some users that are unable to access their course material, and (through a lot of trial and error!) I figured out it was because they were “unverified”. But I’m not sure why some of my users are verified and some are not. Anyone know what triggers it? Thanks!

We launched a series of Learning Plans (Bootcamp) that included 3 Linkedin Learning courses. These 3 courses are also a LIL plan that allows for a Linkedin Learning certification that a user can post to their Linkedin profile. A user launches each course from Docebo and completion is recorded in both Docebo and Linkedin Learning. However, we have a handful of employees where the completion WAS NOT recorded in Linkedin and WAS recorded in Docebo. This has caused headaches because some didnt receive their certificate from Linkedin so they could post to their profile. I cannot figure out why this would happen to some and not others. Anyone have a solution?

Anyone come up with a easy-to-manage workaround for the Manage Page page to find which menus a page is attached to?Currently I am putting the name of my Home page (the code) into the description, and/or impersonating a user who I expect to use that page (which is a whole other process in itself)I have added my vote to the Idea already.

Does anyone have a solution in which they allow their customer to contact their training operatiosn team from Docebo? Almost like creating a ticket.

I would like to upload a FAQ document with an option to add a search functions, eg. you just type in a specific word and the document offers you all Q&A than contain that word. In our case it’s useful, because the Q&A are often cross-course. I was told in the help centre that this does not exist for the moment. What do you think to add this kind of feature?

Hello amazing Docebo people...I have received a request to add a survey after every training material in a course (and for a lot of courses - over 100 courses).First thing that comes to mind is creating a survey in the central repository and reusing it, right...makes sense. But if I have to add a survey for each training material, then I need multiple surveys in the central Repository since I can’t add the same training material to any one course. Not necessarily one survey per training material, but one for the highest number of training materials I would have in any course (right now that is about 7, but could go higher). Survey 1 Survey 2 Survey 3, etc.Then put Survey 1 after the first training material, Survey 2 after the second and so on...Another thing - having a training material in the central repository named in a way to keep in straight in all courses also is a challenge since I can’t

Hi! Does anyone have any best practices for certifications? Specifically we have a region of employees who have various courses that expire in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years. I have the certifications and notifications set up, but does a certification expiring automatically re-enroll them in the course?Besides notifications, any general best practices or tips so our power users and employees can easily stay on top of their certifications?thanks!

We currently use the automation app to update/bring across our user data from our HR system (MHR/iTrent) at 2am-ish every morning. This transfer includes new starters who come across as new LMS accounts on their start date.We were hoping to grant LMS access to new starters prior to their start date so they could complete certain elearning modules, but have been told by MHR that this cannot happen via the automation app as new starter records prior to their start date are classed as applicant records and will not be created in the LMS?From what they are saying, it sounds like a Docebo issue and they have suggested I raise this as an idea on the Forum.Before I do this, has anybody else managed to do this via automation? We do not want to create accounts manually as we are a Local Authority and have a lot of new starters coming over to the LMS every week!

In the User Personal Summary Report, there is total hours.However, when I extract training material time (sec) from Custom Reports, the value is much higher than the Total Hours in the User Summary Report.Suffice to say, I divided the training material time by 3600 to change seconds into hours. Despite this, the number I get is marginally higher than the total hours represented in the User Summary Report.For my account, total hours on the User Personal Summary Report is equal to 214 hours and 4 minutes. However, from the extracted Custom Report, my hours are around 608.I would like to know why there is variance between the two and if I’m making any mistakes in how I get my time?

Hello! My platform pulls in user data from our HR system, which we use to automate group assignment.Is it possible to create group conditions based on null, blank, or empty values? By default, the system doesn’t allow it, but if wonder if there is a sneaky workaround for this. Our contractors are entered into our system with null values. If I can create conditions based on null values than I could create groups to separate contractors and everyone else.Assign to contractor group if X field is equal to null. Assign to everyone else group if X field is not equal to null.

Has anyone else experienced issues with mass enrolling users into a Learning Plan and having a large portion of the users not getting enrolled into the courses within that plan?  I just enrolled ALL of our employees (2000+) into a compliance course learning plan that contains 3 courses.  It showed all users were enrolled in the plan, but when I looked at the individual courses, only about 1000 were enrolled into each course (same number for each of the 3 courses).  I was able to go into each course (thankfully it was only 3!) and enroll everyone from there.To go along with this, we also have a notification that should have gone out upon enrollment into that Learning Plan.  When we tested with a small handful of users, the enrollments and notifications worked perfectly.  But I have had a lot of people saying they never received the notification (which contained all the info and instructions about the required courses) when we did the mass enrollment.  I am wondering if those t

Is it possible to use the API explorer to remove visibility from catalogs?We have used API explorer to add visibility to catalogs, but we must now remove a group’s visibility from many catalogs.For example, “Branch A” users can see catalogs 1 through 100. We now want catalogs 1 through 100 to NOT be visible to Branch A. In other words, we would unassign visibility of catalogs 1 through 100 from Branch A.Is this possible with the API?Example of batch adding visibility:Thanks for any info!Kristen

If I create this mobile app… and then my company decides we need to use a different email address a different name can I change it?  I want to move forward with the app… but if I build something that can’t be changed later on I’m going to regret it… any idea if the email associated with the app and the name can be updated if needed later on?   

Hi - we have been running into a dilemma and have been working tickets (unfortunately for an extended duration) to try to understand why certain Go1 courses are failing to load for users intermittently.The usecase is that we use certain course materials “off of the shelf” that help to cover us in some regulatory spaces. When people take the course year 1? The course is marked as completed. Year 2? You need to do something to support getting a fresh training material again. Because if you keeping a persistent learning profile? A person will be graded as completing the course as soon as they open it (as the training material was completed in year 1).A prescribed approach is that we receive skinny SCORM files to help record the training for the next year so that the training material supported getting “knocked on the door again”….but we found that a few random folk continue to run into this fail to load/ user inactive error.I am sharing to see - has anyone else had

Hello all,We are working towards monetizing our content.  Our content is delivered both in e-learning and ILT modes. Currently the content is freely available to our audience (we are a startup).   I have been reading a few threads and it seems the way (possibly the only way) to go is to make use of the e-commerce app but there are gaps; e.g. managing payments outside Docebo.I would personally prefer to manage such payments outside the LMS.  Having prior experience with other LMSs, I am thinking credits here; not Docebo’s continuing education credits that had me briefly confused but credits as a form of alternate payment to buy courses, allocated as part of contract/licence etc.  Credits are then updated in the LMS for groups/branches of users and they can collectively use such credits to purchase content.We are considering the Subscription Codes app but the implementation/support seems a bit rudimentary; I don’t see any API support and I don’t even see UI

Is there a simple way to “unpublish” a course or do I need to actually archive them and remove them from all channels and learning plans?  I know I can flip them to “under maintenance”, but those are still accessible.  I would like to keep course info, but make it unaccessible to users. Thank you,

Hello Community, I’ve seen this asked a few times and the solution has been suggested to use the native URL - kinda works until you want to create content as an admin, then all the hyperlinks are not created with the vanity URL but with the native one which breaks the flow for end users. Has anyone managed to find a way to bypass the SSO page with a vanity URL redirect?

HI there,Does anyone know if we can set up Microsoft TEAMS breakout rooms participants in advance for upcoming courses.  It is really tricky to wait until everyone arrives into the class and then assign them to their groups.  If the course is small or if I could auto assign it isn’t too difficult.  But, we have some courses that have different teams that need to be together and I need to manually add each person to their specific room.  The way Docebo Teams is set up now, I can’t assign the participants until the class has started and the participants are there.  Has anyone been able to do this?

And you get yourself cross-eyed with it? Well - the trick is to get to the login screen where you manage your account directly.I am going to suggest to use this url (and not the direct url) so that it brings you to the login:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/requests/Now that may seem like it is basic and documented? Myself and my team were hitting wall of trying to deeplinks from ticket numbers and were getting no where for a few weeks.Anyone else have a hack? I can tell you if you try to engage
