Hello community,I am seeking assistance with an issue I've encountered. I am attempting to update a user's additional fields using the PUT /manage/v1/user/{id} endpoint. However, I'm facing some challenges and would appreciate your help.The message structure I'm using for the update is as follows:{    "userid": "test@test.com",    "email": "test@test.com",    "additional_fields": {        "3": "Finland",        "4": "No"    }}Upon sending the request, I receive a response indicating "success." However, I've noticed that the additional fields are not being updated as expected. To make matters worse, if the user already had some values in these fields, they are being replaced to “blank” by my request.Thank you in advance for your support.  

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has managed to find a way to disable the checklist feature in Docebo.  We’re not using it at the moment but may do in the future - however, we’d like to hide the feature in the manager functionality.

Hello,After searching here as well as the web, I have not found anything similar to our situation and issues. I’m hoping someone can enlighten me a bit on possible idiosyncracies of Docebo and Courses.Background: We are a member company of an association that is hosting us in an Extended Enterprise environment. Initially, I was a SuperAdmin but the association moved me to Power User after I set up our environment. We began using Docebo about six months ago. We have a semi-annual live webinar event that is required for our users (conducted on Zoom and separate from Docebo). If users don’t attend the live event, they must watch the webinar recording by a certain date or face a penalty. This year, we decided to use Docebo for its reporting features. I’m looking to implement at least two bots - one that indexes both our docebo as well as our multiple knowledge bases at our company, and one that has access to sharepoint and other internal document stores. Potentially a third one could be a sales roleplay bot. What is the easiest way to add white space to a page? I’m brand new to Docebo and creating a mockup to redesign our customer facing training page. We are going for a clean/simple design but when I’m adding the new images everything is on top of each other and I need a lot more white space. Thanks!

Hi! We currently have links to other learning platforms included in the upper left menu, however, not a lot of users can find these links, so we were planning to add them as tiles in the landing page. It seems like the only way to achieve this is to add custom boxes with the link in the button of each box, but we think it looks too crowed. We were hoping to get a clean look, any ideas? suggestions? examples? Thanks!

Hi all,I need to set up a monthly report with new enrollments of the previous month. The filter only allows me to set a number of days ago and not other units such as months. However in the scheduler you can only select the units hourly, daily, weeklys, monthly and so on. This leads to a discrepancy because months don't have a fixed number of days.How do my fellow users deal with this?Thanks,Conor

Hi,I was just wondering if there is anyway we can stop the ‘You have been enrolled’ notification for courses in which you self enroll on. The email notification is just clutter - If you have enrolled yourself you don’t really need an email also letting you know what you have done. I would still like notifications though when when courses are assigned to users by either managers or superadmins (Courses they won’t know they are enrolled in). My only other options would just be to turn off this notification completely and rely on managers/power users/superusers to let users know they have been assigned in another way. Any help or any other ideas/workarounds will be much appreciated.Thanks!

I am having difficulty with the UI for course completion and keep changing the settings on my SCORM packages to get what I want to happen.I am at the point now where I want to create new versions of the same SCORM package and replace them over each other in the course. I know I can change my enrollment status to “in progress” and “not started” but that doesn’t seem to effect that I’ve completed the SCORM training material. How can I clear/edit that so I can take the course and tracking again fresh?Thanks!

Hallo everyone,I run a training school and we have all our online courses on Docebo.It’s a long time we have the feeling a few students are “cheating”, I mean they give to other people their username/password who can access our courses and training materials without permission and for free. That’s because the enormous amount of hours spent on the course, for a single person. Luckily, there are only a few students with this strange behaviour.My question is: is there a way to monitor the user IP address?I already asked the Docebo assistance for help, they gave me some useful tips, but suggested to make a post here.thanks to anyone who can help,Stefan

I was trying to develop one learning plan for all compliance training -- approximately 5 courses/topics. The challenge I faced was that certain courses only applied to certain individuals. For example, a manager in California would take a different Sexual Harassment Prevention course than a manager in Texas. I was comfortable with creating an IC learning plan and a manager learning plan but I didn’t want to create 4 different manager learning plans (CA, IL, NY, everyone else) if only one course was different.  I ended up rolling out the courses individually vs doing it in a learning plan but I would like to think there is an easier way?

Hi all.I’m having a surprisingly frustrating time trying to assign questions to Question Categories in the Question Bank. I can easily create questions & i can easily create Categories. But even after reading the Knowledge Bank article on the Question Bank I cannot for the life of me figure out how to connect the two. This really seems like something i should not have to ask about in here, but I really don’t know how else to get this information, so I’m hoping someone can tell me what I’m missing.Thanks,Nate

Apologies if this has already been raised, but I can’t seem to locate an exact discussion. Is there a way to change the size of the learning objective window in the new course player when it’s a video? We upload videos that are hosted in Wistia and whereas they fit perfectly in the current window, whilst trialling the new course player view we’re left with black bars either side of the video as it’s wider. I know you can change to full screen once play has been clicked, but the initial view looks awful aesthetically. Thanks.

I have been updating users via csv files for over a year. This time, several fields did not show up in the list of fields available for mapping. They include the firstname, lastname and e-mail fields. This prevents the entire update.Does anyone know what’s going on here and how to fix it?

Has anyone else had issues getting what they need from the Audit Trail? A couple of times I have tried to determine who created a course & have narrowed the Time Frame to reflect when I know that course was uploaded, but I still could not find it. The first time this happened I tried adding a buffer period of about a week on either side & that worked, but the last time I tried this same approach I was still not able to find what I was looking for.I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong, but ultimately it meant i had to reach out to several Power Users before finding what/whom I was looking for. Any input is, as ever, greatly appreciated.Regards,Nate

I am looking to see if Docebo provides a report that gives me item level information. I am looking for the responses to each question on a test by user with the goal of performing a reliability analysis. Does Docebo allow you to see this information?

Good morning community! 😍I was wondering if any of you had any experience with creating "internal" courses accessible by paying a fee.Let me explain further.We would like to enrich our training catalog with external paid courses/content that our colleagues can request: once they enter the course presentation page instead of being able to sign up for free, they should see the price of the external course and be able to request the content (it would be great if the request go through the managers first and then to the platform admins). Of course, we would not colleagues to buy the course ( we take care of this process), but the idea is to have the possibility to request it and specify some details (e.g., internal project codes on which to attribute costs).Have any of you had a similar experience or know of any features that might be useful to us? 😀Thank you so much as always to all of you for your valuable support!   Edo

Hello, all.Wondering if anyone has noticed, or has a solution, for the problem I just noticed today with CSV certification imports. I learned that when I’ve been doing my mass imports of the certifications, the issue and expiration dates have been imported incorrectly by 1 day. If I do the certification manually (for instance, only 1-2 people need it and CSV creation isn’t worth the time), the dates are correct.I’ve imported about 40 certifications for our “coaching certification” by CSV. All have had various dates of when they were certified, which have been included in the CSV.However, if I have Employee ABC with certification on 8/11/2022 in the file, after import, Docebo shows 8/10/2022 for the issue date (and 8/10/2024 as the expiration). I am baffled why it would change the date by 1 day for each. As a note, there have been no issues with the imports. The formats are correct. The codes are correct. The report shows 0 errors after it processes

When I turn on validity dates for a course there is a banner that shows on the top of the course page saying DEADLINE: THE COURSE EXPIRES IN XX DAYS. I don’t want any mention of a deadline. However, we need the validity dates turned on so we can use the Notification tool to let users know their deadline is approaching. Does anybody have a way to turn this banner off or a good workaround?

Wanted to see if anyone found a good solution to this issue. We want to create a way to get all users created on the system given a date via the api.Looks like the endpoint - /manage/v1/user does not really help since it does not have any filters for date_created. It does have option for updated_from but that shows everyone who logged in today and not necessarily created today. We need to send these people to an external client accurately and using the webhooks always runs to some random error overtime. We’re planning to use cronjobs to check the LMS for newly created users for that day and send them to the external client.  Anyone has any ideas? 

Firstly I am amazed that all of the Outlook calendar integration posts and ideas have disappeared from the community!Secondly, for the 18 months that we have been a Docebo customer we have been told that Outlook integration is on the road map and is due for release.  Each time being pushed back into the next quarter.  Now we are told it is only possible if we purchase Docebo Connect!!?!?The basic functionality of having a calendar appointment drop into a learners calendar automatically has been in every LMS I have worked with (even our legal eLearning content providers VERY basic platform that was only capable of hosting SCORM and classroom bookings).We currently have a work around whereby the department admins are creating the ILT, enrolling all department users (whether they can go or not), then copying the link to the course and putting it into an Outlook appointment that will then drop into a lawyers calendar without them having to do anything.  This way whe
