I’m working on understanding the My Skills feature and trying to leverage in our organization.Anyone could you please help me with the below questions. In Skill Management - I can see Platform Catalog and the other catalog mentioned our organization name but I can’t be able to add any skill sets. I have a custom set of Skill sets in our system and When I tag those skill sets in the specific courses/users, it does not show up in the learners “My Skill” channels as a recommended content based on the individual self- skill assessment. Is that how it works, or did I miss something? If non-technical user tag himself as technical skill sets, does the course will be listed to them as a recommended content in My Skill channel? If so, does it bypass the course visibility settings in course properties? how can I prevent those situations in system.  What are the best practices (Do’s and Don'ts) we should know before enabling the ski

Is there any way of Docebo sending the user a notification after session is completed by attending x number of sessions that the instructor marks the user as attending?

is there any way of getting a list of ALL ILT sessions created in the system? (I can only find reports for those who have enrolments attached.)It can be done for 1 course, but I have 250 plus I want to search to ensure my admins (located all over the globe) have entered the session correctly (before they add learners)Any suggestion (report/QB/API)?ThanksGary   

Is there ANY way of changing the default event Start, Finish and Break times. these have to be changed from the system default times EVERY session, It’s a mistake waiting to happen when an Admin sets up a new event.   

Hi, I am looking for some best practices to help our managers monitor their teams progress. We use a lot of learning plans, with each course equivalent to each other (same course but different languages). This is a workaround for not being able to set training material as equivalencies to each other. Since the LP’s don’t have a soft deadline option, we set no deadline in the LP and set it in the course, and set the reminder notifications based on the course.Due to this set up, when an employee is past due on our terms for the LP, they still show as “looks good” in “My Team” and don’t come up delinquent to their managers, since technically they are enrolled in a LP with no due date instead of enrolled in the course with a due date.Does anyone else have to do these workaround to accommodate languages or have advice on helping managers monitor progress when they can’t see LP deadlines?

Hello, we create our new users via user sync for external users and via the nightly CSV import for internal users.  (salesforce integration)We would like to send a Welcome to Our Company email directly from the LMS when a new internal user is created via the nightly CSV import process.  The notification option:  “User has been created (by administrator” which "Triggers when a Superadmin creates a new user account." works well when I do it manually for both the internal and external groups get different emails.  What I am trying to figure out: Can we use the automated user creation notification when we are using the out of the box integration with Salesforce to create new users. to send the users that are created automatically the notification?  And if not, is there another notification that would work in this cas

We are trying to add a video (welcome to our LMS and here is how to navigate) that pops up after login. Any ideas on how/if this can be done?

How do you do likert scales of 5 or 7 points without naming each one? I tried doing a blank space and that didn’t work. Studies show that by putting words over the numbers it effects the scoring. Since I’m aggregating with other survey tools, I want just words with the endpoints and the midpoint, but not every number. 

I would like to build a widget custom page with a widget to display a custom selection of catalogs (I got that) and then a widget to display Courses and Learning Plans, but only for the same custom selection of catalogs that I am choosing to display on this page. Is it possible to limit the Courses and LPs to certain catalogs? Thank you!

Hi Docebo Squad!Looking to see if anyone has any good ideas or work arounds for this need.We have a learning programme that will have bi-weekly drop-in sessions. We want participants to come as often (or as little) as they like. However, they must attend one at a particular point in the programme where they will have been asked to prepare some reflections to share in that drop-in sessions. How would you set this up in Docebo? All ideas welcome. Thank you!Aimee 

Hi All, I’m curious if this is something I am seeing simply as an admin or if all users see this. When I review catalog courses by click on the Course Catalog link via the User Menu, courses will show that I’m enrolled even if I completed them. However, when I review the courses via the My Courses and Learning Plans sections, they will correctly show my status as completed. Is this done intentionally? Does this only occur when new versions of training material are uploaded? It seems confusing to me as a learner that they would show differently.Thank You! Jason

I would like to know if anyone using external booking tool for ILT courses? If yes, which one? and how do you integrate that into Docebo? 

Has anyone else had the following bugs when previewing the new layout and course player?‘Back’ button issues. This button seems to not work.  Dimension issues. Our current dimensions for HTML pages don’t fit neatly in the new course player.  A video is set to auto-play in the ‘Properties’, but it did not automatically play when I previewed the course. 

Dear allI’m still having a hard time using the notification table when creating/updating them. Here I have selected 8 courses… but no way to filter or understand which ones were selected ! Any recommendation ? or upgrade scheduled on this basic “table filtering need” I saw this… but no news about it

We run tests to integrate DOCEBO and PingID (PingOne and PingFederate in reality) for SSO and provisioning. Three scenarios tested. SAML, IdP is PO (PingONe for Enterprise, cloud Ping IdP). It worked out of the box with a very few specifics: - We was not able to use SAML_SUBJECT as UserID - I created user attribute and, CRITICAL, set up it’s type explicitly as urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:attrname-format:unspecified (it is IMPORTANT).  - I could configure JiT provisioning. - Both IdP SSO and SP SSO works. - Other critical thing - need to copy/paste IdP metafile AFTER application configured, and copy some fields manually (ID). Wish list - we would like to be able to restrict local logins to a very few admin users only, so most users should use SSO only but admins can login local if required. And we would like to be able to provide metafile URL instead of copy-paste as this way we can update certificates.

I know easily how to get a notification to schedule every day. I know how to schedule a notification for every monday,But is there a method where I can say…I want this notification to run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10am every week.I come from an IT background, so I am wishing the system was more CRON like in its flexibility.I find sending a notification every day is too much and once a week is too little.But I also think having to setup multiple notifications (especially with no way to duplicate an existing notification and just tweak the day) is a bit much.Am I missing something?Thanks!

We added an additional enrollment field at the request of management to help with some reporting need. The field is added, but it is not showing up as a selectable field in the View Options for a new report. Has anyone run into this? 

Has anyone used Docebo Shape to make policy documents more engaging? How did you implement? Shape, linked PDF and Knowledge check?Would love to hear about your experience. Was it well received by the learners? Any before & after stats?  

We provide industry training, and our user community is interested in us creating a job board that would be available on our Docebo platform. Curious if anyone has done anything like this? And if so, how did you set it up?

Hello everyone,I am trying to figure out ways to make the course validity more visible, so that users are aware and can see it clearly, that they have xx days to complete the course after first access date or enrollment date.The issue is the validity days can only be seen in the Task List widget, as long as it is not more than 90 days, upon hover. This is not visible in the widget pages/catalogs until it is overdue. We have a page that shows all courses for the learners, and it best to show the validity days clearly, even better if the courses can be sorted by remaining validity days.We are not using the Validity Period (by dates) feature because our courses have global learners with different enrollment period. I’m aware that dates can appear on the All Courses page, but it is not ideal for us in this case. We don’t want to duplicate courses just for this purpose (getting users aware of course due period).I might miss some features in the platform (if th

Is it possible to create multiple enrollment rules at one time? For the last two years, we have made approximately 400 rules to enroll different groups of users into specific courses and learning plans. At the end of the experience, we then have to go in and deactivate each of those rules so that new users aren’t added. Is there another, more efficient way to create multiple enrollment rules so we don’t have to do them individually? 

Is anyone aware of a way to trigger certificates and training material for an ILT by attendance? For instance, we have multiple sessions/events in an ILT course, where we want the same training material content and certificate to be awarded upon attendance only for the sessions/events that have taken place. We do not want the materials/cert to be available to the learners who are signed up for an upcoming session/event that hasn’t taken place yet. Any ideas?

I am trying to go through the Localization Tools to figure out how to update the terms “E-Learning” to something else (in this case “Recorded asynchronous distance learning”) but when I search it comes up as being used 84 times in the platform. Is there a place I can go and update it once instead of going through each instance? And more specifically, does anyone know what this specific instance is called in the code so I can find it and update it? (See the screenshot attached, where E-learning is on the course block on the catalog.)
