We like to announce upcoming courses to our users. But on the card I always have the "FREE" that I would like to replace by "TBA" or leave blank. Is it possible? And if yes, how? I tried going to the localization tool and changed all the FREE I could find. Did not change anything.

Is there a flowchart or best practice that someone has created that can help me figure out with the content that I have that I’m adding to Docebo if I’ll want it to be a:Course Playlist Learning Plan Catalog Channel (other term I have yet to find)There seem to be a lot of choices and they all have different features. It would be helpful if there’s a flowchart I could use with each piece of content to help me build it the right way the first time.Thanks!Emily

We have groups set up and we’re experiencing some serious lag and possibly a few bugs and computer gremlins. Although it appears that tech support at Docebo helped scare some of them away.  Does anyone have any tips to improve the speed of which docebo operates? In our use case, we add the user to a group (Accepted) then the user purchases a learning plan. Once they purchase their learning plan they move to (Enrolled).  In this Enrolled group they complete their two intro courses.  We have it set up this way to deal with the notifications and to not annoy a user who has signed up for an in-person option 6 months in advance.  Once they complete their initial learning path they’re moved to (Student) where the remaining learning plan is added to their account.  Once they complete their remaining coursework they are moved to (Alumni)The challenge is there is a lag every time the complete the c

Hi,We have the linkedin learning connection working, however there is one small problem.  Videos always start mute and it may not be entirely obvious to the user that there is audio.Does anybody know of a way to set to audio to not be muted by default?

We have created a course historic  upload process using the API /learn/v1/enrollment/batch.The problem is that the process does not accept files with more than 200 lines.We need to upload files with more than 45,000 lines, totaling more than 1,200,000 lines, which makes it impossible to process 6.000 files to complete this job.Docebo's technical service gave us 7 weeks to complete this work, which affects our schedule.Does anyone have experience having created this process?Can you guide me on how to solve the processing limitation problem? Thank you.

Hey all, we are trying to automate some of our notification or newsletter processes as part of our New Hire training. Does anyone know of a good way to send a notification triggered by group enrollment? We are trying to avoid notification based on course enrollment for this particular use case.

Hi, all! I’ve been having an issue for the last few months where I keep encountering an HTTP error when I try to upload a SCORM file (1.2, Articulate Rise modules mostly) - this happens basically 100% of the time for larger scorm files (>150 MB), and still more often than not with smaller ones, though I’m usually able to get those in. I’ve used multiple computers and wifi networks at home and am still having this issue. I can ask a teammate to download the SCORM file from Articulate and upload it into Docebo themselves from their accounts, and they don’t run into any issues. I’m not sure what the source of the problem is, but it doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the SCORM file itself, moreso an issue of me uploading when logged into my Docebo account. Has anybody encountered something similar to this/does anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting? I am the primary SCORM uploader for my org, so I’m fairly motivated to figure this out!

Hello, I came cross the same person enrolled in two different compliance training (Supervisor and Associate). How I am able to go back and remove double enrollments from the course?

Hello!I have been using Docebo for about a year to build self-paced trainings for my organization.  Sometimes the trainings need to include links or pdfs for many additional resources. The “Reference Materials” widget is what we have been using, but it is a bit awkward that it will only show the learner 3 items at a time.  3 seems like so few! Is there any way to make more items visible on this list?   

We have a fairly critical requirement to have a Group that includes ONLY users who have not yet accessed the platform and relatedly, the Group for those that Last Access Date is X days ago.  Group Conditions do not include the User Field of Last Access Date as an option for defining a Group.  (No clue why as it seems like ANY user fields should be available to group on)  So, I’m looking to Docebo Connect to look at the Last Access Date and then set a Yes/No on a User Additional Field (which actually DOES show up as an option for Group Conditions).  Does anyone have experience with this?  My recipe seems to be failing on timeout. I expect that there’s an easier recipe to do this type of function...read User Field, set Variable/Additional Field.  Any Connect helpers out there? Or someone who has achieved similar end via a different path? Edited to Add:  These are the only User Fields I see available in Group Conditions (Language and Email Address).

We’re new to Docebo and just getting started with building out our pages.  Is there a way to change the font, font size and format?  Additionally, I’ve seen that some people have made the backgrounds on their landing pages a color (vs. white) - how do you do that?  Any other tips to create an engaging & dynamic landing page would be welcome.  Thanks much! 

My current setup for my self registration has caused some confusion for my users. I have attempted to modify the wording of the emails using the Localization Tool but I am interested in further modifications. One such idea was to remove or change the hyperlink on the Registration Complete email. My biggest concern is when the user receives this email with the “sign in” hyperlink attached the user is not able to sign in because at this point their email has been confirmed but their registration has NOT been approved yet. They are presented with a sign hyperlink but they are unable to sign in.  any ideas? Has anyone removed or modified their self reg email with success?   

Does anyone know how to get rid of the progress tracker in the upper right hand corner of specific learning plans? I don’t want to lose it across the board, just certain ones. 

Hey y’all,  We are looking to build a test out option for our learners. Right now the way I’m thinking of this is:Course A [set as source]Course B [set as target] (Navigation setup as sequential).Passing the test in the source marks the material in the target as complete, but does not unlock all training material. Is this a feature and not a bug? Or am I missing a step?  

Has anybody tried to create training content using Screenrecorder option available on the platform and later when you try to upload it gets lost ?I have been trying to create a training content using the screen recorder option and when i upload it , it shows content uploded however its just lost .. nothing happens after that.

CSS at its core is the style of a website, how it looks. It is generally not used for adding additional items (this is html or structure) or robust actions (historically this is javascript, which we generally cannot add to the platform safely.) Hi everyone!  I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the word “SCORM” from the display of training material in a course?  I’m concerned that this might distract users as they wonder what “SCORM” means. 

Hello, I have a situation where an employee has access to authorisations for just one course but for the whole company, so they are assigned one course and the one branch (the branch being the whole company)  This person has recently become a manager themselves and so now needs authorising access for all of the courses we offer for their own team However, due to the fact they have the whole company assigned to them, this brings through all of the outstanding approvals for all of the courses which is not ideal as they’re not able to quickly filter out the requests that their own team are submitting  I hope this makes sense  I’m interested to see if anybody else has had this scenario? Are there any work arounds or a better way of doing things?  Thank you

I’m new to Docebo and trying to figure out how to do this:We have annual required training that goes out to all of our employees.  Does Docebo have the ability to create a recurring notification that will (for example) notify the manager or employee every day until the training is complete?From what I can tell, on creating notifications, they can be scheduled to be send X number of days after enrollment if not completed, but then that is a one-time notification, correct?

Hi there, I just had to interpret test results from a user and came to the conslusion that it isn't as easy in Docebo as I had hoped. The test learning object statistic seems like a very straight forward table. It is a shame I can't;Read the full questions without an export See the other answers to questionsIn another LMS I was used to receiving a PDF with the full test that was made. This included the results, all questions and answers with the correct answer marked and the given answer from the student. This made it easy to provide feedback on question level. It is taking me forever now.  Does anyone have a good way to interpret test results in an easier/better way? 

Our business has traditionally sold training to customers and provided additional methods for customers to pay for them. These include the following methods (and more)credit cards education tokens that enterprises could use to pay for courses (this is an entire system that we have in-house with customer approvals etc.) purchase ordersThe out-of-the-box functionality in Docebo for managing payments is inadequate. So we need to build some custom functionality. I have two questions related to this:Have any of you built elaborate payment mechanisms outside of Docebo? If yes, did you have to create the checkout process also OR were you able to use Docebo’s built-in Checkout Process. Do you have a consulting vendor that you have good experience with who can help build our project? Any that we must avoid?Thank you for any guidance you have on these aspects.

Hi guys,Since yesterday I am unable to use the UI and download Quiz reports.  It is not consistent but it does happen most of the time.   For example, (1) for one of the course I was able to generate and download the report immediately, (2) for the next it took me a few minutes of tries, (3) and for the last I tried for 10 min straight to no avail, I had to wait until today to generate it after a few tries.I did capture the error from the request though:

It isn’t perfect, but please try to break it and give feedback.When uploading test questions to the LMS, you can do it manually, or upload a GIFT formatted .txt file.Well, there really aren’t many GIFT formatting apps out there. Also, docebo seems to use a non moodle standard format that is very similar, but not the same. So I made an app. It is a static page that will give you the specs you need to follow to upload correctly.
