Hi there,Can someone give me their shortcut for finding out what modules has made up a Learning Plan? I need to find the codes to double-check the coursesHere’s what I’m currently doing:I click into the LP, then the prerequisites link:Which gives me the module codes…It works for 90% of the time and backfires when I only have 1 x course, I can’t see the module/course code that belongs to it.There must be an alternative way to get the information codes that make up a Learning Plan, no? What have I forgotten in my Docebo platform onboarding from last year?

Hello hivemind,I’m looking for your tips, tricks and experiences.We want to release some modules that belong to the same course over several weeks. We don’t want to create each module as a course and put them into a Learning Plan unless we can’t find another solution as it really is a course not a collection of courses. In other LMS systems I’ve worked with it is possible to add course material to a course but keep it locked until a certain date. This is visible to the student and they can see that there is a new module and what the date it will be shared is. It also keeps them from being able to complete the course. I don’t see this option in Docebo. You can hide it and you can set a date range that it will be available but if it’s not available yet it won’t be viewable to the end user and more importantly it won’t block course completion. Is there anyway we can control course completion so that people who complete the first module don’t complete

Hello,Hoping someone can illuminate me.I have usernames that begin with one or more zero(s) for one of my EE tenants. When normal reports export as .csv, these leading zeros may be removed. If we manually export the data we can use .xls and that keeps the zero(s). If I format the username column as Text, this helps keep the leading zero(s).The issue is when I go to upload these spreadsheets back into the LMS. When I convert the .xls to .csv, the zeros are removed, even if the column is formatted as text.I was looking at the Automation App, and I think I’ll run into the same issue of needing a .csv file.Any help is much appreciated!!

I have a session/event scheduled for a future date. A user enrolls in that session. Why does that user have the option to “Start Learning now”? When I look at the course to see who has enrolled, I see several people that are in the status of “In Progress”. How can it be in progress if the ILT session is in the future?Is there some setting I am missing?

How are people dealing with applying US sales tax? I know that Stripe is a payment processor option - and that Stripe had a now deprecated integration with Avalara and other tax apps. Does the current Docebo-Stripe integration support sales tax calculation? If not, other ideas? Thanks, Doug

Hello,Via Docebo, we are offering courses that have been accredited. Once a learner completes the necessary coursework, I need to be able to submit a report to the accrediting body in order to grant the learner their earned credits. Each accredited course has a unique identifier (the UAN ID) which must appear in the report in order for the accrediting body to know which course the learner consumed. I don’t know where to store the UAN ID in a way that I can then later pull into a report. Currently I’m thinking the Code field might be the best option. Has anyone found a way to solve for this requirement? Thanks much! 

We utilize the Coach and Share section of Docebo to upload recorded webinars. Does anyone know if there is a capability through that medium to add closed captioning? I know that we can do it with a course, but I am not seeing an option to add a vtt file for the coach and share videos we upload. If not, does anyone know how we can embed the closed captioning into the video itself so we can upload the video (with the closed captioning embedded it in) to the Coach and Share section as just one file?

This is an observation that I’ve encountered multiple times with an option in Docebo. Whenever I change a Session Completion option from Attendance Based to Evaluation Based. Click on the “Save Changes” button and get a “Your changes have been saved successfully” message. Refresh my page and the options are saved. Come back the next few days and the option changes from Evaluation Based back to attendance based. Has anyone had any luck with figuring out the cause or maybe a workaround to get this to stay on my courses?

Is anyone else having alignment issues with their slides or HTML pages in the new course player? The images will either be centered or left aligned, and sometimes text will extend and run on when it didn’t before.

Hi, I've come across this on the idea's portal (LMS-I-4213) and from reading what this person has I put I think this could possibly be why some of learners do not register as complete and are in progress or like they've never touched a SCORM course.This is the post...Check (and a warning) if the user's browser has access to the CDNWe're using lots of SCORM modules in our courses, and we observer many issues with lessons not being marked as completed or people having issues accessing some of the learning content.Investigating the issue, we have discovered that in many cases this is related to the learner's browser or firewall blocking access to some of the assets or XHR calls that are send to other domains.  And in Docebo, all SCORM packages are served from a third-part domain (dcbstatic.com). Does anyone have any ideas on what we can do or what we can advise learners so we can limit the impact for them and save on admin

Hello all,I’d like to share some success I have had creating custom notification emails with https://beefree.io/, and then porting these into Docebo. Below is a screenshot of an email that uses the [COURSE_LINK] shortcode, among others.  As our users access our platform via Single Sign-on/OKTA, all of the links used here take our users straight to the relevant content without the need to sign in.  @james.buhagiar thought other Docebo customers might benefit from seeing this, so here it is!Any questions, drop me a line.Jon

 Greetings, all. I’m building out our first template for a series of xAPI files out of Storyline360.  Each will have a quiz component, generally 8-12 questions, each worth 1 point, folks need to get 65% correct or better to complete the course.  I’ve got most of it working, but when I import into Docebo and pass the quiz, in my Activities page it’s showing a combination of a percent and points (see below image).  Instead of saying I got 7 out of 8, it says 87.5 out of 8 in Statistics (in points), and instead of 87.5%, it shows 1093.75% in Statistics (in percent).  Any thoughts?   Oh - sort-of related, I’ve got the final button in the xAPI module set to ‘close lightbox’ to get back into the Docebo course, and that does not work at all.  Thanks in advance!  

Currently, we have configured our ILTs to have an enrollment deadline of 2 days before the session. We also have the waitlist feature enabled which bumps up learners automatically in the event that someone unenrolls from the session. I have two questions as it relates to waitlists and enrollments. Does the waitlist enroll users if someone unenrolls from a session after the enrollment deadline? If so, is there a way to control last minute enrollments into a session?

Good day!Our custom pages are using iframes for added functionality. One example of this is our custom menu bar. However, when viewed via the mobile app, the iframe is not supported. Is there any alternative for this?

I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue or if you can test to see if it is an issue for you. (I have submitted a ticket with helpdesk but they are off for the weekend) All new ILT’s (including most recently created not sure how back) the enroll into this session button does not appear to work. Older ILT’s are working. The ENROLL button to the top right does work, but the Enroll into this session does not. I have been able to reproduce this multiple times under every browser. Is anyone else seeing this or have had this issue before? Any advice ? 

Hi,I am wondering if anyone has launched their Mobile Apps recently on Apple Store and Google Play Store? We received the app set up guidelines and app screenshot templates from Docebo a while ago but with technology updating rapidly, the screenshot template sizes are not reflecting the latest device display sizes. Hi everyoneWill a newly created Group pick up users who already meet the Group criteria i.e. does the Group work retroactively or will it only pick up users who meet the criteria after the Group was created.We have just created a Group that will contain users who have completed a particular course.  Before creating the Group there were users on the LMS who had already completed the required course but they do not seem to be in the Group.  If the newly created Group doesn’t work retrospectively, how do I get the existing users into the Group?Many thanks

So we just turned on the Virtual Coach to have a play and we would love to understand what we can tweak in our Descriptions etc to influence the responses. If we ask for a piece of content on a specific topic which we know has a course with that topic in the title, and/or in the description we usually get linked to a completely different course that on the face of it is not the right thing. Obviously we can ask for something else but its not clear how the choice is made, or what weighting measures are used. If we can get a little more insight we can tweak our content to work better with the VC. We should not have to rely just on the users responding to the suggestions - this leads to frustration quickly and they will abandon their use of the Coach. Any Docebians able to shed any insight here? Thanks

Hi everyone,I’ve been trying to work out how I might find the API User ID for a user. I’ve tried hunting through the docs and the community here, but I suspect I’m searching using the wrong terms - what I’m trying to do is track down the API User ID from the user’s email address.The Edit User interface shows me the legacy UUID for the user, but not the API User ID.Does anyone have any insights? When we are uploading a CSV user import file, what settings do we need to have in place or settings in the CSV so that existing users are updated, if changes are made, but not change their passwords? Thanks
