We have a number of mandatory modules that all staff need to complete.  We are having a number of emails form staff who said they have completed the module, and have the certificate (from within the module itself), but the LMS has not registered their completion.Has any experienced this and can they advise on what to check?  I have gone into the user report for someone who has recently experienced this, but the LMS just simply says they are incomplete.  The certificate they get within the module at the end clearly shows they got the right score with the right date.Any suggestions welcome.

Hi - so we have Docebo content and Go1 as a content aggregator.Go1 puts up this big you have completed the course message when a person is done with the course and we find ourselves consistently troubleshooting because we get these notes that people are done...but they are only done with the training material, and not another component to the course.I took the advice to add an HTML page to get people going through the course the smoothest was possible to let the person know that they have to keep on going.Trying to make it clear.But folks still struggle. I am curious - what are others doing to help people move through Go1 content and to keep their folks engaged successfully to complete all of their tasks. 

Hello, Came across the following today:We store users after they leave a company, in case they return or join a different member company. We don’t use their data for commercial purposes, this is just their own course completions. Does GDPR apply here, and if so, does anyone have a working system in place? My thoughts were to md5 hash firstname lastname username email for any users placed in the “former members/european members” folder, which is where we place former members.

Hello everyone!It’s me again - I am just asking a question about memberships.  So... if we have people in our organisation who have memberships to a specific body (such as I have CIPD membership), is there any way to monitor this in Docebo?  We have it linked to MHR’s iTrent system and there is facility for memberships in this and we can keep track that way, but ideally I’d like it to be in one system.Thanks for your help (as always!)Keep safePaul Foxton

 Dear CSS gurusI was able to change my course/LP tiles tags colors looking in the various messages 💪🏼But I’m stuck on doing the same while displaying courses in List mode (instead of Cards). I’ve tried to go through with my console… no results 😭And I would simply match my colors: Not stated = light blue, In progress = Orange and Completed = Green.Can you help me ?Thanks a lot in advance

So we have set up our Zoom integration so that webinars/ILT’s can be run over zoom. It has its own zoom account.Setting up a test ILT course with a test session and test event utilising zoom as the web conferencing tool works fine. The session starts, the button appears and I can join the zoom on my own account and have the relevant functionality as a host like recording etc.Bolstered by this test, I went ahead and created a real ILT with real people.The button appeared, but I could not join as a host, only an attendee. I was set as an instructor in the session as were two others. No one else was in the zoom, no one else had started it and I was kicked out after 10 minutes because the host did not attend.I am confused and wondered if anyone could offer any clarity as to what decides who the “host” is when a zoom is started from Docebo so that we can avoid this problem in the future?

I was thinking of entering branding colors in CSS and then using them on pages, to make my life easier with EE clients. Then I could set all my pages to automatically use branding colors (with various other tweaks obviously) with EE variations. Has anyone tried anything like this? Any known pitfalls to declaring color variables in the CSS and then using them in CSS and pages? 

We are looking into docebo connect. Has anyone successfully iframed outlook calendar (or google calendar, or any other microsoft flavor calendar) into docebo, and have lessons learnt that you might share?

Hi,  We use the Observation Checklist function to send an annual training checklist to all employees by sending to various Groups. However, we would like to delete/edit the checklist for some people without impacting everyone. It looks like if you send a checklist to a Group, you can edit individual enrolment? Any help would be appreciated! 

I guess copy paste to dreamweaver and pray? I figured XD can probably export things other than graphics.I made a new homepage with image buttons as a temp fix but want to remake the same thing with html for speed and to add hover effects without adding more kbs.Any suggestions, or does anyone have a working “3 across buttons html flow” codeset?  

We have run into issues when a user doesn’t show up to an ILT session. These sessions have a single event and when the user doesn’t show, they are marked as absent. The issue we are seeing is the course still shows as “in progress” or “not started” for the user. Is there a way to have them automatically unenrolled from the session after they are marked as absent or at least have the session no longer show up for them on their “in progress” or “not started” courses. We want to keep the absent status so we can report on it but we just don’t need to have the course cluttering up the widget on their home page. 

I have a client who is saying that the report being run in one gives different results when run in the other. Is there any other known issues around this?

When creating groups you have the ability to add users automatically with conditions based on “Additional Fields”. I would like the ability to add users based on “System Fields”, specifically language - It would make it so much easier to group my users based on language and share content specifically in their language that is unique from other languages. Translation sometimes isn’t enough, we like to create custom content for each language. Right now, I have to use the filter in user management, select the language, and manually add those users to different “language” branches and then assign the “Spanish” branch to the “Spanish Course Catalog” for an example.Maybe someone here has done something like this a different way.

Hi, could we discuss best practices for handling users whose name changes? For example, Pat Adams changes their name to Pat Semprini.We still want to search on their former name of Adams. I’ve tried doing this with an additional user field, but Docebo doesn’t seem to search user AFs. We don’t want to retrain the former name in the first name or last name fields. 

Hi,We just launched Docebo to our company and are now turning our mind to customizing the interface and menus to suit our culture and needs. I have found many CSS code chunks in various threads to do wonderful things like remove the multiple Start Now buttons and hide the Remove from Team feature. All of these have been accomplished using user-submitted CSS code. I’m curious if there is a library of user generated CSS tweaks anywhere we can access instead of trying to find code fixes through community searches.Thanks!

Hello,I would like to know if it is possible to set a ‘’placement test’’ so that user can do the test beofre enrolling in any course and depending on the result they will access a certain level of course. For exemple if they have 10/25 on the placement test the user will have to enroll in the level 1 course, but if they have 20/25 they can enroll directly to the level 4. thank you

Hello all,I was wondering if there was any CSS to hide the total count of courses listed in the Course Catalog widget? We have two widgets to show Not Started and In Progress.  There is another widget to the left that we want to have top-aligned.Any tips would be helpful! 

Hi, we are looking at using Docebo as an LMS and I am wondering how easy it will be to have people sign in to our platform (for tracking purposes) and then point them to other partner trainings that will be on other platforms (live webinars usually). I know we won't know whether they actually take the webinar without some coordination from the partner, but just being able to at least have them sign in through us will be a help with required participant numbers.Thank you!

Anyone implement a blog in Docebo using Learn and/or Coach & Share functionality and not a 3rd-party like Wordpress, etc.?While not ideal, I’m thinking:Create a Main Menu Page with links to each individual blog post page. Create separate page for each blog post but do not add it to the main menu (else it would make the menu length way too long). The individual blog pages would be “orphaned” and only accessible via either direct link or from the visible main menu Blog page. Once the user navigates to an individual blog page, the “Back” link provided by default in Docebo should return them back to the page they came from (typically the main Blog page).Anyone have a better approach for this? 

Has anybody else found that the page info boxes always appear, every time you log into the platform? I have clicked the “Show Page Info Boxes” button to toggle them off many times, but they toggle back on the next time I log in. It has become extremely annoying as an admin who accesses the system many times per week. Curious if anybody else is experiencing what seems like a bug in the UI…
