How to access NOTIFICATION audit trail data from 2021?  I need to pull the Audit trail for notifications for the last 12 months. I am running the Audit Trail report with 60 day timeframe since we can only do 90 Days at a time. I can only gather info from 2022 - nothing from 2021. Notifications Selected from Filter Settings: Notification has been created Notification has been updated Notification has been deleted

Hi everyone, Is there an integration with Trello project management software that anyone has used?

Seems like Articulate keeps trying to make its way into the learning management business with the announcement of another new product, Reach 360.My only note to early adopters? This may/may not be a good sign for Articulate in the LMS domain. Consider that they also have Rise.com as a product.Now that happens to align with the other wildly popular mid-level rapid development elearning product - Adobe has had Captivate Prime for years now. I have heard positive things about both Rise.com and Captivate Prime? But both are young in the LMS category.What I find intriguing is the approach of the ad campaign - let our new tool compliment your learning management system.Anywho - I am not affiliated with these companies in anyway. I have been a consumer of both tools that support making great elearning come to life. I figure get a discussion brewin.

Does turning off this notification inhibit user access to the portal in any way? We use SSO DUO for logging into our portal and I believe this option is in place for our organization to require users to click on it upon login IF that is a feature we want to use. Am I correct?

Is there a report that can be run that will show who enrolled users in a specific course?

 Hi,Some of our learners have reported that when they first log into Docebo, the “Discover how to improve your skills” popup doesn’t work for them. When they are at step 2 “Set your skills”, nothing works except for the the “cancel” button (attached image above). I tried to reproduce the problem as a superadmin. The popup looks fine to me (image below). I checked the “skill management” settings, nothing segregates users. What could possibly be the reason that it doesn’t work for some of them? Thank you!  

I’m running into issues with the Branch Reporting.  When I run it as the SuperAdmin, I get the “donut” Performance by branch to work as well as the data at the bottom with Sub-Branches showing the correct numbers of Enrolled, Completed, etc…When I login as one of the powerusers, I don’t get the “donut” data and the bottom only shows number of users, not other data is populated. We are trying to run reporting based on the following:VP, HR, Training Manager - See all districts, sites and employeesDistrict Manager -See their sites and employeesSites - See their employees.I’ve tried everything I can think of can’t get it to work correctly.Ideas?

I have a course. This course is included in multiple learning plans.I need to unenrol a user from said course.This particular user subscribed to this course through a learning plan - therefore Docebo won’t let me unenrol them from the course directly. I don’t know which LP they enrolled from…. Indeed, it could be more than one! How can I find out which it was? Is there a more elegant way to remove said user from this course than brute force unenrolling them from the learning plans?  

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to set a user's "Course First Access Date" for a course when manually editing a course enrollment to "In Progress" or "Completed" for a learner.I noticed when manually editing an enrollment for a learning the "Course First Access Date" is not populated in reporting. I can understand why by default this would not update on the user record as it could be potentially tied to our “monthly active user” count. We have a potential scenario where we may need migrate user status “In Progress” and “Completed” to a new course version. For our reporting and tracking purposes we also need to migrate the "Course First Access Date" for each record. Does anyone know if this is possible either thru the UI, the API, or with Docebo’s assistance?Thanks,Dave

Has anyone had a need to create several ILT sessions which are classroom and virtual at the same time/and date?  I saw the Session/Event for Blended July 2022.  When creating, I’m not seeing where the learner can select classroom or virtual.  What about best practices for blended on notifications.  Thank you for any assistance.

Has anyone tried incorporating interactive minigames into the platform as a motivational tool? If so, how did you go about it? How do you reward people for participating? I’d like to hear your ideas. 😊

I send out self-enrollment links to learners that enable them to register in the platform AND be automatically enrolled in a learning plan in one step.In the learning plan, the option to enable self-enrollment links for this learning plan is ticked ON and that is the link I send out.In the Advanced settings, I have enabled Free self-registration and require that users enter a branch code manually.I’m using this method for three different learning plans and every time I send out the links, I’d say 3 in 10 users find that they can successfully register but land on the catalogue page to a message “oops, there’s nothing to see here”. So the enrollment into the learning plan is failing.Sometimes logging out and back in will make the courses in the learning plan appear, other times they have to contact me for help and I manually enroll them.We don’t have the same problem when allowing self-registration to just a single course.Does anyone else expe

Hello Everyone,Is there a way to configure Attendance Sheets to download in Landscape format rather than Portrait? The Attendance sheet layout appears to be in Landscape format when viewed online, but seems crammed together when downloaded as a PDF in Portrait mode.If anyone has come across this and can help, please let us know.Thanks, Pat

Hi there!We want to create a landing page where users can see a variable number of thumbnails of the catalogs they have been enrolled to. It should look similar to the Netflix page where you select your profile. Clicking on a thumbnail should take you to another page where the catalog is implemented with stream display mode.Does anyone have an idea how we can best implement this?

We love to use images but recognize they’re not very accessible. So we were hoping to add alt-text to the images to help our users with screen readers. Is there a way to do this? Am I missing a setting or button or something?

Hi, There were a few users that I wanted to merge, then I saw the statement below in the Docebo knowledgebase.Merging course data will merges training material tracking data but does not merge the responses provided for by the source user in training materials (such as xAPI or SCORM) in order not to alter data validation. The user resulting from the merge will have to provide responses from scratch.Can anyone with more experience in SCORM training material, explain further to me what the statement above meant? 

What are Docebo’s plans to support AI functions like ChatGPT? It would be great if it could recommend content and topics based on learner’s behavior. And will it support ChatGPT to help learners in the platform?

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?We have this issue: some Power Users when self-enrolling to a learning plan, find themselves on the Waiting list for all the eLearning courses in the LP. The courses are open enrollment and there are no pre-requisites in the learning plan.It’s been happening randomly in all learning plans for some power users for at least the last six months.We have had several support tickets on it and so far we do not have a solution or a cause that can be determined.I’m just wondering if anyone else has encountered this.  Maybe we can compare notes on the characteristics of the users and the learning plans.

Hello - How do I set up assignment and reminder notifications so that the user only receives one reminder that lists all assigned or incomplete requirements vs. having them receive multiple emails for each course? We assign in bulk to new hires and a couple of times of year for annual requirements. Thanks!

Is there an API to add courses to a channel also an API to add to a catalogue?I want to add many courses, but to be honest there is no option to filter when adding courses to either.API seems to me to be the next best option, but I cannot find one in the API explorer. 

Hello, we are giving our staff (agent) to self register to our platform. The register form also required the agent to select their own branch. However, when System Admin wanted to approve/reject there is no information regarding the branch that they had selected. Only approve then, system admin know the user populated to what branch. This bring hassle to the System Admin to check every user that has been approved were assigned to the correct branch. Have anyone beside us is having this similar experience? Thank you.
