Hello,I can’t seem to allow access to my Power Users into the Reports or New Reports areas from their Admin Menu. Regardless of what permissions I include or Profile modifications I make, when the PU clicks on either option from the Admin Menu they are greeted with the 403 “Forbidden” Error screen.Any tips, recos would be most appreciated!thanks

I was very excited to use the Central Repository to easily re-use content in different courses, especially surveys. I was disappointed to see that when content is moved to the Central Repository and subsequently used in other courses; if the same user accesses this content after having completed it once before in another course (for example a standard survey or test), that piece of content is automatically marked as already completed. I have posted an idea on this topic but thought it would be important to post this for our new users. Hopefully we’ll see some improvements here once Docebo launches the concept of multiple completions for a single course (fingers crossed) Central Repository - stop tracking completions for re-used learning objects LMS-I-4423 (should be visible in a couple days). We offer a 6 month free trial to select customers and my boss would like to know the level of engagement of these customers (how many times they have accessed the platform and how many courses they have enrolled in/completed etc.). Does anyone have any ideas about how I could generate a report showing this data? We don’t use an additional field for the free trial, so the only way to differentiate the users would be the 6 month timespan from creation to expiration which is shorter than the 1 year timespan for paid customers. I’m very much a novice when it comes to reporting, so would appreciate any advice you could give.

Hi there! I’m after some guidance please…Users are experiencing a problem with learning activities not being marked as completed when using the Go learn app. I’ve attached a screenshot.This course comprises 3 videos hosted on Wistia and the user has to complete a test after each video. Once they’ve viewed the video they click on the ‘x’ to close it down, but then the activity still displays the orange check mark to state it’s still in progress.There must be a setting I’ve forgotten to implement and so wondered if anytone knew how to solve this?Thanks 😀

Hi Has anyone experienced and issue with the course widgets not displaying correctly in an ILT? I have added a course description, supporting documents and comments widget and when in learner view it only displays the course description.  Thanks

We are very interested in Learning Impact as a way of qualifying the effectiveness of our courses; however, it requires that learners have a unique working email address for the initial survey. The followup survey can be done via notifications, but that doesn’t solve my problem. Our learners work in call centers around the world, and are vendor employees (rather than direct employees of my company). As such, they are not allowed to have email access due to security concerns.Any ideas how I could work around this limitation in the product?Thanks!! 

Has anyone successfully embedded Instagram on their default page using the iFrame widget? If so, how? We did this years ago (in version 6.0 of Docebo) but now I can’t figure it out again.

Is there anywhere within the course properties that I can see to which notifications the course is assigned?  Currently I look at the notification itself, but it would be helpful to see the information within the course properties.

We are having tons of trouble with the app and branded mobile app and are considering going browser only and no longer supporting the mobile app - sadly.  Has anyone built an “app” that just opens the browser based site in-app? This would give us a similar user experience for those using our current app, while avoiding the headache of the Docebo apps. 

I’m trying to run a report that will give me the enrollment for a specific session within a course. I know I can run a course summary report but that only gives me the option for a PDF. I need an Excel document. How can I get a report that will tell me what the course summary report does but as an Excel document?

I can’t figure out why our certificates are blurry after following the recommended sizing during creation and download from Canva. Has anyone else had problems with this?

We have been enjoying the Next Big Ideas eLearning freebies that were put out by Articulate in cooperation with The Next Big Ideas. The company/site runs a weekly free podcast...and you can pick it up from like 12 sources. When I look into it? You can actually get a url to play an embed onto your site.Honestly though, I would rather work with one of those freebie Podcast spaces and avoid the Apple or other page embeds that not only suggest listen, but to also buy from us to listen...(PS - to all you web crawlers and bots out there? I am a longtime Apple consumer 🤣).Let me show you what happens when I bring in the embed code into an HTML widget.Not bad - but still that pesky apple logo.So for folks that serve up podcasts as part of your content - do you have a non-profit that can do the same?????

Hello!My company has been primarily focused on product based learning for a long time but with the growth we have seen in our company we feel it is time to add to the type of learning we provide focusing on soft skills and growth and development. I have been doing quite a bit of research into Docebo Skills and have begun a pitch deck for our upper management to review and hopefully approve for us to move forward with implementing Skills in our platform. I wanted to reach out to the community and ask you all to share with me what has made the implementation of Skills successful in your company? Have you seen an increase in retention after implementing Skills? What other measurables have you been able to leverage since implementing skills? Do you have any recommendations for e-learning content providers that isn’t Go1?I really appreciate anyone willing to take a moment to help me out with this!

We are setting up our system and migrating content to channels - Is there a way to add assets where the asset is not tied to a users “My channel”?What would happen if the user who had all the assets in their “My Channel” left the organisation and their account was deactivated would the assets in “My Channel” disappear from the channels they were added to?Thanks in advanceAnne 

What is the virtual lab feature of Learn LMS?I activated it but don’t know how to interact with it.Thanks for the attention. 

I recently had an issue with courses assigned to channels with people enrolled into disappear. Docebo support was helpful and pointed out to me it is because I had enabled the Show courses where users can self-enroll in channels setting in the Channels tab of the platform Advanced Settings menu. I do not understand this behavior and need some help. I assigned the courses to channels and enrolled people into them, so these courses were displaying. I did not have to assign the courses to catalogs. This saves one step for me and I can make sure I have the right people seeing the right courses. I find enabling the setting removes these courses from displaying is rather disrupting and not beneficial.If any one has experience the same and can explain to me better, I would greatly appreciate.  I understand the function when the Show courses where users can self-enroll in channels is enabled, courses must be assigned to a catalog that learners have visibility. But I find this advanced setting

I have created a Learning Plan for our Management Programme. We have multiple cohorts that go through the sessions together. So for example cohort 1 will always be attended by the same group as will cohort 2 etc. We house all of the session under 1 learning plan but each cohort will be assigned to a different event with separate conferencing links, dates etc). Is there a way that when a user logs into their learning plan they only see their cohort sessions and not any other cohort’s?

I am starting to setup client power users. This is great until I get to where they would create users via CSV files. We create users internally via CSV and use additional fields and put the users in groups and use enrollment rules to assign the learning plan for each user. However, when I multiply this times the number clients that will be a large number of additional fields and groups. During onboarding I was told there is a limit of 50 additional fields and 500 groups. There must be a way to accomplish this that I’m not seeing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey everyone, I have 100’s of course catalogs that are unique to groups and power users. Each catalog also has unique learning plans. Has anyone tied an icon or widget within a page to a specific catalog or have ideas on how to address this issue? Right now they have access to their course catalog, but I was trying to streamline things a little.  Thanks, Seth
