I’ve been reading through the DKB, and can’t find a clear description. When running a learner report of course engagement, I see two metrics that I’d like a more accurate description for - Number of Actions Number of SessionsWhat is defined as an action? Is it any time the course is open regardless of training material? Is a session any time the open the course shell, or does session have a different definition? Thanks in advance! On a side note I loathe that this report exports training time in seconds. Given that we have to input things in a specific format, converting this number in our analytics tool is painful. 

Hey everyone, I am looking for some ideas for custom built pages with HTML on Docebo. Basically, we are looking to build a customer certification program and wanted to build a welcome page for the program landing page. However, I am not familiar with HTML and as a result not sure how to build a page like that with texts, images and buttons. Hi! I’m curious to hear how others have gone about collecting feedback from their users to understand what is working and what can be improved in their Docebo learning portal - from the learner’s perspective (referring to the overall experience rather than course content). Do you do this within or external to Docebo, and what does the process look like? Do you find this to be an integral piece contributing to long-term engagement and retention on the platform? Thanks!

Hello! Anyone been able to get custom Docebo Skills to work? We’ve been exploring Docebo Skills as part of a new strategy in bringing relevant content to our learners. However, I have not been able to get the custom skills to populate the AI channels (default and created) when following the instructions in the knowledge base. Has anyone had any luck with custom skills? We don’t have Discover, Coach, and Share, but are not planning to include any informal content so this shouldn’t be an issue.  Thanks!Tali

Hi Community,I have a question about when a manager goes to the My Teams page and enrolls one of their direct reports into a course. They see some of the courses with Suggested next to it. What does Suggested mean? How does Docebo decide what to suggest? To my knowledge I haven’t set up anything to say which courses are suggested, so this is something Docebo is generating. 

Good morning,Multiple of my Admins are running into issues with our credentials not allowing us to log in.   For our admin accounts, we DO NOT use SSO.  We log in directly and when we do, we often get the Error - Sign in not possible - Wrong Credentials Provided.  Check them and try again.  Yesterday, I had another admin reset my Admin credentials multiple times only to get this pop up.   We’ve been having issues in Chrome so sometimes we will log in with Edge and sometimes it seems to happen when I switch browsers.   When the password is reset, I’m then able to access the system.  I’ll go in and change the password and then at some point later, I get the same error.Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We have a User that Completed a course 9/3/2021.She took the course again yesterday, Completed it, but does not show a Completion Date of 4 Jan 2022. It is still showing Completed on 9/3/2021. Any idea why the last Completion Date is not showing? 

When a user fails checkout it sticks them in Waiting List purgatory where they can't do ANYTHING with that course until admin intervention.  This is for courses that allow unlimited enrollments. Is there any way to disable this “feature” so that if someone fails checkout, nothing happens instead of shoving them in purgatory?  Honestly, I’d love to straight up disable waiting lists for any non-ILT courses.   Thanks!

Hi everyone, I’m Roberto Moscatelli from the Docebo Support Team and I would like to share something about opening tickets to Help Desk.As Superadmin, if for any reason you cannot login to your platform, you can open a ticket from the Docebo Help Desk Page as well. To do it just go to help.docebo.com Then click on “Support” on the top right: 

WIth past LMSs, all course info would upload automatically when we uploaded the course package - course description, correct title, duration, etc. I am not finding that happening in Docebo, even with all settings correct in course package.  Any ideas?

Is there anyway to collect data on where users are clicking? What widgets they are accessing most often? Ideally, I would like to gain insights on what’s most used in the system to enhance our learners experience. 

Hello! First time posting here and trying to wrap my head around power users. We sell all of our courses and certification programs and would like to provide the option for our partners admins to enroll and purchase courses for their users. I’m not sure how to accomplish this with the power-user permission settings and hoping to get some guidance.  This community has been a tremendous help, thank you all for your contributions! 

We publish courses in three languages, and during implementation I was advised to use the same code for all 3 versions of a course to make it easier to report collectively. However, after using Docebo for a while now, I think I would prefer to use seperate codes for each language. If you publish courses in different languages, how do you handle the course codes? Do you use a common or a unique code? And in your experience, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each method?

I was browsing the Docebo University site yesterday looking for a course to send to someone, and came across this old presentation: ”Take Platform Design to the Next Level”https://university.docebo.com/share/asset/view/69It has resource files and many common requests. I know this has been mentioned in a few threads around, but thought it deserved a proper thread dedicated to it so it doesn’t get overlooked as much! 

Basically what I want is for external power-users to be able to buy 10 copies (or however many) of a course for their users as they like. Ideally through the platform and ideally with less intervention from me required. I can make the code by hand and I can run the charge by hand but I’d rather it be done automatically.  

When a course is published (internal catalog visibility only), but is not in any catalogs why does it still show up in the search on the front end? Shouldn’t it not show up at all as despite being published, no one has access to see it?

Hello, we have situations where some users within our company move to another division (branch) which in turn is triggering our onboarding learning plan and notification in relation to that branch.  Does anyone have a workaround in place to deal with this?  I have looked at groups and of course we can only put in absolute dates within the rules.  Ideally we want to send them a separate notification welcoming them to the branch and assigning a tailored Learning Plan.

Hi,Is it possible to change an event date after learners have been enrolled to a multiday course, where the learners will also receive a new calendar invite? I know you can change event dates, the question is about the latter part. What we now do is unenroll people from the whole course and enroll them again. Is there a different way to do this?Thanks in advance.

Hi all, Is there a way to turn off the page info boxes?  After several months those are really starting to annoy people. I know you use the ? to hide them but next page they come back. We I turn them off all together?

Does anyone have any use case related to employee onboarding where learners will need to complete new courses every week (kind of similar to a 30-60-90 plan) and also confirm they have completed all the previous courses? I am referring to a sequential onboarding along with observation checklists etc. What I want know is how did you guys set up this sort of onboarding structure on Docebo and how do you gather reporting data from that?

Hi team!Does anyone know how to enable badges pop-up? Without it, the learners can miss the fact that they have earned a badge, since that way, they are silently added to the gamification tab.

We are a software company with three primary branches: Internal Staff, External Customers and External Partners (who work with us to support implementations and sell our platform). We have resources that fall into distinct functional Channels such as “planning for your implementation” or “integrating (our software) with external systems”Most of these functional Channels are relevant for All three branches noted above BUT we need the ability to tailor the specific Assets presented for each branch within a given Channel, e.g. in the “Planning” channel, we want to post:3 PPT guides visible to All (Staff, Partner, Customer) 1 Video visible only to Staff & Partners (not Customers) 1 Xcel file visible only to StaffCurrently, doing this requires 3 different versions of the same “Planning” Channel, where visibility is set by Branch on each version:Customer version with only the 3 PPTS Partner version with PPTS

Good Morning Community, I’m attempting to find the best way to add a Canva project to my elearning course.  While I realize I can link this and have the user travel out of the course shell, I’d prefer for them to watch the content within the player.  I’ve attempted using an iframe, however, I’m having trouble with Canva connecting.  I did ensure that Canva was on the safe iframe list as well.  I’ve tried using the embed code as an html asset as well as the iframe widget at the bottom (the latter really not being ideal).  Neither work.  Any guidance would be great!
