Hi everyone! I need to set up a program of 10 ILT with 10 paired e-learnings as pre-req.  I’ve set up a learning plan with the prereqs and have enrolled myself and all is looking good! Now my next issue--in terms of enrollment --users are enrolled in cohorts. How can I enroll cohorts within a learning plan? Thank you so much for your invaluable help. 

Basically I don’t like this icon covering the image.  I assume the change I made here in Inspector wouldn’t translate well to mobile, but has anyone tried anything like this?

Hello community,Our team has found ourselves in a situation where we need to display two different subtitles at the same time.  This only would impact the first subtitle for a video as we’d like to bake the video title in as a subtitle as well.  I’ve been able to get this to work when testing on a video in Google Drive (see image) but am unable to get this to work on Docebo.  The first subtitle seems to be completely ignored when two share the same time stamp.  In fact, any line adjustments also seem to be ignored on Docebo in any subtitle.  Any ideas how I might be able to accomplish this?  Thank you!WEBVTT00:00:03.660 --> 00:00:07.680 align:middle line:5%URP Lighting Fundamentals00:00:03.660 --> 00:00:07.680 align:middle line:84%Hi, my name is Joshua Kinney andwelcome to URP Lighting Fundamentals. 

Hi! I need some kind advice. I would like to create a program on Docebo that involves a series of 10 ILT workshops. However, before each of these workshops -pre work in the form of e-learnings need to be completed. One cohort will go through these set of 10 ILT workshops with 10 prework e-learnings that is compulsory beforehand. What is the best way to go about this? Thank you 

New Docebo user here- Is there a report at a higher level that allows me to view course/learner feedback or do I have to drop to the course level each time like I’ve pictured here?  I’d rather start with the survey name and go from there, rather than search the courses and drill down to the learning object.    

Is there an easy way to quickly view if attendance has been manually marked for an ILT course and/or ILT session? 

Hi I am working on a new Docebo section for our internal contact center employees. Here’s our current situation:Mainly we use Docebo for the introductory phase of our employees. We have a database of courses and user, as we use a lot of the functionality of Docebo. Our needs:  We would like to build a new Docebo site for a designated amount of employees. This site should be fully disconnected from our standard learning platform.As I was learning how to use Docebo on your “Docebo University”, I got to the function “extended enterprise”. I noticed that when using “extended enterprise” (different URL), I was not able to build a fully new page. For example: The point "Manage menus" does the same for both URLs. It is not possible to select different priorities for both sites. My goal is to create a new URL with a different home-page, but with some of the users from the “main platform”. 

Hi Community, I’m wondering if anyone is currently using CSS to keep the ILT Session information dropdowns open when a user opens the course? One of the biggest issues we see with ILTs is that user’s cant find the “Join the Webinar” button and will often miss trainings because of this. I’ve started looking into the CSS code to see what can be applied, but figured I would ask incase anyone has already attempted/solved this. Thank You! -Jason

We have a power user who has been working on some course.  They have been placed in a catalogue and that catalogue has been assigned to the top level user branch and all its descendants.  We have the courses locked for enrolments but are published.These course will not show up in the global search and i cant work out why.  They appear in the search for me (as a super admin) but for standard users they do not appear.  What setting has been missed and is it all at all related to that fact its been a power user working on the course. 

I am curious to know if anyone in the community ventures into the realms of Levels 3 and 4 with their training programs that are delivered to non-employees where measuring behavior change and results would be even more complicated than with your in-house personnel.If you are - what sorts of strategies do you use to gather that data to verify training effectiveness?

Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction of how I amend/update the content of a learning plan that was created by another manager please? We both have superadmin rights but I can’t see the learning plan he created in the central repository. Thank you.

Hi All - I can’t seem to find clarity on this issue. I’m using the automated notification “learner has yet to complete a course.” It seems to be emailing all learners who have NOT completed the course, including “deactivated” users who happen to be enrolled in the course. There is no way to “filter” out deactivated users when setting up the automated notification.Is this how it works? Any advice you could provide is greatly appreciated. 

Is there a way to create a Power User profile that allows a power user to create course reports without allowing them to also edit the assigned course? 

Looked through the community and some great ideas for modifying the calendar on the home page.  The one thing I don't like is that there are no date ranges for creating an event, which leaves blocks on the calendar. I want to clean up the calendar and instead of just having days that have a single block in them, I would like one single line that goes through that week.  Has anyone done this before thanks?

Hi there,Recently I’ve been messing around with the Docebo API and trying to enroll users into a learning plan using the endpoint POST /learningplan/v1/learningplans/enrollments. The API enrolls the user into the respected learning plan but the big issue that I am running into is that courses associated with that learning plan are not being assigned. I am sure this has to be a bug or an error on the API’s end.  I would love if anyone can confirm.Best regards,Parth

For example:We have a major speaker who authors many courses named Dan Elzer. Both Adobe Premiere and Youtube typically interpret this as Danielle Sir (or sometimes just Danielle).I assume Docebo gets Danielle as well from the mp4. Does Docebo also scan my corrected .vtt file and get Dan Elzer? And, perhaps even intelligently recognize that Danielle should be Dan Elzer in the docebo tagging transcript, so searches for a hypothetical speaker Danielle Sirta won’t get directed incorrectly to the Dan Elzer series, if that makes sense.

These are somewhat useful but cover up my images sometimes in significant ways.I think invisible unless hovered might be best. Has anyone hid or otherwise edited these with css?

Use case: the tags cover my nice iconsIdeas to implement: they’re still useful info so maybe shorter, or change them to a hover-only state. has anyone done this?  

My apologies, I tried to post this as an idea but the page just would not post it and kept giving me a “something’s wrong” error.I don’t know if this has been brought up before, and if it has, please feel free to merge this idea with the others. One of the things that we are really trying to encourage in our learning strategy going forward is the idea of social learning. Sharing with others, and having those Coach & Share activities be an integral part of the learning journey. It would be really great if inside a learning plan, we could add at the bottom a Coach & Share channel or link directly to some assets related to the learning plan they just completed, as extra learning and extra content for them to explore. Think of it, if you will, like youtube, where when you finish watching a video, you can see other recommended and related assets on the side for you to continue watching. Currently, there are a few widgets that can be added to a course shell or to a learning plan, but

We are trying to create a content for October that will focus on Information Security Awareness Month. We have a series of courses, articles, videos etc. But I’m struggling to think of creative names, could I see what types of contests you have run and how they worked for you?

Can you upload more than 1 recording after ILT session?  My company has week long, 8 hours a day training classes. Yesterday was day 1.  MS Teams broke the recording into 4 or 5 recordings. Can we upload multiple or do we need to convert into 1 recording?

Hello wonderful community,  has anyone tried to embed a Microsoft Sway presentation as part of training material. At the moment I have it as a link in a html page. Just wondering if anyone had tried a different (ideally) more successful way to integrate a Sway presentation in into Docebo? Thanks
