Hi all,I’m looking for input/advice from those that have replaced Articulate Rise SCORM packages.I need to update a course that’s has users actively taking it. The SCORM type will not change (using 2004). But, the structure might. Based on your experience, what’s the best way to overwrite the SCORM package?  I have another SCORM package that requires an update, but only text edits (not affecting the SCORM version or course structure).  These courses are not in the Central Repository. Thanks! 

I have a simple Certification tied to a Test (80% score required) that we would like learners to “re-take” every year and “renew” their Certification. I am wondering if anyone knows how to set this up so that after 365 Days, the Test score resets to zero?I would like to avoid learners arriving at the Test and finding their old score as it causes confusion, in that the learner does not know they have to re-take the test.  

We really like the look and feel of the search on the Courses and Learning Plans widget whenever the widget is three columns wide. Example of what we like:We would love if it would look like this whenever the widget is placed in a singular column or two column, but instead of shortens. There’s more than enough real estate on the page for it to look the same as the one that’s all three column. Does anyone know how to change this? I assume the answer is some sort of CSS or jquery, which I am comfortable doing.Example of what we don’t like:

Hello,We are trying to engage with our learners in new ways this year, and we want to promote and drive the “sharing” aspect of Coach & Share. We’ve been trying to assign a badge to those who comment underneath an asset, but the only option I see in the drop down list for badges is for those who specifically “ask a question.”Reporting-wise, “questions” and “comments were often lumped together, so I thought maybe this would be similar here. But it doesn’t seem to be. Does anyone know of a way to assign a badge to those who comment without having to do it manually?Thank you! :)

For some background, we are a training provider for the automotive and aerospace industries. We have a few v/ILT courses that are part of mandated training for engineers to maintain an industry certification. As a result, they need to take training and recertify every few years.These courses get scheduled often, like 250-350 times per year. We migrated to Docebo about a year ago, and recently finished importing historical session data. Due to internal and external requirements, we store the last 7 years of historical course, session, and enrollment data.We now have about 1500 sessions under our largest course. Learners who are enrolled in a session of this course are experiencing 15-30 second load times when they click on the course tile on their homepage and attempt to load the session details. There’s no indication anything is happening, no loading bar or hourglass, the middle part of the screen is just blank until the sessions load in. It’s a pretty sub-optimal user

IMO menus and pages needs two major things both on the menus side:“hidden” menu items - pages accessible to the user but hidden on the menu. Technically I could do this with css. This way I can publish pages that are deep linked and not in the menu hierarchical menus - for example to put all my “classes” pages in a “folder” that can expand

Is it possible to upload a set of default thumbnail images that everyone in the platform can see in addition to the ones provided by Docebo? Based on current settings available it seems that you can either only let Power Users see images that they’ve uploaded themselves or give them access to see ALL the thumbnails that have been updated. I would like to provide a custom list of about 15-20 internally branded thumbnails to let all power users choose from.

This is the page arrived at when selecting “Learning Plans” from the admin gear. I’m trying to change the text in white.

We have created all our courses that can be added via external activities and assigned a training institute. When adding a new training activity and selecting the course from the drop down list the courses are not ordered in alphabetical order. We have over 100 courses in the list, I could remove them all and re-add in alphabetical order, however any added in the future will go to the bottom of the list and again not be in alphabetical order.Anyone know a way around this?

Hi all,When editing a user, is there any way to make them the manager of all the users in a particular branch? I may be missing something, but it looks like you can only select the team members one by one. I know it’s possible to go into the branch, select all the users, then edit them collectively to set their manager, but I think it would be more intuitive if you could select the branch with one click in the following Team Members screen. 

I have a stack of videos to upload to a course; repeated failures prompted the following:Why the 800MB limit? In a 4K source file world that is very small. Any FTP bulk upload site? Rather than one by one. Upload fails when laptop sleeps during upload. Not a problem for Box et al. What notifications does a user get if new or revised media is uploaded to an existing course? What are the supported streaming sites. I see YTube and Vimeo, but what is the other logo?ThanksPhil

I can it on my Super Admin account, but somehow she cannot.If anyone has any idea how this is possible, or, better yet, how to fix it, I’d appreciate it.Thanks!Nate

I want to integrate with Docebo.Any users?

Whenever we have a new release of our products, we create a Product Release Bulletin in pdf. As we upgrade our customers, we provide this document so they can get an overview of what is included in the release.  Looking for a good way to include the document in that Catalog or on a page somewhere that they can easily download the .pdf without having to enroll in a course? We do not have any external page, such as google drive, onedrive, etc where we could store them.Just curious if anyone else has any ideas on this?? 

On our Home page I have the My Courses and Learning Plan widget set to sort on Code so that the Learning Plans always are listed first (I have a very specific numbering system for the Code to ensure this). But I can't find a way to set the My Courses and Learning Plan PAGE to do the same thing. Is there any way to automatically sort the PAGE?Our Learning Plans are sequential and learners get so confused seeing all of the locked courses.  We tell them they should always simply open and work through the Learning Plan.  So we want these always at the top of the list. 

How do you handle a situation where a learner is reporting their progress in a course hasn’t saved?

Hey folks, Does anyone know how to remove the: Browse [Company Name] Courses & Learning PlansOwn your future by learning new skills On the header for an extended enterprise domain? We’d love to not have that text visible. 

I’d like to empower my power users (ha!) and perhaps later even my end-users by educating them about the relationship between me and Docebo and how the Ideas portal works. Has anyone authored a course about this?

Hello all. When we create a survey, we can select a “Tracking Mode”, local tracking or shared tracking. But does not have this configuration when we create a Test.We need to create a Test, but the same test will be apply to many courses (more than 100), and we need a local tracking for each one.And does not have a option to “duplicate” a Test object.Have any of you been through a similar situation? how did you solve it?Thank you. 

Ugh - So for whatever reason - a learner contacts you to say that they finished a training material but it was never marked as complete and they want to know if you can help because they cannot progress until that item is complete.Hopefully this is useful for someone in this situation.Begin by navigating to the course in question and hitting the enrollment tab and do a search for the learner. At the end of the row for that learner are three dots that will only appear when you hover over them. Click on these three dots to reveal a little pop up menu. Select User Stats. Next, find the offending training material and click on the status icon for it.

A variation on my earlier beach-scene proof of concept. Includes a few accessibility tweaks for larger buttons and text in a few places. I tried to get pebbled black and pebbled white leather to work but it didn’t look good for me - the header bar is especially intransigent. I’m also not happy yet with my gold button images or my brushed silver button images. Using freepik premium as my image source fyi all. I’m aware this is a bit “dirty” in terms of text-color-overrides for accessibility, and that none of this reproduces in mobile apps. I am using 650/651px as my breakpoint for mobile phone portrait mode vs all other cases. Looking for any advice on any part of this!  /* fancy header bar*/header.doc-layout-header div.doc-la
