We have a series of surveys we use to evaluate learners, courses, and instructors after instructor-led courses. We’d like to pull responses from those and share them through Docebo. For example, could we collect responses from a learner survey and share that with that individual’s manager?

Hello, I am making a notification to enroll member in a course.We give credits to each course, because our students collect these credits after they followed the course.When we enroll students, we want to inform them, how many credits that the course is worthy.But I can not find the short code voor credits.  Can anybody help me.  Thank you in advance.

Hey there community….got a fun one for you that maybe you all have tried or come up with a potential work around.We are working with blended learning content, of a sort. We have ILT courses that we would like to enable some video’s in the form of e-learning to the learners of that course, but only at certain days of the session. So after day 1 has passed the videos for day 1 will be released (basically on day 2). And then after day 2 the videos for day 2 will be released the following day and so forth.The videos are just review content that we do not want learners to have access too until they have completed that specific day.I could not find anything that was specific to attendance of events and I do not want to create sessions for each day and then have to create event for that day as well, just so I can get “completion” based on attendance. Does anyone have the CSS to hide the Change Password button on the My Profiles page? I know the button id is: “vertical-tab-changePassword”Has anyone else successfully done this?  We have the option to hide the possibility of changing the password selected, but the option is still showing up for some reason.

Recently I discovered a unique element to how our course URLs and page URLs work within the platform. I’m not a Google Analytics wiz but this definitely has me thinking that there might be something useful for identifying traffic from different sources. Howdy folks!Throwing this out to the CSS gurus out there, any suggestions how to reduce the height of the below file repository widget? It’s FAR too high and pushes the course description waaaay down the page.  Have been trying in vain using a variety of code options but nothing successful or scalable thus far. Any advice / code options appreciated.  

Hi all,I was hoping I could get your feedback regarding the terms you use to describe the various sections of your E-Learning courses in Docebo. We’re about to release a long course consisting of about 50 videos organized into 5 separate folders and I’m wondering what term to use (if any) to describe the 5 folders. Currently, we’re calling them chapters as shown in the example below, but I’m not sure this is the best term to use in an E-Learning context.Chapter 1 - Operation panel  

I am very interested in Learning Analytics as my team is looking to start some working on learning transfer topics. Can anyone tell me whether a Learning Analytics widget can be added to a Learn dashboard?  We’d really like to have the BI information available to trainers, managers, etc. in a single location (the LMS) 

We have a situation at our firm that assistants tend to do a lot of the administrative work for our senior people. This administrative work of course covers managing their calendars. Since our system is set up as SSO and if when someone logs in manually they would need a security key that is generated personally for for them. This creates an inability for the assistants to register for courses/session that their bosses need to attend. Has anyone else run up against this issue and have they figured out a good work around.So far all the ideas we’ve come up with are clunk at best and undoable at worst. We’ve thought about making every assistant a power user with their only user being their boss but that is just an unwieldy solution. What we’re currently doing is having the assistant work with the course’s power user. This is not ideal either but it’s better than the alternative.

Hello All! I am wondering if it’s possible to create a custom report on items in the Question Bank? For example, average score per question, most missed questions, how often a question is used, which power users have added the question to a quiz then own, etc. My organization is considering pulling questions from the question bank at a regular frequency to “refresh” call center agents on hot topics, but I am having trouble figuring out how to find/if Docebo allows you to pull this type of data. Thanks!Kate

I am trying to connect a Docebo course to Jupyter Notebook courses, if anyone had done this I would love to know how you did it.The cleanest (best user experience) I can find is using xAPI (Tin Can), which was designed to connect Tin Can packages to the LMS. Tin Can is a course package protocol similar to SCORM and AIIC. If we use this type, we would be using xAPI as a middleware to access the Jupyter Notebook courses. The integration would interface with the xAPI package for tracking progress and completion. Has anyone has used xAPI as middleware? If so, how easy it is to edit for adding courses to the system, determine who would own the xAPI piece, etc. There is no connector for Jupyter Notebooks :( my Docebo tech guy did check.

I am using the “All Channels” page to get to my channels. I have visibility to a lot of channels and the ones I use most are on the bottom of the list. Is there a way to re-order the channels (not the contents of the channels, but the channels themselves). Can I tag a channel as my favorite so I can quickly get to my favorite channels? I tried searching from the top, but that gives me content in channels vs. the channel I was looking for. 

I’m creating a certification has expired notification and there are two shortcodes I don’t know: [cert_item_name] [cert_item_type]Where is the data taken from? How is the [cert_item_name] different from [cert_title]?I want to see if I can use these shortcodes to add a name of the team that learners can send questions to regarding a specific certification. This would help since the same notification will apply to all certifications and I’d like to direct people to a relevant team depending on what certification the notification refers to. 

Hi,I figure share a happening and hopefully someone can gain from it. Over the last month we conducted a reasonably straight forward learning campaign with our contingent staff. This was worked out with a newer “data feed” into the system and that was fine for what it is…but traditional data feeds can have a down side.To educate up? One traditional data feed method involves a flat file being exported out of one system in a right format from a “system of record” to be ingested by an importer in another system. So a flat file being typically generated by a report? Is typically a scheduled output and you then schedule the input (in our case) into the LMS to achieve your mojo…very little is then done by hand as long as you have achieved your integration…for data that is relatively stable? “That works”. But chances are the system downstream is out of sync by most a day….and corrected for with your updated file being sent along…Recently in that contingent labor campai

Is there a way to add users to a group using a CSV file? I have users that I need to add to a group, but there isn’t a user field that would make sense for the group and if I don’t have to manually add users one at a time to a group, that would be ideal/ 

Hello, community!Happy Friday - I hope none of you reply today and enjoy your weekends. :)TL;DR: I need to know what fields I should map the manager hierarchy data to in Docebo so that managers are automatically assigned to their direct reports.--We have an API written by a 3rd party vendor that syncs our data from Workday to Docebo. When I came to my company, all of our managers were (presumably) receiving their direct reports in their Team Members area of their profile as a result. In fact, some still are. However, many are not. I’ve tried opening a chat on this subject but it spun into a loop.I know that it works under certain circumstances because I have users who do have their direct reports (and even with recent hires). However, if I add direct reports to someone who doesn’t have it, the direct reports are cleared the next morning at the daily import, which communicates to me that the sync is processing that field but it’s either empty in my

I feel like I am going to pop….the latest release of Articulate Rise 360 brought an addition of not just content templates….but full blown content that is essentially free to your organization. It has me very very excited to be in the learning business right now. Not only do you get content courses that you can essentially brand as your own, but they also provide access to “lessons” or the sections within courses…..allowing you to effectively take the sections and bring together something that works better for your org. Hello,  I have been experimenting lot with group management and auto enrollment based on our needs. I succeed to a good extent in achieving desired results but I am stuck at one point. Use case: We have learners (90%) they have to do a preliminary course on the platform. Based on the course results they are assigned to different groups. We have created custom home pages and assigned to those groups. At page level, the visibility is based on the groups and not on the branches.Lets say, when the user is doing a preliminary course they are in group A (manual group). Later the user added to a different group B based on the result (automated group set on the condition). Basically user will be part of two groups and two custom pages. Both the custom pages should be accessible to the user by Menu (that’s the goal)The bottleneck is:I manually add users to the Group A via csv. I can’t make Group A automatic since I can’t
