Hi folks so I have setup an HTML widget with a flexgrid in it and the elements within seem to be doing the right thing - but the HTML widget container puts a scrollbar along the side instead of resizing when I adjust the browser window size.This is what it looks like at full-screen:Not too shabby.But when I pucker the browser window, I cant get the container to scale and so it puts a scrollbar along the side of it…so I land up with something like this.Flex-grid is flexing but the widget isn’tIf you can pass along any advice I would appreciate it.Here is the css snippet:/* Scope everything to j

We have eLearning modules that need to be renewed on a annual basis, every two years etc so we have certifications for them. Users get notified 4 weeks and 1 week prior to the certification expired date and 1 day after it has expired. All notifications include the link to the certifications page in the system. I then go into the system a week later and archive the completion if they have not completed it yet this is so it doesn't show as complete moving forward again they receive a notification.I have noticed some users certifications are not automatically updating but their completion date is in the actual course. I have looked at everything and I can’t find a common reason for it. Most of the courses and learning plans have validity periods set but they have soft deadlines so this shouldn’t affect it as far as I am aware.Has anyone else experienced something similar or know why this might be happening please?If I can’t work it out my only option is to download

Hi all, Complete CSS beginner over here but I’m loving reading all the posts about how to customise your platform using CSS. I’ve rounded all the edges of our widgets which looks awesome and now I’m looking for how I can round the edges of the course icons (screenshot of what I mean attached)?! I know it’s possible but I can’t quite work out how to do it. Could someone help?  ThanksSarah

Hi everyone!We have a set of courses that everyone gets auto enrolled onto as part of our “Essential Skills”.  Recently, I’m noticing people who should have already been enrolled onto the course showing as being enrolled on the course more recently. For example: one course has an existing colleague (who should already be in the system) was enrolled onto the course yesterday.  I’ve seen this a few times recently on a number of courses.  I have never noticed this before as usually the most recent enrolments on the course are the people who’ve joined the organisation.The only thing I can possibly think of is that the person has clicked “renew now” and it’s literally reenrolled them into the course, but that never used to happen.  Is this how it is now, or is there something else I should be concerned about?Thanks for your helpKeep safePaul

Hi everyone, 🌹Has anyone successfully synced Course Additional Fields from Docebo to Salesforce using the Salesforce integration? We’re trying to include some custom metadata in the sync and haven’t found clear guidance on whether that’s supported or how to configure it. Hi everyone - in another lifetime, I worked with a team to develop an app to help check people into ILTs.I do love that a workflow for working with QR Codes that an instructor points out during their engagement will help to “unpair” what used to be a corner with Learning Evaluations and is coming along to Go.Learn.But this represents just one workflow when it comes to ILTs and helping to reduce the burden with checking people into/out of learning events.  A question - is there any interest in other ILT checkin workflows?A few examples - is there interest in a workflow fora person that is walking into a training event to enter an identifier into an iPad to be verified at the time of checking in? a person that is walking into a training event to sign into a traditional sign in sheet that h

We would like the log-in page to still require the user to click the SSO button, but not give them an option for User ID/Password.I’ve seen older posts that talk about hiding the Sign-In, but I can’t find one that actually goes through the Setting or CSS used to do that.Can anyone point me in the right direction? EDIT: - I found it.  I didn’t realize it was in the Branding settings.  

If users are in multiple groups, both set up using automatic rules, but different catalog visibility - how does Docebo decide which group is the “main” one that controls their view?

After a previous post by my teammate, we determined that the best way to hide inactive course shells (that either were solely for historical elearning purposes with no content or VILT courses with no active sessions) was to mark them as Under Maintenance and add them to a course catalog only visible to superadmins. Is there a better way to do this than editing each individually to Under Maintenance? I do see that there is a (closed) suggestion that has since been closed but it doesn’t address the status of courses so if there was something I missed in a help article let me know!

Hi,I’m hoping someone will know the answer to this question. My company is in manufacturing and needs to keep records of training with leaners signatures on the learner's transcripts for when we are audited. Is there a way in Docebo to save documents on a learner’s profile? We were told that the Repository may be an answer but that won’t attach the documents to the learner, and we’d have to have multiple folders for all of our locations.thanks,Sarah

A change to the player sometime ago has left the size of the box containing our Survey too narrow to display all the options on our Likert Scale. This leads to distortion of our scores when learners fail to scroll to the right to find the highest level.  The survey doesn’t need the vast white space around it….We’ve been told that CSS coding can reduce the white space around it or expand the box size.  We haven’t been able to find the solution yet. Do any of our CSS coding experts have an idea?

Hello fellow Docebo community peeps.  We are navigating through our Onboarding with Docebo.  I am looking for some experts on how to create the UKG to Docebo User import recipe.  I am looking at the Workday recipe in the examples folder.  I have completed the Docebo University e-learning courses.   Does anyone have a recipe for the User’s import RAAS file that would help me on my way to success? Any additional recipes ideas that you have built are greatly appreciated.   Thanks!

Hi all,   We were originally thinking observation checklists for our needs but I don’t think that is going to work. Does anyone have any ideas for the best way to accomplish this use case scenario?  We have several courses in a learning plan, one of the courses is an ILT course where learners will have a final role-play to complete where three people will be observing and scoring them in several different areas. There will be about 300+ learners going through this course (about 20 per session) and a pool of about 10 observers. Once the learner completes the prereq courses they will sign up for a ILT session for their final role play. The pool of observers will then go in and sign up for the sessions they can observe based on their schedule (We will have them sign up as instructors for the sessions they want). While the learner is role playing the three observers will fill out a form (one form for each observer, three observers per learner). Hello there, we are just starting our yearly update of all our courses and also switching to the newer SCORM version from the older one our courses were created in and thought this would be a good time to fix something in the design of the course player that we have disliked since the beginning. Currently the title of the lesson being viewed is shown at the top of the screen in white font on a dark gray background.  We would like to change this to a colour that matches our branding. We have been able to change the background and accent colours (after the attached screenshot was taken) but the banner at the top with the course title remains in the dark grey. I have searched this forum and Docebo University and cannot find anything that addresses this specifically, but maybe I am using the wrong search terms. Does anyone know of a way to change this?

Hello,  I was seeing if there was an option to disable self enrolling for learning plans?  I want my learners to have the options to view certain learner plans, but i don’t want them to enroll themselves. Looking for an option similar to how you can disable self enrollment for courses. 

Hello there, I am stumped. I have visibility for my Power Users set to “Resource Assignment: All Courses and Learning Plans in Visible Catalogs” but my Power Users cannot see new categories or catalogs that have been added even if visibility for the catalog it set to their branch. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have a tip or trick to get new catalogs and categories to populate for all power users?

Four failed attempts!I have a CSV file with the data on almost 300 people. The date is in the correct format YYYY-MM-DD; the yes/no columns are all correct and filled in. Everything looks fine with me.When I go to upload I get an error message: Then I pull the error report and there are 300 rows of this: What am I doing incorrectly?

Anyone have any luck or know how to implement getting the Intercom Chat Bubble to also reside within the LMS? Would be great to be able to have users ask for help on the page they are working on rather than exit out and go back to a support page just to get assistance. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Hello, team,I’m wondering if anyone has ever allowed the end-user to self-select their Landing Page. I’m thinking that with a course and quiz responses, we could get them auto-sorted to groups based on their responses in a course. The idea is to allow them to select a “Role” type for them and then their landing page is custom to that type of Role of user.Any pro/cons/experiences before I dig in?

Newbie here. Please help! I need to report on 3 onboarding learning plans. The report needs to show the courses contained in each learning plan, the learners, and their progress in each course. 

If a user is overdue on their Learning Plan, how can I set up notifications to alert their manager? The only recipient options are either Users or Superadmins.   

We have a need to update the Evaluator email address for Assignments withing a large number of courses, which are tied to Certifications.  The current Course Assignment Evaluator designee is no longer with the organization, and we need to update the Course Assignment Evaluator email.  I cannot locate where or how to do this.  I am continuing to look through the Localization Tool.  No luck so far. Additionally, can this feature be hidden with CSS?   Any assistance would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.Sheralynn

We want to automate the creation of our LPs via the API. The only endpoint we can't find is for the option to display the learning plan in a catalog. Can anyone help here?

We’ve noticed that links in our meeting invites from Outlook Connect don’t work when opened in Outlook Web App (OWA), but they work fine in the desktop version. Both the webinar and course links show up as inactive in OWA.We’ve checked with our internal support team but haven’t found a fix yet. Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?Appreciate any tips. Thanks!
