Hi all,Does anyone know why the time in the User Personal Summary might be 0 seconds even though the user has spent a long time studying in the system? 

Hello All, Is anyone aware of a way or method to extract the Filtering and Fields used in a Custom Report, either within reports/new reports or via an API call? We have a large number of customized reports, many of which are versions of other reports customized for specific users. i.e. standard report 1 is customized by user A with specific Filtering and adding specific additional fields but is also customized by user B with different specific Filtering and adding different specific additional fields. Something similar to how PowerBI notes the filtering that has been applied when you "Export" a table.  Currently the only way that I can see to extract the information would be to review each customized report one by one and record the filtering and additional fields that have been applied.  Let me know your thoughts….

Has anyone offered multiple training material in different languages in one course? I have 4 SCORM files (English, Spanish, Portguese, and French) in a course and have been trying to figure out a way to automatically present the preferred language training material to our users. I have tried doing thing based on Groups with no luck, and tried to figure out hyperlinking from the description,also a failure.  Has anyone else faced this issue and figured it out? Thank you for any and all help! 

Hey folks,I am really confused by the use of tags in the platform. We liked the idea of auto-tagging, but once content is tagged, is it only for search purposes?In many other platforms that have the concept of tags, you could have it ‘clickable’ to show content related to that tag, but that does not appear to be an option in Docebo. I also thought there would be a widget to display courses by tag, but not so. So they seem kinda… pointless? what am I missing. 

Is it possible to start a YouTube video (or one hosted elsewhere) at a specific time in an LMS, like skipping the intro and starting at 30 seconds? I’ve tried using a URL with a time parameter and embedding HTML, but neither method worked in my trials in Docebo. 

Hi everyone!How do users in your platform know what training to prioritize during their onboarding?We’re running the issue where our new staff are getting auto-enrolled into a bunch of courses, but they have no idea where to start. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!We’re a small organization with lots of part-time and relief staff, and there are about 10 or so courses that every new staff member should complete as soon as possible. I’ve been experimenting with:A custom page, that has widgets/links to these courses. Enrollment attributes, where courses that need to be prioritized are marked as “Mandatory”. A learning plan, where courses that need to be prioritized are added to a learning plan.I’m not sure the best, most user-friendly route forward. How do you handle things in your organization?

Hi~ So I have an e-learning course that I want users to be able to see in a catalog but cannot enroll themselves. To enroll, they need to contact their manager or an admin to enroll them. How can I set this up so that managers can also enroll them?  I have this setting on because I want them to see the course is there but they need a manager or admin to enroll them: Only administrators can enroll learners. Users can see the course but they can be enrolled to this course by Admins only. This setting of course only allows admins to enroll them in the course and as a manager, if they try to enroll their staff, they also have a lock on the course that says contact the admin.So how can I allow their manager to also enroll them in this course? Thank you.

Need to update pre and post test scores and enter a completion date in the past.  Is this possible?  

Ciao All,I wanted to bring attention to a discrepancy I’ve noticed between two widgets:Catalog Widget: This widget currently does not include a filter to exclude courses that are part of a Learning Plan. My Courses and Learning Plan Widget: While this widget does include the option to hide courses within a Learning Plan, it does not allow you to select specific catalogs.Because of this limitation, it’s challenging to display only certain catalogs without also showing courses that are already included in a Learning Plan (or vice versa). I’m wondering if anyone has found a workaround.If this is something the product team could consider for future enhancements, it would really help streamline catalog and course visibility across learning platforms. In the meantime, any tips or suggestions from the community are greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Is there a way to show the header message on one page but remove it from all the others.  I know I can configure the header message in configure branding and look. I just want to show it on my login page.  I’d really like to do a custom login page but I don’t have the time or skill for that right now. So a css trick that could hide the css on all pages but the login page would be ideal.

I realized that I can use this CSS code to remove it from a specific page:#doc-page-XX .ui-typography-subtitle.ui-color-typography-secondary {visibility: hidden; }However, is there any way to delete it from all pages? I tried to remove `#doc-page-XX` from the CSS code, but this also affected the course in the learning plan.Thank you very much!Best regards,Pawaruth

I am working with the new revised LP and Course player and find that the new learning path provides zero information to the learner about what pre-requisites are missing on a locked course.  In the old player when learners hovered over the lock, it listed the pre-requisites needed.  Now there is a message saying “Course with pre-requisite” but there is no information available for the learner to know which course(s) is the pre-requisite they must complete.  This is a deal-breaker for us as we have many learning plans with optional courses and pre-requisite options.  It used to work beautifully and is now broken. Does anybody have a work around for this?

Seeking Community feedback on an optimal workflow for Post Course Content (learning modules) completion and the Survey - Training Material. Situation: We have three quick survey questions that we are entering at the end of each eLearning course to gather learner feedback. If the Survey is published to the Central Repository than it does not capture the data correctly to each unique course. Are there any Community Tips & Tricks for capturing Course>>Training Material>>Survey Feedback in a duplication mode/or copy mode - rather than individually recreating the Survey training material in each course?TIA!

Hello, I would like to add some beneficial notifications such as a notification to alert users when a course due date is coming up. Also what are some ideas for best ways for admin to get notified that a course is outdated or got a low rating? 

The goal is to update the nav bar with our company products in one place (CSS) and have it display on multiple pages when called by html on the page. That way if a new product is added to the custom nav bar, we only have to update in one place and not multiple pages

Hi all,  In our catalog pages, we have multiple Active Filers we will never use: Price (all our courses are free), Language (all in English) and Duration (this is irrelevant to our content). When a learner is trying to find a course, having these options make it a bad experience since each will return 0 results. It makes it seem like there is an issue, when they are simply filters we don’t use.  Does anyone have some CSS that will hide these options? I tried to make my own, but I clearly have no idea how to code. 🤦🏻🤷🏻 

Is it possible to use javascript to create relative links based on attributes? For example, I build a page with a content box that only allows one link. But I want that link to go to 4 separate pages depending on the branch of the user. This would allow me to have ONE page that can dynamically link to 4 different business units depending on which branch they sit in….currently, I have to have 4 version of the exact same page with only that one link different on them all. Any ideas? 

I have turned off “Allow self-unenrollment from the course even if the learner has completed it.” But my power users enrolled and completed courses in order to review them and then were able to unenroll themselves. Is this because they are power users in the platform, even though they showed as learners in the course?

My Power Users who are Consent Creators, cannot view their content and or materials they create. They are unable to view “learners view” please help, thank you!

Hello Docebo community!I currently have courses that were given before as live sessions prior to setting up the platform and may have future sessions but not at the moment. As such I have created an ILT course with training material on the course but no planned future sessions yet. Is there a way for people to access the training material prior to creating any future sessions?

Does anyone have experience using CSS to embed a video on the course landing pages (before login)? I’d like to add videos to the course landing pages that showcase the course’s purpose to the public to encourage learners to enroll in a course.

Hello community,I’m trying to GET some information. The objetive is to retrieve data on course completions, including which users have completed which courses.At the moment I’m looking at /learn/v1/enrollments/{id_course}/{id_user}, because it has a “course_complete_date” and “enroll_begin_date” fields, but I need something more objective like a list of all completed courses and the users involved.Is there an endpoint that can supply that kind of work? Thank you very much!

When you deactivate users, do you unenroll / remove them from:- Branches- Groups- Learning Plans ?Our automation enrolls users in courses based on the user's branch / group / learning plan.We don't want the automation to enroll deactivated users and are trying to figure out how this can be avoided.Thank you!
