Hi - Wondering if anyone knows how to use CSS to hide the Instructors listed by default on the course summary screen? The attached image shows the Instructors highlighted in yellow. Many of the instructors are not with the company any longer and we would like to just have the list suppressed all together if we can find some CSS to do that. The only other solution I currently found is to unenroll the Instructors, but we don’t want the active instructors to be displayed either.Thanks for any ideas! 

Please help! We are getting requests for completion rates for 2024 courses by job title. At the start of 2025, we reset our Learning Plans, archiving and unenrolling/re-enrolling people in courses and Learning Plans and updating the Learning Plans with any course changes.I’m trying to run reports to show people who were enrolled in courses in 2024 using both archived and active enrollments, but my reports are either returning blank or missing data. Is there a better way to do this, or did we break something we can't fix now?

We're starting to implement a learning plan in Docebo and the regulator we're partnering with requires that the certificate includes a unique identifier that follows this format: AA123456 (company code and then a unique 6 digit number).Based on what I'm seeing in Docebo, the certificate # is in the format of LP1, LP2, LP3, etc. Anyone have any ideas for how to give each user a unique identifier that follows the required format? It doesn't need to be the certificate # per se (though, if we could update that format, that would be great), it could be a unique user id or some other field that we could print on the certificate that's associated with that user. We also need to include this number in the report we generate.Anyone have any thoughts?

As the title suggests, I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically update the list of assigned resources for Power Users (PU)?I created a profile that grants certain PUs access to the insights tab, and I have to manually assign resources  (users, groups, courses, and learning plans) to each of those PUs in order for them to be able to use insights as intended. These PUs need view access to all users, groups, courses, and learning plans.My concern is that when new users, groups, courses, and learning plans are created that I’ll have to go back and manually update each PU’s assigned resources to reflect those changes.Is there a way to automate this? Or have the assigned resources update automatically when new items are created?Please let me know if you have any insights into this question!Thanks, Eric

Does anyone know if there is a way to receive a notification (in-app or email) when a Docebo Connect recipe fails?  We have logic in place on the recipe to send an email for any errors that occur on one of the steps in the recipe, but I’d like to be alerted if the job fails for any reason.

Hi All, just wanted to check if anybody else faces issues with HTML widgets and CSS styled content. Since this morning ( I guess due to a new release ), we lost our additional toolbar that we do have on every page. I did use the “Custom icon boxes” code shared here in the community for that and it worked well the last two years. Today it is showing the HTML code only and is ignoring the CSS completly. Both source codes are still intact and unchanged on the platform. Does anybody have a similar problem or an idea what could be the reason for that. I talked to the Support team, but they could not help me with that. Any idea or hint would be helpful. Thanks for your supportAlex 

What is the best way to get Power Users access to Learning Plans created by other Power Users?With courses, we use Category to give PUs access to view and edit, but there isn’t a Category field on Learning Plans.  I experimented with the “All in visible catalogs” setting, but this is overly broad as even if the PU is not assigned a catalog as a resource (they are only assigned it as a learner) they can still view and edit all the courses in that catalog.

Can someone explain the difference between the:Session Completion AndEvent Attendance options Does one drive the other?

I have quite a few customers who were imported by csv who were given generic emails from their head office. However, a lot of them are not their real email addresses. What I am doing now is going in and editing their email address, then leaving Docebo to send a “Welcome” email with login instructions; aka “User has been created” from Outlook.  The reason for this is because once the user has been created and the notification sent, the button to turn that on and off disappears.  Is there a way to force another  “User has been created” notification instead of sending one manually from Outlook? 

Is there any way to hide the option on the course mini-menus to “Mark as Outdated”? Client either wants a text entry for the user to enter (already upvoted that idea) or for it to go away.

Hi I am looking for help with course codes, we currently have a great course code structure, and we are also trailing some external content and I would like to to show the course code as this is the only element that differentiates the course from internal and external. For example external courses I want to use the same course code structure however it will have an X after each code. This allows leaders to identify this is an external course and not all of their people will have access so there for they must check.    Is there a way to show course code when viewing courses ? ( i know they can see it in their activities however they may not have completed the said course) 

Hello,I am currently building a dashboard for my powerusers. On one hand, I don’t need the filters, which are only available in English (and not in the localization tool). Is it possible to completely hide the automatic display of filters or disable filters entirely?Additionally, the "Tutorials" button in the header is also bothering me. I would like to hide it as well. I tried hiding the entire row (which would also be a good solution), but I couldn’t manage to do it with CSS. Does anyone have a solution for this?BR Robert

I’ve got the following settings on a course:  But when users enrol, I’m getting a notification to say that they’re waiting to be enrolled. So, they’re being added to a waitlist, even though I’ve not selected “Pending administrator approval”. Am I missing something?

I’m currently working on setting up course and learning plan completion badges in Docebo, with the goal of making them shareable on LinkedIn. I'd love to hear from those of you who have implemented badges in your learning programs!How have badges impacted learner engagement in your experience? Have you enabled LinkedIn sharing for badges? If so, how well has it been adopted? What challenges did you face in setting this up, and how did you overcome them? We have just turned on the course rating (the 1-5 star rating per course) but it is not clear from the knowledgebase how this is calculated. I am assuming it’s an average of all ratings, rounded to a whole number?t appears there’s a idea suggestion to give admins more data on how many ratings have contributed to the overall rating seen, so that means there is no way to have this information in reports?

I have created a new eLearning course which is a combination of 5 other courses which sits on a LP.  New users, when onboarded, will only need to complete the new course.  I want to mark the new learning course as completed for users who have historically completed the other five courses, and then these 5 courses will be removed from the LP and archived.Before I set the new course as published any ideas how I can go about this?If I remove the old 5 courses from the LP will the data still sit in the users statistics?Thanks for any help. 

Hello Everyone,  Trying this community out for the first time.  I have a question surrounding the Playlist feature.  We are currently not utilizing this feature in our LMS, however in the top right hand corner of a  course the option to add to a Playlist still exists.  Anyone have the correct CSS code that would eliminate this feature all together?  I would love to put that in the CSS editor to not have the option available.  Fingers crossed.  Thanks everyone. 

Hi! I have no experience with CSS/HTML but am trying my best to learn! I am looking to pin or fix the menu permanently on our LMS so employees will see the pages at all times when they navigate our LMS. So basically the pages on the menu will always be visible on the left side of the screen without having to click on the 3 lines at the top left. I found an article to add a vertical menu, but I don’t think this is what I was looking for.(link for reference: https://university.docebo.com/share/asset/view/729) With this option, I was able to put in the CSS code but had a hard time opening the HTML Code. Everytime I clicked on the file, it would open in a browser but no code pops up. I tried to right click to open with a text editor, but the option is not there in the right-click menu.

We are expanding our ILT sessions across multiple timezones.Our default setting is currently America/Toronto and we do not allow users to change their settings.When creating sessions in different timezones, it seems that users see two timezones: local time and America/Toronto. Unfortunately, it displays America/Toronto first, and users need to click on the session/event to see the local time. For example, this session takes place in Winnipeg, MB, but the system is displaying America/Toronto. I have to click into the session to see the session time in America/Winnipeg, which is 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.Is there a way to change this so that it 1) only displays only the local time or 2) that it displays the local time first?

Hi All, wondering if anyone has any experience with this and can shed some light on it. Sometimes, when we assign an instructor to a session via the VILT MS Teams integration,  that the session will appear 2 times on the instructors calendar. We do not use shared caledars, each instructor has the session set to thier own account. We cannot pinpoint why or when this happens. When it does happen each teams event has a different meeting ID. To Resolve we have to have the instructor delete the events from their calendar manually, then we remove their account from the assignment of the session, save and then readd it, and the session will go back with just 1 event in the calendar. Help. It is very annoying. 

I am wondering if we are able to change the look of My Team? I think it looks really really plain. Is there a way to see details without clicking on the elipses? I find some of my customers are clicking the circle in the top or the blue “View Team” instead of the three dots (elipses?) It would make sense to me that you click anywhere on the person you want to view, and then have the elipses menu incorporated with the Personal Summary Menu. Is there a way to make it nicer to look at and more user friendly? 

Hey all, I’ve been trying to rename the page names in the admin menu via the localization tool but seem to be missing something. Specifically, in the admin menu under E-Learning I want to change the name for Course Catalog to Module Catalog and Learning Plans to Courses. As I mentioned, I am in the localization tool and have been filtering through there but can’t seem to find specific name of the “module” in the locatization tool that will change the name as it appears on this menu. 

Our branding guidelines prefer we do not use iconography in our menus and and pages. I’m seeking a CSS solution to remove all icons from the MENU and from the CHANNELS. Please help if you can. 

I’ve checked my links, and they are correct. I don’t find any settings that allow or block access to the external urls. For all the links I put in the HTML training materials, I got the error as in the image attached. The links work fine if they are in the description box under the VIDEO training materials. This greatly influence the presentation and layout of the course content, as I want to put the related articles in one place after each module. Can someone please help?
