Hello Everyone, We will soon be implementing Docebo for Microsoft Teams.  We would like to, for the time being, disable the Chat tab so that learners do not see it.  We are having trouble getting any support around whether this is possible or not.  Our own IT says this would fall to Docebo, but we haven’t received an answer from them as of yet.  So I thought I’d ask here to see if anyone had successfully disable the Chat tab in Docebo for Teams.   Thank you very much in advance.Mike

Hello!  My company is looking to optimize Docebo, and the amount of work we’d like to complete will require more than just me (as the sole LMS admin).Does anyone have recommendations for reputable contractors to help with Docebo work?  Our Docebo implementation was outsourced to a third-party contractor and it did not go well, so we are hesitant to choose just any contracting company.  I appreciate any advice and recommendations y’all can share.  :)  

We want to track course usages not just based on the status e.g. enrolled, in progress, or completed, but also where a user comes back to a course or module again after completing it.Does anyone have experience in this?

I am curious if anyone else has experienced an issue where users cannot scroll down to see all the test answers to review when they have taken a test.  There isn’t a scroll bar on the side and I don’t see an option to adjust.   

I need to create an integration from Docebo to Snowflake to integrate some course data. how do i do that? is there a connector like outlook for snowflake as well that I can use? Please any help would be required 

We use email notifications extensively. Creating a single row table with 2 columns is simple enough. If I place an image in the left column by itself, I want it to align to the top of the cell. However, it aligns to the vertical middle. This creates an odd result when the right column contains a lot of text. I do not see Top Align as an option anywhere.

Is there a way to issue a downloadable Certificate if the course is completed in Docebo, but graded manually? So, we cannot link it to the course directly.

Can anyone advise on the best way to create a report which shows me all future ILT sessions, how many people are enrolled, how many spaces are available (if not full), and how many people are on the waiting list (if it is full). I have managed to create a report that shows me all future enrolments on session but I'm not interested in the names of the people who are booked on (as it puts each booking on a separate row.  Ideally i would just have one row per session, and the numbers. e.g. I know i could do this manually but ideally having something like this scheduled weekly would be amazing.  any thoughts?

Hi i wonder if anyone could help me.We have reset a learning plan certification as it was about to expire.When we access courses with SCORM files, they initially display as 'not started.' However, when you click on the SCORM file to load the training, it shows as complete with the completion score from the last time it was completed.Has anyone come across this and know how to reset the Scorm file?Thanks :)

Hi,Starting today, whenever I try to open an SCORM file from a specific course, I get a 404 error. The debug log shows the following message: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()". I downloaded the SCORM via API and re-uploaded it to the same course, and it started working again. Do you know what might be causing this issue?Thanks!Christian

Hi, I have an automation in Docebo Connect to remove offerings from catalogs on dates specified in a lookup table. To remove the offering, I used the base URL /learn/v1/catalog/ which I got from the Docebo API page.  Now, I’m creating an automation to remove offerings from channels in the same way, but it keeps getting stuck at the removal step.

I’ve tried some of the codes provided in other threads, but it is still not hiding the Mark as Outdated button from the course overview page or more drop down menu WITHOUT hiding the unenroll or change sessions options.I need code just for the “mark as outdated” option. This needs to be an opt in/out setting on the Admin side altogether, along with sharing or rating…  we just have users enroll, unenroll or change sessions, we don’t sell courses to outside users

@abartunek @josefinarod mentioned using PowerBI in another post and thought it might be interesting to port over to a separate post for discussion. So first a basic question. How do you link your data up to PowerBI? Do you export and then attach the data to PowerBI? Do you use the API? Is there an integration app? I’ve been using Google Data Studio for our dashboards which I love and is super easy but obviously, it’s not a live link so I have to manually update the data every month and it’s quite tedious. I’ve also thought about using Tableau but is there a live link? I don’t use the API and am not that technical.

Has anyone run into a problem for the notification “Digest: User Has Yet To Complete Course” where it’s set to a specific branch (with 2000 users), with the user role “Superadmin”, and the Superadmins getting Every Single Users’ incomplete courses report? [So they’re getting 2000 emails when the notification is triggered].If the settings were set to a specific branch, with the user role: User, they only get 1 email for their own incomplete courses. I would have thought that the superadmin roles would also just get their own incomplete courses, not every user in the branch. Is that normal? If it normal, can someone walk me through the logic behind why this is? The only thing that’s different is just the user role to get the notifications. 

Since the last course player update, the learner view for PUs is not the same as what the real learner sees. Can somebody explain this?

HelloI have a deactivated user and a new employee with the same name and therefore username (org email address).  The HR system has not automatically created this user in the LMS so I am thinking a manual creation is required but the user has the same email address as the deactivated user. Advice please?

How do I allow multiple PowerUsers the ability to share/manage/have visibility of a Learning Plan?

Hi everyone,I’m struggling with setting up a new Bloodborne Pathogens course for 2025 in Docebo. I used the previous year’s training material, archived the old course, and reset the tracking. However, when I enroll users, the system is STILL automatically marking the course as complete.I’ve spent so much time troubleshooting this—reading every article I can find, following recommended steps, and even working directly with Docebo support via email and Zoom calls. Despite all of that, the issue persists.At this point, I’m at a loss. Has anyone successfully set up annual compliance courses without them auto-completing for users who took the previous version? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

I am a Super Admin for our LMS. When I am in Course Management and I click “Learner View”, to see what the end-user sees in terms of dates available etc, when they search the catalogue, it automatically enrolls me on the course that I am looking at.I started noticing this when my line manager kept getting e-mail alerts that I had enrolled on a number of courses. It seems to do this for any Super Admin who does this as she had the same issue.If I have already completed the course, I can’t see the course at all from the end user’s perspective. Instead it just takes me to a record of when I completed the course.Has anyone else noticed this problem please? 

Hello! How do you name sessions and events for courses that runs multiple times a year? I am thinking of naming my sessions ‘2025 Batch 1’, ‘2025 Batch 2’, and so on. Then for events, thinking of naming it ‘2025 Batch 1 March 03’. Is this a good practice? Any other suggestions?For context, below is what the course outline looks like:‘OFA Scheduler Training’ Batch 2 and 3SCH100 - Batch 2 -  April 5, 1300-1700 / Batch 3 June 6, 1300-1700 Sample Session Name: ‘Batch 2’ / Event Name: ‘Batch 2 April 5’ SCH Skills - Batch 2 - April 6, 0800-1200 / Batch 3 - June 7, 0800-1200  COV100 - Batch 2 - April 6, 1300-1700 / Batch 3 June 7, 1300-1700 SCH102 A - Batch 2 - April 7, 0800-1200 / Batch 3 - June 8, 0800-1200 SCH102 B - Batch 2 - April 7, 1300-1700 / Batch 3 - June 8, 1300-1700I also thought of not naming ‘sessions’ and ‘events’ the same - just for me to differentiate which is which, is that what

I was wondering if it was possible to create a link that goes to a specific widget on a page? For example if you are at the top of the page you could click a button and it would take you to the correct section on the page. We have html blocks so in theory I could make a button I’m just not sure how to get the link or if it’s even possible.

Recently we’ve noticed that when users click to renew an ILT course, this is triggering the notification that they have unenrolled from a session.  This is causing confusion and queries. Does anyone know if this is something that has changed recently (or have we just not noticed it before!?)? Is there is any way to stop this happening, so that the notification only triggers if they cancel a session?Thanks

Hi! New user here, apologies for my ignorance. I tried to research but I cant find a direct answer to my questions.I'm trying to learn how to create an ILT, and in the training materials, I want to add a link to an existing LinkedIn Learning Course. Can some direct me to an existing guide please?I found an existing course in our LMS that when you click the title, it opens a new browser window and opens directly to the LinkedIn Learning course (or LIL sign in page if you're not signed in yet). I tried to reverse engineer this too but I cant and the person who made it has left the organization.PS. Is this process similar if I want to embed a YouTube video?Thank you!
