I’m only seeing courses, which is a lot of extra work for what we’re trying to accomplish.We’re breaking up some of our learning plans into multiple, shorter learning plans. So instead of one large LP with 30 courses, breaking it up into 3 different learning plans with 10 courses each. We want the enrollment to happen automatically after they complete part 1 to get to the next part, so we’re creating groups to put people into after they complete a learning plan, that we then use in an enrollment rule to assign them to the next LP.In short:Learner completes non-linear learning plan > added to group > enrollment rule uses group to add them to next learning plan.That all works fine, but we h

Looking to pull a old SCORM file already in the LMS in order to update.   Master file lost so I am trying to recover what I can.

Yesterday, we realized users were not being tracked for their last access dates in our platform. We conducted tests with user impersonation and also verified by seeing users enrolled in courses still completing the materials with enrollment dates after their last access date that is being presented in the user management section.I am curious, is anyone else having this issue? It is a large threat to us collecting our 2024 goals data and is making our organization question the validity of other data in the platform. It seems simple user log-ins would be one of the most basic things to track… Yet it is not being captured accurately...

We are looking to edit the CSS to make the Renew Certification button stand out more on the course player. We have users that miss this and simply click on the Retake Course button instead. Does anyone have any expertise on updating the CSS for the new course player to edit the Renew Certification button banner

I added a brief intro video that I wanted all employees to watch, however, it’s not showing as ‘complete’ in the status after they have watched, only ‘in progress’ - is there a setting I can select that will show the course as complete after watching it?  It’s just a standalone video course, not part of a LP.

We’re preparing for the new course player and noticed it has direct email links to the instructor, encouraging the user to reach out that way. Looking for help on how to use CSS to remove the email instructor link.Thanks in advance!

I found an external training course assigned to a user and I’d like more information about it. I went to the audit log and am not seeing when it was entered. How would I find out when it was entered and by whom? Is it in the audit log? What would the details say for me to find it? It is really hard to search with the 90 day window limiting since it could be anytime after the date it says the user completed it.Thanks.

Hello!We are trying to enable use of our platform with email addresses outside of our organization.At this time, we have several Additional Fields we require our employees to complete upon sign up. However, we want it so that non-employees (using the normal email/pass combo instead of SSO) will not be required to do these Additional Fields. Is it possible to force people with a certain login type/domain name on email to fill in Additional Fields and others are not required to? Ideally I would love for them to not be prompted with the questions at all. The alternative I’m thinking of is that when these users are created we manually log in as them, fill out the fields (even though some will not make sense like start date) and then they won’t be prompted with the Additional Fields screen the next time they log in. Thank you to any help in advance!

I need to generate a report that contains Power Users and the Catalogs they’re assigned. I see how I can do this manually by clicking into each user’s profile and finding their assigned Catalogs, but I can’t find a way to generate it automatically. Working with well over 100 Power Users, finding each one manually isn’t a feasible option. 

Any ideas on how to remove duplicate observation checklists from a manager’s My Teams dashboard? A user has completed, submitted and had their observation checklists approved by manager, but a duplicate is sitting in their manager’s checklist dashboard. On the User’s end, all checklists are completed and approved. I’ve reached out to Support and currently there is no way to delete a checklist from a manager’s dashboard once it’s been submitted. Any ideas? I don’t want to lose the completed checklists (would that happen if I reset them?)

We have had a few customer churns and I need to delete their branches and users within them.I removed the users and ran the API but received the error that it couldn’t be deleted due to automatic groups being assigned. Does anyone know how I can remove multiple groups from a Branch so that it can be deleted? 

Is there any report or API that will give me a list of assets and the skills associated with them?So far I have tried:The Assets statistics report The User - Assets report Channel management assets API - All assets. Hi community, We’ve come across an issue and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the issue. I’ve noticed that the Theater Mode and Course Syllabus view settings are inconsistent across multiple courses in our production and sandbox. Let’s look at two courses: Course A (in production) and Course B (in sandbox). Each course consist of multiple SCORM Training Materials (either SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004, 3rd Edition). For the most part, the course settings are identical for each course. The view modes for the SCORM Training Materials in question are set to Theater view mode.When viewing Course A (production), I’m unable to Show/Close the course syllabus when viewing the Training Materials. Screenshots below. 

This is my second set-up/go around with Docebo and I remember setting up a notification based on the user’s hire date, which I had set up as an additional user field. I cannot seem to set this up again.I cannot set it up directly from notifications as far as I can see.I cannot set it up as an automatic enrollment in a group, which can prompt a notification.I will take any ideas.

Good Morning! We currently run two different ecommerce systems - Our website and Docebo. We plan to turn off the ecommerce on Docebo and hyperlink course images directly to our product store on our website. Users will then be routed back to Docebo for all their learning. Does anyone have any recommendations for this process? Thank you and Happy Holidays!

It resets their certification status every time.2. What outcome are you expecting?*I have already updated the notification about each certification and added additional explanation to the certification description that the RENEW button should only be clicked one time for the renewal process. I would appreciate that the RENEW button is greyed out once the certification is renewed and will be enabled back few months before the next renewal.3. Hi everyone,I’d like to request that the Docebo team consider making the “External Training” feature available in the Go Learn mobile app. Currently, users who rely solely on mobile cannot view their external training activities within the app, which can be inconvenient for those who need a complete overview of their learning progress on the go.Having “External Training” data accessible in Go Learn would significantly enhance the user experience for mobile-only learners and make it easier to keep track of all training activities in one place. Is there a way to allow external training to be completed/ uploaded on mobile devices?I’m looking for a way for staff who only use a mobile phone to upload external training certificates to also be associated with a certification.The feature is not currently available on the app, and when you visit the web browser on a mobile device the view does not resize/ adapt for mobile and you are unable to complete the fields.Why is this an issue?Due to how the training is conducted, staff often don’t receive a copy of their completion certificate until 1-2 weeks after the training has been completed.We are unable to use the “file upload” function within a course useless as the completion date is the date the file was submitted, not the date the course was completed. Being a compliance course this won’t meet our standards.In addition, our staff are an entirely remote and do not have access to a computer or tablet, mea

Hello,I’m looking for a little CSS help to hide the “Lesson Details” block of metadata and tags in the course player. I saw in a related post that someone shared code a year ago to hide tags appearing in chapters, but I don’t believe that will work with the current course player? Any advice?Thank you!

How do we disable/retire a course?We have several ILT courses that have training materials and sessions. In the past, users were enrolled in these courses, accessed the training materials, took a quiz. They have existing records that we do not want to unlink/remove. We recently added a new course and would like to take these older ILT courses offline. We selected to make it unpublished but oddly enough they still show up on the users catalog for selection and then fail obviously. Going into the course advanced properties/time options you can only enter a expire number, not a date. Is this what we need to do in order for these older ILT courses to not show up on any catalogs?   

Hey all, I’m looking to update some of the header buttons on our login/landing page to make it easier for users to understand how to create a new account!Currently, we have the default set up with just the “Sign In” button that displays the SSO modal, then to the sign-in / registration page. But I’m hoping to change the style of the “Sign In” button, and add a “Register” button to the right - Similarly to how AWS does it here: If anyone has done this before / has any suggestions on how to accomplish this, I’d really appreciate it!Thanks, 

As the title suggests, I’d love to hear how you’d build this out… We have some technical training that we’re leading through ILT sessions at various offices across the United States. The instructors are SMEs who want to stay at arm’s length from our LMS (which I’m not entirely mad about). We are managing session enrollment using the LMS, but our practice has always been to email PDF copies of slide decks and other references to participants post-session. In a pinch, that process works but people lose emails and our email retention policy is only 365 days from send date. To that end, I thought it would be great to “host” the PDF items within the course as training materials. This way, participants could access from within the completed course shell. To that end, I’ve got a few requirements for hosting the items within the course shell…We don’t want learners accessing the materials until they’ve attended the session.  We wan

I am the Docebo admin at a SaaS company. I want to elevate our Project Managers to Power Users so that they can create custom reports to track their customers' training progress. What permissions do I need to assign so that they can only access Reports?
