I am manually adding users completion of a session. Once I mark them as in attendance is there anyway to make it where it automatically marks the course as completed? Or must I manually mark them in attendance then manually mark them as course complete? All of my ILT in course management only require the employee to attend one single session. 

After I am manually changing everyone's course to complete, their progress is still showing as 0%. Is this just because its calculating assignments with the course? Is there a way to maybe hide progress %?

Hi All,I am building a library of modules for succession planning/emergency coverage for a very technical role. In terms of teaching this, there’s a few software training modules, a few “in the field” doing collection modules, and a few “in the lab” technical equipment modules. I created a page for this job and I have these divided up by those areas.I also have a full learning plan of all the content chronologically like this image below for what steps the person is doing to process oil. I have each of the points on this screenshot of a Storyline file as a separate module.Has someone developed a way in Docebo to make something like this interactive to allow someone to more easily visualize the content to select what they need? For our staff, we use a gmail SSO button to log in to Docebo, but we also have a public-facing extended enterprise domain. Unfortunately, under Docebo’s platform settings, you can only enter one URL redirect for the gmail SSO settings, and this redirect is linked to our internal domain, so whenever a user clicks on the gmail button on the sign in page of our public-facing portal, they get a message saying “You cannot access this page directly.”Is there a way to use CSS to hide the gmail button on our extended enterprise domain? Or, are there any other workarounds we could use to remove that button? Please advise. Thanks! 

I am working on creating sessions for an upcoming training for our night shift. When I try to end a session at midnight 24:00 or 00:00 I get an error message saying the end time must be greater than the start time if using 00:00 and enter a value between 0-23. I know I could just end the training at 23:59 but I need it to be accurate.

When a learner completes an assignment for evaluation, they are able to see the score and any comments by the evaluator. The learner then has the option to reply or “Contact Evaluator,” which opens an email to contact the evaluator.Two questions about this:1) Does anyone know how to turn that option off?2) Where can one access the comments a learner send back to the evaluator? We have tested and could not find it anywhere. Thanks!

Sure we can add content to an ILT, but we would like it to show up easily in order. Does this have to be done with multiple courses?  

When a user launches Google Chrome on their mobile device to log on our Docebo platform, a pop up appears (see screen print below) to have the user download Go.Learn app. However, when the user presses on Not Now. Nothing happens.  Do you know how to get pass this so the user can sign in on their mobile device using Google Chrome and not have to download the Go.Learn app? It use to work, but now it is not working correctly.  

Is there a way to disable or bypass location in the Calendar widget when creating events? We would like to use the calendar widget for reminding students about assignment due dates, but we do not wish to have a location appear for each event.

Hello! Our team currently uses a single notification (Digest: Learner has yet to complete the course) to send weekly course reminders to employees to complete certain onboarding and compliance courses. The notification includes all our required courses and is assigned to a group that includes all employees. When a new employee joins, they are automatically enrolled in the necessary onboarding and compliance courses and receive notifications accordingly. It’s a simple setup that works great 95% of the time. One challenge we’ve encountered is that, on occasion, tenured employees open the onboarding program and receive notifications to complete it. This results in us having to either 1) mark them complete for each onboarding course or 2) unenroll them from the onboarding course. Of course, with option 2, there is the risk they reenroll and trigger notifications again. What is the optimal solution to stop tenured employees from getting notifi

Hi all I have a webhook for Learner Completed Course, its firing for every course completion but the course_id in the payload does not match course_id in the course catalog.Payload Course Id : course_id :21But I cant find any course with an id of 21.  In fact for all the triggered events there is a numeric id.  Im sure I am looking in the wrong place, can anyone point me to where I can find the course id?(I am avoiding the API and would prefer to export the list from the admin console if possible)Thank you  

Has anyone discovered a way to change or hide the SCORM package icon using CSS?Iconography is so important for UX and the zip file means absolutely nothing to our learners, and even confuses many of them. 

HiCan anyone advise why the USER STATUS (Courses) and STATUS (ILT), show a different wording for the same enrolment? Is there a way to unify these? For example, if a user is enrolled onto an ILT, that has not yet taken place, the Courses area will show this as ‘IN PROGRESS’, whereas the ILT area show’s it as ‘ ENROLLED’.  What is most concerning is that if the user is enrolled onto a waiting list for an ILT course, only the ILT area will correctly show as ‘WATIING LIST’.  The courses area shows as ‘IN PROGRESS’ which is very misleading to the end user.   We have created notifications to make a user's status clear to the learner.    Thanks in advance!Kate

Is there a way I can download and/or print the catalog?

Is anyone else getting this error consistently when they try to log on? We are having 10+ users a day getting this error even if it is the first time trying to log on for the day. Usually clearing cache and cookies fixes the issue, but that is no longer working. I have confirmed that the accounts are not locked. Is there something I am missing here?

Looking fro your feedback on the question above...I only recently learned this…When an idea is closed, I was asked NOT to resubmit and that even if CLOSED, other can still vote on them…Let me know if you're aware of this? Thanks!!

Is it possible to refine search results by using search operators - for example, to exclude words or terms that you don’t want to be included in a search result? To illustrate this, I might want to search for “Excel”, but exclude anything with “Excellent” in the title or description. I’ve been able to use quotation marks to specify a particular phrase, but other operators such as the minus sign and AND and OR haven’t worked for me. I’d appreciate any suggestions.

I thought I was on the right track with changing changing the breadcrumb font size color by using: doc-layout-breadcrumbs .breadcrumbs { font-size: 14px; color: black;}This successfully changes the font size, but it keeps that font color white (I’m guessing because it is a link?).  Has anyone been able to successfully change the color of the font on the breadcrumb with CSS?

Hello Docebo Community!I’m exploring the use of Connect, not for interacting with external applications but specifically for workflows within Docebo itself. Our current challenge is setting up a process where certain courses become available to users only at specific intervals after their hire date—for example, some courses at 60 days and others at 90 days. We want to ensure these courses are inaccessible before those timeframes.From what I’ve gathered, using APIs seems like the only way to achieve this (I only recently discovered APIs, so I’m still learning!). However, I’m struggling to find clear guides or resources on how to use Connect effectively within Docebo for this type of setup.If anyone has tips, resources, or advice on how to get started, I’d greatly appreciate it. Is there a way for Power Users not to see courses that are Under Maintenance?

 This enhancement request may already exist, but I didn’t see it.Under Notifications, once you select your desired group and/or branch, when you need to circle back to it, you can’t easily tell the name of your selection without search guessing or clicking through the pages to find your selections.  It should be setup to allow the admin can see the selection on the main page with an option to add / select others to the list. 

When I run the /report/v1/report API, it returns a list of reports (the old reports). How do I pull a list of the new reports?My end goal is to find a report ID so I can run the API to pull the report.Thanks!

Is it just me or did Docebo change the field Course name to Course title? All of my dashboards are broken when new reports were run.  

Our organization is attempting to use the New Reports tool to create a nightly report on ILT Session attendance, showing data from only that date.I attempted to create this by using the Session Options → Session Start Date and End Date filters, setting the start date to 1 day ago and the end date to 0 days ago. This produced no results, so I changed it to 2 days ago and 0 days ago.This appeared to work at first, but I quickly realized it was not picking up data from sessions that began after 11am. I wonder if this is caused by some issue with how the system handles dates and times. I made sure it wasn’t a time zone issue, at least on our end - our zone is properly set in settings to Pacific time. Has anyone else experienced strange results with these filters? It is unfortunate I can’t report on anything past 11am on the same day.In addition, I’d like to make a suggestion to let you filter by session relative dates in the future. C
