Does anyone have an export guide to publishing to the LMS and what test questions/responses can be gathered? SCORM 1.2 vs 2004 vs xAPI etc? I wanted to ask the community before I attempted to test RISE/Storyline files with the different published .zip files. 

We are looking to hide the Instructor panel (we changed to Program Manager) as it offers no value. It shows a name and thumbnail. No contact info at all. Can this be hidden or removed with CSS? Which brings me to my 2nd request. We do add the contact info for our Program Managers in the course descriptions, but by default it’s collapsed in the new course player. Can this be updated to be expanded by default when a user enters a course?Thank you for any and all help!

Has anyone done anything interesting with the new course player ILT layout. It seems like there is a lot of duplicative information wand the new layout feels a bit overwhelming.  Also visually I  miss the course image that was in the old layout.  What have you done? How have you made it better and more clear for users. 

Does anybody know if it is possible to automatically send an email notification to users when their expiration date is approaching? Say one month before? I would like to do this for the main expiration date found in the User Management area, not the expiry date linked to the Subscriptions App.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all,My team and I are looking for a way to create a one time page for the first time a user logs into the system. I have seen a few posts about this and the main thing they’ve said is that you cannot do this without creating a course or some arbitrary attribute to assign to a group. Is there an easier way to do this? I appreciate any and all feedback or ideas you may be able to provide. Thank you!

One of our SMEs wants to host a course where staff will:Watch a video Complete an assessment Sign a waiverThe waiver is an official form provided by a governing agency, so we need to use their form. The second half of this step is that the SME then needs to fill out the bottom half of the form confirming that the staff member completed all training. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to manage this? I’m wondering if I can do something where the learner esigns the form and it is automatically sent to our SME, then she would execute it and send it back. I don’t think this is something we can track in the Learning Hub though?

I’ve tried working with the preview mode of the new Learning Plan and Course players and I’ve got a UI/UX issue.All of our slide content for courses has been uploaded as a PDF to the converter - and I noticed with the switch to the new preview player that these no longer fit to the page as they used to. A user now has to scroll to see the full slide or click the ‘fit to page’ button EVERY TIME they have a new set of slides.This doesn’t happen if the material is uploaded as a Microsoft .ppt file, but again all of our material was done as PDF’s since there was no different with the previous layout.Will there be a way to fix this before the new layout is pushed out in October? 

We have a client who wants a report on an individual’s usage. This report needs to show exact dates and times of logins as well as course progress.Which report option would provide this?  Thank you.

Is anyone using the Docebo/Eventbrite integration to manage their Instructor Led Training? Are you collecting payments? Is it working? Is it another layer of complexity? Is information translating over correctly?

The ability to create pages and manage menus is one of the most powerful features in Docebo. That said, sometimes you need to expose a page only to certain users. I found that you can choose to NOT add a custom page to your hamburger menu but you can still usher users to that specific page via a relative url in a widget (we use mostly the Image and Custom Content Box widgets for this purpose).Using these “hidden” pages allows us to have many more pages available to our users without having to clutter up the hamburger menu (this menu can quickly get out of hand if not managed properly).To do this…create your page once created, use the menu at the far right under the ellipses to “Copy the URL” it should look like this: https://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/pages/20/home to embed this link in a widget or other launc

More of a basic question… When I need to edit the wording or timing of a notification email for an ILT coming up, do I need to unenroll everyone, edit it, then re-enroll users? Or can I just edit it and save and activate and all the users enrolled will get the updated notification?

Hello all! I’m in need of some DOCEBO EXPERTISE! Here’s what I need a solution for in the system: We are moving our onboarding documents to digital and automated through Docebo. We have PDF checklists (tailored to each position, very detailed) that we want to place in Docebo and allow our Manager’s to complete each time they have a new hire. I tried creating a course to house all the onboarding checklists (per position) and using the assignment functionality for them to upload, but we don’t want to have to grade EVERY assignment that comes in. We also want them to be able to upload multiple times each time they fill a position with the appropriate onboarding checklist they are completing at that point in time. I’m not sure if this makes sense, but we would like this to be a circular course that can be accessed and completed multiple times without a person on the backend grading. Any recommendation is helpful! 

We would like for users to complete a course (linked to a certificate - let’s call it Lifetime Certification), then 11 months after they complete the course be invited to take a new course (linked to a different certificate - let’s call it Active Certification). Then every year we want them to take the Active Certification Course to renew their Active Status.  Has anyone ever done this? Any ideas on how to set this up?    

Hi I am creating a report for test results for an event we are having. They only have 1 attempt max pass or fail is okay, it is being rated on a average score per store/group. Is there any setting that can still mark them completed even if they fail the test, instead of manually marking it complete to show up on the report.

We are using Docebo Connect to automatically create calendar invites for Events. Given that the Event Description is what shows up in the Outlook Event, I have been using HTML to format how this looks to the invitee. However, this is now showing up in the Event Description on the LMS as well.  This is also the case in the Go Learn App.Does anyone know how to change this so that the text reads as it should?Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to have a discussion thread inside of a course for learners?

Hello everyone!We're looking for insights regarding a challenge we’ve encountered in our LMS setup. Here's some context:Before launching the LMS, we provided specialized training to power users, teaching them how to manage the enrollment status of their members. All our eLearning courses are currently set to "final training locked" to ensure learners can’t skip essential training materials. Additionally, any test-related materials are limited to a maximum of three attempts.Here’s where we hit a snag: If a learner fails a quiz, their enrollment status reverts to "In Progress" even if the Power user has tried to “Reenroll” them. As a result, managers are unable to update their status and must escalate the issue to us, the super admins, to resolve it. This adds a layer of manual work we’re hoping to streamline.We’re curious if anyone has faced a similar situation. Has anyone encountered an issue with the estimated avg. course time from Docebo Content Shop material? We have had several employees report that the time given is inaccurate and it takes them much longer to complete. We recognize that everyone has different learning paces, but the amount of feedback on this makes us wonder if it’s just us. Thank you!

Anyone getting the error 503 when trying to access their LMS? I have a ticket but want to understand if is in my end or massive error.

We are trying to set up a “Course has expired” digest notification to go out to managers to cover any of their direct team members and any of a selection of courses (e.g., compliance courses) that they have not yet completed.Has anyone been able to get the “nesting” of the codes correct to show 1 employee with multiple courses that are overdue, and then the next employee with their list of overdue courses, etc.?If you are using this successfully, I’d love to see a screen shot of the coding, and a screen shot of the result (redacted, of course).
