Has anyone found a way to export an inclusive detailed inventory of the Central Repository materials?

Hello.We have different home pages based on the branch a user logs into Docebo from.  We are planning on rolling out some new elements to our home pages that we’d like to bring to people’s attention via a pop up that they can dismiss.  Is this a functioality available in Docebo?Thank you.

We are about to go live with the ability to purchase VILT courses via the Stripe integration with Docebo, however during our testing a couple weeks ago, we discovered there was a change to the sandbox where the country dropdown menu now displays the country name - tax code (see screenshots below). I spoke to Docebo Support, expecting this to be some sort of mistake, but they stated this is as intended and will be pushed to production soon. This is going to be very confusing for customers, especially those where there are multiple options per country, like Canada. There are six options when trying to select Canada.I did speak to Stripe Support as well and they suggested that I can enable the “Stripe Checkout” function so during checkout, we see the Stripe version of the country dropdown menu instead of the Docebo version. I would like to do this, but reading over every bit of Docebo documentation on setting up Stripe, they never mention having to enable the Stripe Checkout so this worri

Hello,Has anyone figured out how to successfully use the “Learner has yet to complete a course” when you have both eLearning and VILT courses. We have (or had) a reminder set to trigger 7 days (and 30 days) after enrollment if the learner hasn’t completed a course  We send out the list of ILT sessions at the beginning of the month allowing people time to plan to enroll and attend. This all fails for ILT courses as learners can enroll a few weeks before a session and then get the stupid notification saying they haven’t completed a course weeks before the session if even scheduled to take place.Outside of manually adding each course to notifications any solutions?

There is a notification for “User failed ILT Session.”  Does anyone know if this can be used if the user is marked “Absent” for courses where completion is based on Attendance?  I don’t see how to “fail” a user.  If this is triggered by marking “Absent,” can we update the documentation to be more accurate?  It is confusing.  

I am interested in hearing if any other users have found a way to FULLY bypass the course page/course landing page. We use custom built pages with custom content blocks and I would like to LINK the images and buttons directly to my scorm file (Rise)… is that possible? The course landing page provides us with no value and instead, users are required to click at least 2-3 more times to access material.

In this case, the admin user can give me a temp-user and that will be enough, or will this user account be tied to the Fivetran-Docebo integration and needed permanently?Thanks in advance for the help.

Hello!We recently enabled Power Users to enroll others in one of the Profiles. The permissions we’ve given are Create and View. However, I’m seeing that when attempting to enroll people, those people actually go into “Enrollment to Confirm” instead of “Enrolled”...No max quota on course I see that there is the “Allow automatic enrollment from the waiting list when learners unenroll”, but we don’t want there to be an exchange of one person leaves another person enters, we just want everyone to be able to enter I see a Power User permission “Can activate enrollments”, but we don't want an extra step to activate enrollments, we just want them to be activated immediately. Is that what this does?Thank you for any help in advance!

Hello! I’m trying to update certification records in our system. Here’s the scenario:We currently have 1 certification (DOT General Awareness). We need to split the records into 2 (DOT General Awareness; DOT Function Specific) What I’ve already done: Audited the system to pull a report of existing certified Team Members.  Split the report into 2 (to separate out the two records).  I uploaded the new certification record and awarded the Function Specific certification. My Question: What is the best way to remove the users who have DOT General Awareness, without removing the course completion (the lessons are from the CR as those are pre-reqs for the new certification)?My thought is that I need to create a new course for the DOT General Awareness (as anyone in the existing course is being assigned that certification), then I would upload the files and add the certification to the new course and remove it from the old course, but I wanted some insights from other experts before I do it in

Hello! Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically assign all users from a group to follow a channel?

We have opted to use the Let's Encrypt certificate renewal, managed by the platform, for our two secondary domains. We originally purchased the domains through GoDaddy about a year ago and they are going to expire soon. Now that we are using Let's Encrypt for certificate renewal, is there ANY REASON why we should NOT let the GoDaddy certificates expire? Are they used elsewhere within the Learn platform or integrations? (I can't think of any.) Thanks!

Hi everyone, My organization launched Docebo in June 2023. We have approximately 4,000 employees across 19 departments, with 32 Power Users who track training, manage enrollments, and run reports. Roughly 60% of their employees don’t regularly use computers and are often away from their primary work sites.We rely on certifications to maintain compliance with required licenses, such as Forklift, CDL, and Flagging, among others. To support this, I’ve been managing a manual process that captures individuals who did not interact with the renewal button -primarily for instructor-led trainings. For all ILT courses, I run completion reports and then use a CSV upload to reset certification dates, ensuring I capture any outliers.When we first launched, archiving a user’s record as an admin would trigger an updated certification date once the user completed the course again. Recently, I’ve noticed that this no longer happens when an admin archives a record, the certification date does not update

Hello! I’m trying to see if there is a way to remove the time from the due date in automatic notifications. We use soft deadlines as they need to be able to access the training post launch, but want to show something is past due, and we use days of validity do any new team members are able to take the course and have the same time (i.e. 30 days) to complete the training. When using automatic notifications with the “expire_at” shortcode, it puts in the time of enrollment. The user has until the end of the day to complete the training, not that time, i.e. 9:00am. Any insights on how to remove or avoid this?

Hi all!For the tests, can I set up a waiting period between test attempts without limiting the number of attempts?From what I can see now, I do not get the option for a waiting period if my maximum number of test attempts is 0 (the setting for unlimited attempts).    Is my option to just make my maximum number of attempts something ridiculously high?

We desperately need to hide the training labels that are in the syllabus of the new course player. They have no meaning to our learners and the visual clutter is overwhelming. It also dissuades us from being able to use the short description for training materials that would add value to our learners. I have combed through every mildly related community post and tried every CSS suggestion from the past few years in our sandbox. None have worked to hide training label. I reached out to Docebo Support and they said they do not advise on CSS.Is there a CSS genius out there who can assist with this dilemma?    P.S. I know they can be changed via localization but our goal is to hide them entirely. That being said, if you changed yours, what did you change them to? Open to suggestions. . 

Hello, Docebo Community! We only have internal users, meaning, that all learners are either current employees or contractors, and we are assigning mandatory compliance training upon hire, monthly, and annually. During the assignment windows, we’ve had users who have left our organization and therefore did not complete the course(s) by the deadline. I am looking for guidance on the best way to handle their enrollments and in a way that shows that they were enrolled but did not complete it because they left AND that can exclude their course completion progress from the course reporting/statistics. Currently, when the user leaves, we “archive” their enrollment in any courses that they haven’t completed yet and then deactivate their user account. I just created a custom course field and plan to start adding notes about when they left so it’s captured in the user’s course history. Is there anything else that is recommended that we do for this scenario? We’ve been using an eLearning course created with the DominKnow One eLearning Tool for several years without issues in our old LMS. My internal team recently transitioned over to using Docebo.The course was built with a lot of branching as there are pretest questions to give the user the option to test out of some of the sections and some of the pretest questions are different than the quiz/test ones in the sections. There are 3 sections required to watch if the user gets all questions right in the pretest. In the final required section, the required video is being skipped over randomly for some users and for some reason users can’t use the menu to navigate back to the video. The user gets to the end and receives the congratulations screen with a passing score, however, some how they were skipped over the final required video, which is causing the module to stay in an in progress status and not get marked as completed. I am currently setting up eCommerce integrated with Stripe. In our course catalogue, we have porograms that are subject to sales tax and others which are tax exempt. The Stripe API doccumentations allows for the tax code to be shared, however I am unable to find a way to make this available on the Docebo side.

Hello Community  We are a provider of external training. For some customers, it is not expedient to register with us separately. That is why I have been thinking for some time about a way to host our courses in our LMS, but make them integrable with external LMSs. The customer LMS should serve as a presenter of the course, which is played on our platform. My aim is to ensure that customers retain their LMS capabilities (course assignment, etc.) while also benefiting from the capabilities of our Docebo LMS (course management, certificates, insights, etc.), effectively combining the two. I have looked into LTI, but as I have learned and read here in the forum, this will not be a feature of Docebo LMS in the near future. However, I have the impression that we can achieve this goal through a combination of Extended Enterprise, Embedded Learning and individual programming using APIs. The customer receives a small SCORM file to integrate into their LMS, which automatically stores the learner
