Hi,How to avoid sending email notifications to the enrolled learners when updating a course or a session?Every setting I change in the session, enrolled learners receive an email alert. And same at the course level.Please help!Thank you

Currently there is only the option to export the ILT attendance register in PDF.Is there currently a way, or will there be the option in future, to export in .xml/.csv?  

I see we can integrate with OneTrust, are there plans to expand the options for other 3rd party platforms? 

Hey all! I’m coming to you for help! Recently (just over 3 weeks ago) our Teams Integration quit working. I submitted a Ticket, but after three weeks I haven’t gotten any answers from Support. And in the last few days this has caused quite an issue for us (so much we have had to cancel training). I need a solution so asking for anyone who has experienced to help me figure out what else I need to troubleshoot!  (See attached screenshots for an idea of the messages the system gives us when trying to set up a new vILT session/event). In the past, we have had certificate errors (they have expired), but we check and that isn’t the case.  Our Secret Keys and other account numbers are matching, what else can we check? What am I missing!? It’s also worth noting our Zoom Integration has had issues in the past, but it is up and running just fine (well expect for a Daylight savings issue but that’s a post for another day  

While I’ve searched and gone through so many submissions, I can’t seem to place my issue.  I have several instructors teaching the same class at different sites. Typically, one class a week, pending on the needs of the Site. So far, I have been only creating Sessions and naming them for the corresponding date of training, then enrolling those taking the class into the session with no need of Events.  What I would like to do is have a monthly Session Per Site, with events that correspond with the days of the training.  Now these events in the session would not be connected to each other as each Training Event is its own unique Event. IE - Session - Site BEvent 1/1/26 Event 1/9/26Session - Site CEvent 1/3/26 Event 1/10/26Do Sessions and Events work this way?

So, this has been around for a few years now, but I only recently became aware of it. Previously we had successfully imported courses from LinkedIn Learning into Docebo.  Users could see the courses in Docebo, enroll, and take the courses.  Users noticed this week that they are unable to get into the courses.  I’ve even imported yet another course today and users cannot complete those courses either.  They get this “oops” error screen from LinkedIn Learning.  This all worked fine previously.  

Our organization has recently had a number of issues with the Salesforce (SF) Integration, and I’d like to share some of what I’ve learned from the month-long exchange with Docebo Support.  I don’t remember much of this being covered in documentation, so I’m hoping it will help folks in the future.For some background, we only use the salesforce integration to sync Contacts (enriching SSO-created Docebo Users with SF metadata), Courses, and Enrollments. The Contacts synchronization process is bi-directional (despite the documentation making it sound like it is uni-directional): The synchronization process follows a key principle: it looks for a unique match between a specific Salesforce field and the Docebo Username. I noticed recently that when I try to search for a Branch in User Management with the “search all branches” option, it is no longer returning results as it should.  I did some testing yesterday and it will only find a match if I drill down to the parent level where the branch exists.  I double-checked that the “show users in sub-branches” option is checked, so it’s not that.This has worked fine in the past, it seems to only recently stopped working for me.  I first noticed it in the past week or two. Anyone else having this same issue?  

Is it possible to change the url you are taken to from the ‘View all’ button? I do not want users to see literally every due dated course they have ever been enrolled on regardless of their completion status. If they have completed the course then I don’t need them to see it linked from a widget supposedly showing expiring courses that they need to complete. So, is it possible to change the url on that button to take them to the same page, but with the filters applied? Is there a way to turn off course completion entirely? We have some courses that are accessed for the resources over and over. They never actually “complete” the course. It’s more of a document repository. Is this possible? 

I have 34 courses, many of which have >10k enrollees, and I need the courses to be ‘reset’ annually so that users can receive a new record of completion (archive & re-enroll). This needs to happen as soon as possible after Jan 1 each year. In prior years, I have using the archiving functionality to achieve this. However, as my enrollees grow (and will continue to grow), archiving is becoming unsustainable. For one, to archive that many enrollees take a very long time (sometimes up to 4 hours) and I can only process one at a time. This results in an unacceptably long down time for our users (34 courses * 4 hours/course = 136 hours to get through them all). Also, since I cannot batch archive >10k enrollees, I need to creatively use filters to find groups to archive at a time, which takes even longer. Does anyone have a solution to this? I am hesitant to use the Certifications functionality because I do not want users to be able to renew themselves, but perhaps that is my bes

My coworker and I are trying to archive/unenroll our 2025 Learning Plans, and while we were excited about the new Archive feature, we did notice a limitation. It looks like we can only bulk archive/unenroll active employees. Has anyone else run into this?For anyone working for Docebo, are there plans to change this? With the current setup, we will still have to go through course-by-course to archive the inactive users. I know some people will keep inactive users enrolled in courses since you can exclude them from reporting, but we usually clean things up so we can get a clearer picture of how things are being utilized. 

OK, love that we can have multiple training materials organized into folders by language to support one course vs. multiple courses when you need to provide learning in multiple languages.That is cool and a great step forward.The newest update (currently in the sandbox as of March 2nd) provides us the ability to translate the title, short description and long description as well. We are looking at changing a bit of how we handle our onboarding process and training. Our new hires complete a variety of courses and learning plans. We are discussing providing an onboarding page that lists the required trainings in the order they should be completed. The required trainings depend on the position so there will likely be multiple onboarding pages. The timing for completing courses also varies based on position. (Ex. Employee A might be required to complete course Z as their second course, but Employee B doesn’t complete that course at all. Employee B’s second course might be Employee A’s third course.) Hi, I am looking for a report that gives me ILT course duration, session hours and most importantly Event duration, not at user level but Course and session level. 

I’m currently working knowledge check for our colleagues and I'm using the Docebo Content Creator to build the module.I need to set a mandatory 80% passing mark for this assessment, but I am unable to locate the Project Settings or Scoring menu within the content creator edit interface. (also if it can show in the report)Is there any way to set the score in content creator? as I want to use their build-in translation function. Thank you.

Hi community,We just started using the Learning Evaluation process and like the idea. However, a big concern we have is the “Confidential Data” properties when assigning a questionnaire to a course.The Confidential radio button says “Nobody will be able to see which respondent has provided a particulate answer”. While this is true that the names are not displayed with the answer, you can still go to the Respondent List and see who has replied. A “simple” use case would be that you have 5 students in the course and only 1 person responds. That person is the only person who is shown to respond… Their answers are not confidential.This use case is likely not going to be common, but it raised some concerns with our data privacy teams flagging it as not really confidential. Maybe I’ve set it up wrong, but I’m curious how others have handled this.Regards,Tim

Hi all, we want to move the SSO login button futher up, so users get to see this first rather than the login (which they don’t use)….. We can’t turn off/hide the login buttons as others have suggested otherwise we wouldn't have access (security).  Does anyone have any CSS code we could take a look at please? 

Hi,I have instances where i need to enroll a whole branch which has 50+members into a course except 1 or 2 for whatever reasons. Is there a way to select the whole branch and deselect the 2 members ? or any other easy way to do this other than CSV upload 

For the past few hours, I have been searching this community page for a solution, comments, or recommendations pertaining to the completion of the vILT session.I assume you are aware that the vILT session will be marked as finished as soon as participants join, but this should not be the case. Our instructors verify each participant's hours spent and update the enrollment status in Docebo based on our TEAMS report at the end of each session. This results in an extra step, and our instructors feel uneasy conducting sessions via LMS.At the moment, Docebo offers the options to "event as attended when learners join the session" and "access the recordings" for attendance; however, it has no control over preventing irregular users from completing.I tried manual, evaluation, attendance-based, and training material session completion methods, but none of them worked for our training requirements.How do you manage your virtual ILT session completions?  Appreciate

I know that Docebo doesn’t offer a monthly active users report. So I’m open to any ideas of how you have somewhat accomplished this on your own?

Hello everyone, I’d like to tickle your brains on this topic and ideally get your input on what’s possible or not on Docebo and how you might be handling this topic with your learners.For context, at my company we do performance reviews twice a year, outside of Docebo (in Workday). At the same time, during those campaigns, we’d love to capture the training needs of our employees. In the past, we used a free form where employees could enter their needs but it turned out to be a nightmare to process the data (reading every single entry for over 1500 employees). Ideally, it would be possible to capture this information on Docebo but we can’t find a way to do so.
