Is it possible for a manager, who have other managers reporting to her, to see hers manger’s learners when downloading a report in My Team?

Can someone help me understand how to login in using the go.learn (docebo) app with using ssoid?

I’ve seen references to the Course Catalog getting an updated that are as old as 2 years ago. Do we know if this is in the near pipeline? Is there a way to find out? It’s painful to use and as we’re doing so much modifying as we work through our implementation, it’s very time consuming. Thanks!

Is it best practice to place a Learning Plan into a course format?  If so, what are the benefits?  Does it change any of the reporting features?  Thank you!

We have enrolled user un learning plan. Some users renew their subscription and we have updated their enrollment.I try to generate a report… but the “new enrollment dates” (Active from / Active until) are impossible to retrieve in a report !!Support doesn’t have any answer. I know I can retrieve those information from the API… but I need an .xls/csv report.1- I think it should definitely be in the enrollment fields when creating a report2- Any of you has a brilliant idea ?Thank you

Hi Brains Trust,Is this feasible:A user is enrolled into a session of an ILT course which has two events.  The user is marked as present for event one but absent for event two and therefore they are evaluated as not passed for the session marking the course incomplete.  The user enrols into the second event of another course session at a later date and is marked as present and therefore the course is finally recorded as completed.Could a user enrol into just one event for a multi session course?Is this an automated process or would this require some manual monitoring?

Has anyone figured out a way to customize the columns on the learning paths page. Ours currently looks like this   And I would really like to extend the name column so we can see the name. I found a page that has the CSS tags for the course management page but not for learning paths. Does anyone have any experience with the CSS for learning paths ?  

Hi everyone, I’m looking at creating a course that marks completion only via API (using the endpoint PUT /learn/v1/enrollments), all in the name of performance based learning. Appreciate any advice on the intended approach to achieve this:The first training material in the course contains a html page to an iframe that contains primarily the description of what is needed for completion and a button (eg. check if user has made 5 client appointments). On click, the button sends a call to the company database to verify and if true, sets the course to complete via the above API endpoint.  Problem is html page is set to complete once viewed, so I have to add a second training asset that can never be completed and set that as the end object marker. I’ve scanned the help and community pages, so far my assumption is that a broken SCORM file (that never communicates completion status) is the only asset that fits the bill.  

We use email notifications to send training plans to our users. In the last 2 weeks email notifications that we have been set up using Source Codes are not being sent from the platform.Has something changed to where notifications only work using HTML text? Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve recreated a few of our notifications removing the Source code and only using the Short Codes provided and it seems to work. However, we use the source code due to the branding and clean look that it provides. 

Hi there!  I’m struggling with a set up issue and wondering if someone in the community can help? I’ve done a 3-minute screen recording to show the issue to our account rep, but they’re not available this week. https://somup.com/c0VTFsxT5iFor additional context, we want the majority of our 600 courses to be searchable by all employees for self-enrollment, and then a select few courses that are only searchable for self-enrollment by a specific group of people, such as managers.  I understand there is an ability to require an admin to approve the course enrollment, but I am hoping to not add a time delay on the ability of the user to take the course.  If anyone has some great ideas on how to accomplish this without using the course catalogues, please let me know!

We have limited space in our Docebo calendar. If we could eliminate Saturday and Sunday, we’d have about 30% more space.I don’t see a way to do that but am hoping someone knows if this is possible?I do see someone else had a similar question a year ago, but I’m not sure they succeeded and it looks like they were deep into CSS editing, which i am hoping is not the only way this might be done.Thank you.

Has anyone had success adding a sticky left navigation? I’ve been gazing adoringly at Tiktok Academy’s version, but I only seem to be able to find HTML/CSS for horizontal nav. I’d love any tips if you have them!

I was wondering if anyone else has run into an issue I have encountered. I am trying to edit existing notifications to apply a branded template that I created and tested this morning. I created a new notification to test the template and when I go in to update it all of the text in the subject and description is missing.If I try to edit any existing notifications I am seeing the same thing. I have tried Chrome, Edge, and Safari on both a MacBook and Windows 10 machine with the same results.  The subject line is disabled so I cannot put anything there, and everything that was previously in the description is missing. I can create new notifications without a problem. Hi Everyone, We have the Docebo Application embedded in our Salesforce CRM. A very high level overview:We have 2 main audiences The first audience (customer), access our platform via the Salesforce Community site, where Docebo is embedded. These user records are added a list view that we have setup to sync to Docebo, twice a day. The second audience (employees), access Docebo directly via SSO (not through Salesforce and are manually uploaded via .CSV bi-weekly. Though many of these users have Salesforce Licenses and work directly with the customers so they log into the Salesforce Community frequently. Issue: The Second audience (employees), who are not provisioned by Salesforce and are condition out of the user list that is set up in Salesforce to sync to Docebo, are removed from the Employee branch we have set up in Docebo into the Salesforce branch when they access the Salesforce Community site. We are displaying My Profile on the home page. I’ve read we can hide ‘Change Password’ so that’s good - but the name display shows Lastname Firstname - I’d like to reverse these so the name displays properly. Is this possible?

We are launching our client side LMS soon and am currently running into one road block. We set up our client side LMS to be a page and menu that is only visible to a certain branch, and clients upon enrolling with our company are given access to that page via registering with the unique branch code. However, we are offering an additional package that will include access to specific channels and content that not all clients will be able to see.  What would be the best way to automate the process where the clients who get the additional package can automatically get access to that Channel and content? I was thinking of developing a unique branch for it, but that wouldn’t help if an existing client is upgrading services, as they would already be in the system from when they first registered. Currently, we have clients who receive this additional package being manually added to a group where that content and Channel are only visible to them. Any advice would be appreciated

Is there a way to give a contractor access to build out an HTML page without making them a SuperAdmin  thus giving them access to my entire platform.  

I get error: bad request  "Invalid parameter: validity_start_at"When using API endpoints:POST or PATCH /learningplan/v1/learningplans/{learning_plan_id}/enrollments/bulkPATCH /learningplan/v1/learningplans/{learning_plan_id}/enrollments/{user_id} I get these errors even using the API explorer and selecting the provided models.  By removing the validity start and end fields the endpoint returns success. Is the documentation wrong?  Do these fields have a different name?

Here’s how to do it:Step-by-Step Process:Create or Select a Course for Each Branch: If you don’t already have courses for each branch, create them. Name the courses clearly to reflect the branch (e.g., “Sales Training”, “HR Training”). Add Quizzes to Courses: Within each course, add the corresponding quiz. Navigate to the course’s "Training Materials" section. Add the quiz you created for that branch. Assign Courses to Branches: Go to the Admin Menu. Select "Users" and then "Branches". Assign the courses to the relevant branches.

Hi All! We are going to begin testing of the Docebo Connect - Outlook Integration shortly. As we embark on adding this feature to our LMS, I’m wondering if anyone would be willing to share the following:  Best practices they’ve utilized adding this feature Has a test script they’ve utilized to test functionality prior to launch Can clarify if the examples shown in the Outlook Example folder are all needed for normal functionality. We are still in the Docebo queue to speak with a technical rep about the new functionality, so anything that can be provided, would be really helpful before we have our first discussion with the team. I’ve gotten a few good pieces of information so far from the knowledge articles and other community posts, but was hoping to see if there was anything else that the community had experience with Thank You! Jason

Is there a way to create an ILT course with the pre requisite online module completed first?  I have created the ILT course and added the SCORM file into the training materials but the option to set as a pre-req is missing.Have others done something similiar?

Hello, I have a VILT course that associates would like to take multiple times. I know that once you attend a session/event and are marked complete you are not able to see future session/events. Is there a setting that will let associates take the same VILT multiple times?  Thank you
