We have just started our renew certification cycle and finding a lot of our colleagues are completing the learning and when they have finished they are then reclicking on renew certification that then resets the learning back to the original renewal date.   There is a pop up box but the wording isn’t clear it asks do you want to proceed, and people are thinking yes I want to renew and so they are clicking on renew which then resets the learning back to the original renewal date. How can we stop this from happening? 

I am having trouble with figuring out how or what to set someone's enrolment status as in order to enable them to enrol on a new session/event.They were absent from a session/event which has been marked as absent by the instructor - however without disenrolling them I am struggling to be able to see what status I need to choose for them to be able to go ahead and select a new date from the course?I need them to remain on the previous session as absent really so we are able to report on absentees.Does anyone have any ideas on how I might go about this?TIA

Hello everyone, I'm wondering if there's a way to embed dynamic components in courses that adjust based on the user accessing the course. As a software company, we're keen on allowing students to launch their personalized virtual machines from within the course to access our software. While we've figured out how to create the component, we're now investigating how to retrieve the user ID using Docebo's API. Any advice on accomplishing this and where to place the component within the course structure would be much appreciated!

Hello all, I understand this has been an issue for some in the past, but while we investigate with Docebo via helpdesk ticket would anybody be able to provide some insight on this issue?We have imported a few LinkedIn learning courses into our sandbox for testing in preparation for a Q2 LinkedIn project, but we’re struggling with courses not completing. • We assign the course, then access it as normal.• This changes the course status from Not Started to In Progress as intended.• We are taken to the LinkedIn learning site to complete the AICC training materials.• Upon completion in LinkedIn, nothing seems to trigger the course completion on the Docebo end.The course does not register as complete and upon examining the AICC training material under the REPORTS tab we see that it is still in a Not Started status. It doesn’t change to In Progress let alone Completed.I looked at a few other threads here and it

I use the same thumbnail for around 1,000 videos, if this thumbnail is deleted by accident(very easy to do, one click) it deletes it everywhere it is used. How does the community feel about Docebo adding in a confirmation for this? (Are you sure? yes/no)  Really a scary thing that will cause hours of work. 

Hello,I am running in to a little problem with courses not being mark complete after the training material is completed. Both for SCORM and AICC. It leaves them in-progress. I have even signed in as the user, completed course and nothing. I also have the setting for the course as seen below and also as no. Seeing the issue for both. There is only one training material in these courses. Any idea what i can adjust? 

Hello LMS Admins, we want to automatically mark eCommerce transactions paid so that a confirmation enrollment session notifications is sent to people who enroll in a class.We do not accept credit cards at this time, so we manually every hour, check the eCommerce transactions and mark them paid. We would like to automate this with webhooks, if possible.We recently purchased Docebo Connect. Any advice or recipes would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi,Is it possible to restrict some courses by IP?We need to restrict some courses to only access in the work IP, not at home or in external network.  

Hello Community!For those using the integration with Zoom/Outlook.Has anyone been able to allow access to an external consultant to lead an event? How did you generate the Zoom link for the vILT to share with the consultant, ahead of time and outside of SSO? I was able to add the consultant as a user in Docebo and add them as an instructor, but this is not sending a Zoom link being that with the integration, users must access/start the session from Docebo and are not given an actual Zoom link. 

Hi,When i open the skills filter for a channel, I see only about 9 skills listed and I see no way to expand this selection or customize it. They appear to be the same 9 skills across all channels, so it would appear these filters aren’t contextual in any way. Does anyone have information on which skills are displayed in the channel filter or how we can customize this list? Thanks, 

Hi everybody,I was working on my Power Users permissions, when I noticed something weird in Docebo KB: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/6463399445394-Power-User-Permissions#h_01H95CCCJSPCMKB7P7VGSH5VZ3View of a Course’s Training Material is only granted if they can also EDIT the Training Material itself! Why can I not grant them so view what the course is about (either only informative, or ILT, or includes an exam...) without letting them change it? Does this make sense to you? Is there possibly a workaround? Or maybe I am misunderstanding something…?Thank you!

Our team is starting to host various “Functionality” Trainings. These trainings will vary in audience. Currently just People Managers, but eventually, will include Team Members as well. All are end users of the platform. We will offer 4 options per session. For example, if we want to do a session on Observation Checklists. The topic would be the Checklists, and learners have 4 options for which session they will attend (different days and times).This will turn into a series that we plan to have more sessions, all related to functionality. The set up will be the same to allow them to sign up for the option that best fits their schedule. How would I best set up this ILT so that learners can enroll is the session that best suits their schedule? As well as be able to sign up for future sessions? Does it need to be separate ILT courses? I need to take into consideration reporting as well. 

We have gotten some initial feedback from a pilot user that is struggling whenever certain learning objects are the end of a course. For example, if a Knowledge Check is last it shows the results of the Knowledge Check instead of the Complete text with the trophy icon. Is there any way to get the course to always show complete at the end of last object, instead of the object itself? This way learners will not wonder if they are truly complete or not.

Hi all,We currently utilize a Docebo Connect recipe that exports user course data (ex- course enrollment & completion data) to a CSV file. The use case is slightly growing, and we would like to capture a Course Additional Field’s value as well. It is called MandatoryStatus; this course additional field is of type ‘dropdown’ and is not optional - each course must select one of our dropdown fields (ex - mandatory_onboarding, optional).I was tinkering around with the current config, however to no avail. Perhaps it has to do with the Path I have set in my ‘Get Retrieves course enrollments in Docebo’ action? Haven’t been able to get the field to show on the CSV file. If someone has pulled this filed down into their recipe before, please share some tips!! Thank you.

I’m wondering if anyone manages a scholarship program and how you handle time limits for your scholarship learners, if you have one.  We offer a scholarship with the agreement that you’ll register for your first VILT within 6 weeks and complete the learning plan within 6 months. But it’s proving really difficult to track. We’ve started to code scholarships amounts as additional fields and we use our creation dates to give us an idea of when they started. But it’s still super cumbersome.  How are other people handling similar programs if at all? 

Hello, I am trying to create an association question in a test, putting steps of a process in order. Naturally I want the steps shuffled. There is an option box to shuffle the answers, but Docebo doesn’t let me. It gives me the prohibitive red circle with line symbol when I try to click the box. How do I shuffle the answers?

 Hi all,I’m trying to hide the “User assigned to a group” radio button on licence bundle purchase. My users need to select a branch, not a group. Trying to make the check-out purchase easier by removing an unneeded click. I found this bit of coderadio :has(#radio-2) {display:none;}It hides all radio-2 buttons and the radio button still appears every now and then.  Wondering if anyone else has a solution for this?  

Currently my first-created leaderboard is always default.Is there any way to change this?

It seems you are not allowed to unenroll a user from a course in their learning plan. Is there an alternative way to resolve if a particular user will not be required to take the course although most folks in the plan do need it?

Our team has been using channels for years now, and we have a number of different channels at this point.  As a result, our “All Channels” page takes ages to load, and it’s pretty much impossible to get everything to load.  So we are taking on a project to reimagine how we are currently doing channels.  We are thinking making multiple custom pages as opposed to using the All Channels page, or something like that.  I was hoping some of you who have a good channels set up might want to share what you’re doing!  Extra points if you can share some screenshots, as well.  Thanks for any thoughts/ideas!!

Any way to bulk edit branches? Looks like an additional/accidental sub-folder was created and then subsequent folders under that one. I need to remove the subfolder, without deleting the others. A workaround has been to manually move the branch 1 by 1, but it will take foreverrrrrr! Any ideas???
