Hello! Does anyone know if it is possible to have e-learning scheduled to be assigned to a learner? We are rolling out a new training program and we would like to have learning courses assigned once per week. Is this possible?  Thank you in advance! 

hello! I am finalizing a course that includes scorm files and videos. the last scorm is actually a quiz and I set it up with 3 allowed attempts. I did set it up on both scorm and Docebo, however it does not seem to prevent taking a 4th attempt.any suggestion on what I could have missed or done wrong?thanks in advanceElena

Hello, I am reaching out to see how inviduals are doing attendee completions for ILT without video. For instance, we may have a ILT that learners particiapte in and sign in on a roster. Instead of using a roster that then requires me to go back into docebo to mark attendees complete, I’m wondering if there is a way for them to electronically mark themselves as an attendee for an ILT.I appreciate any feedback and suggestions!Thank you,Jodi

I am creating a training portfolio and need to know which courses make up each learning plan in our instance of Docebo. I don’t see an out-of-box report with this information. How are you LMS Admins getting this data?

Hello!  We are hoping to optimize our system set up for large conferences that we offer (>120 hours) that include continuing education.  We have tried both the ILC and eLearning for set up, but still have received feedback that the system is too complex.  We currently require them to enter an attendance code in the assessment function and complete a survey/evaluation about the program. Looking for suggestions for layout to simplify the process for learners to earn credit.  How have you best optimized use of the new course page to cut down the steps?Thank you!

We’ve been a customer for about a year and a half now, and bought Discover, Coach, and Share from the start, but it never really got off the ground.  We couldn’t get buy in from Experts from leaders and SMEs who are already overburdened and didn’t have time to spare.  While we like that we can share additional links and resources, we really haven’t been using the commentary or questions.  My CSM has told us that even if we drop the DCS module that we will retain our ability to have Channels and share things to them.  We’ll just lose Playlists, Experts, and Questions, which we’re not really using anyway.  At Inspire last year, the only thing they showed others using it for were things that our company will 100% not adopt (like people uploading Halloween costume contest posts and things of that nature.) How do your teams utilize Discover, Coach, and Share in a meaningful way?  What are you using it for?  Do you see benefit for it on your teams?  I’m curious

I would like to hide the “follow button” for the channel which i had created in docebo.Is this possible to hide the FOLLOW button for specific channels?

Is there anyway to have the Q&A page top 10 show everyone including yourself? Right now it will show the top 10 but will exclude me from the list for some reason.

Anyone using the fill-in-the-blank question type on a test for a course?  I have never used that question type before but I have a Power User that set one up and the question is showing up with the word “false” listed before the question.  I cannot see anything wrong with her setup.  I created a test course and added a test with one fill-in-the-blank question and it’s doing if for that test as well.Any idea what is causing this or if it’s a known issue?This is how it’s showing up:UPDATE:  I just had a chat with support and was told that there has been at least one other report of this issue and the dev team is aware, so they put in a ticket for me to track updates on the issue.

Hi guys, I’m stuck in some issues trying to configure SAML authentication for Extended Enterprises. Message error from google is a 403: app not configured for user. Otherwise, configuration works for the main Enterprise. May someone help me? Is it possible to have multiple configurations (one for each extended enterprises and one for the main Enterprise) at the same time?

We have had several instances where staff have clicked renew now began the process, exited the system, signed back in, and pressed renew now to continue. This kicked the staff out of any progress or sessions and events they registered for. Does anyone have any ideas in stopping staff from clicking a second time close to their first click? We have done instructions and job aids but still have this happen.

Is there any way to have comments on Assets and Courses to trigger a notification that is only sent to SuperAdmins. We always want to know when a comment comes up on any asset or course to ensure we can respond promptly. 

Hello All,I am looking for some advice on whether it is possible to create branched questions in the LMS using the test function?In MS Forms for instance you can have a question which depending on the answer given will direct you down a different branch of the test.Long story short - I am creating an assessment for Display Screen Equipment, The question is “Do you use a computer work station for more than 2 hours per day?” If the colleague answers no, then I need it to direct them to the end of the test as they need not complete it. If they answer yes then it will allow them to answer the remaining questions in the test.Does anyone know if this is something that can be done in the LMS?Any help is welcome!

Hi - I have several course set up with soft deadlines for required Compliance training.  I have a task list in both mobile and desktop configured to highlight these required trainings.  The task list shows all of the courses with a deadline properly for desktop, but on the mobile app it shows no courses.  Is this normal or am I missing something?  Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated! 

Hi - Currently, our learners facing a completion issue in LMS (few of the courses, not to all). When I checked with support team, they've redirected us to work with internal IT team to update SSL Certificate or Certificate provider to prevent this completion issue thru backend. I'm working internally with our IT team.In the meantime, I would like to understand how you're all managing the completion issues (giving manual completions)? what are the best practices you're sharing with your learners (clearing caches/cookies, adding custom domain as a trusted sites) to keep them updated.Did anyone have any other best practices you've followed other than the said above?Does anyone know to debug the course interaction via browser console log file?In my experience, when we're not able to fix the completion issue, we ran the browser console and save the interactions as a log file and share it with our LMS vendors.Appreciate your valuable inputs. 

I know that I can export user data and include their branch code, but is there a way to display the logged-in user’s branch code in the interface somehow?

Hello everyone. I am a relatively new docebian and as a lone fighter I am currently building a B2B learning platform with docebo. My current challenge is to develop the EU DSGVO/GDPR PP. Due to our focus on B2B (and later b2c), the topic is extremely relevant. Has anyone here been in a similar situation and faced with this? Of course I know what data the user has to enter when registering, but what data is collected by the platform? How precisely does the information have to be specified in the GDPR? What about data that is collected during learning ("secretly" without further evaluation for the user)? How exactly do they have to be named in the PP? Or is a relatively imprecise description ala "When using the learning formats, your learning behaviour and learning success will be tracked") sufficient? When using which module, e.g. Teams integration, do I have to add something to the PP? I would be very grateful for experience, or even a best practice or sample. I already

Is there any way to give someone the ability to edit the branding and look an feel of the system without giving them superadmin rights?  The use case is that we use a 3rd party to do this work and I don’t want to give them access to all of the user information. Please advise.

Hello folks, & happy New Year.I had a PowerUser ask if we could have Docebo offer some suggested courses after users complete a given training, Netflix-style. I could come up with a few ideas like offering links in the Feedback Management if there’s a test, or possibly using the iframe in the widgets, but these are workarounds & i’d rather ensure that this actual functionality doesn’t exist first. i’ve searched a few articles & turned up nothing but if anyone knows of any such feature I’d appreciate hearing about it.Thanks!Nate

We are currently working to create standards and regulations for assets that can be approved by experts in our platform. Does any one else have a structure they use to help create compliance? What do you qualify as an asset that is permitted in your system?

We are in the process of implementing Docebo to replace an existing LMS. We have the Outlook Connector and are trying to understand when to use Outlook connector versus the built in notification options within Docebo. Does anyone have suggestions on when or why to use one over the other? Outlook connector is certainly more complex but it seems the built in notifications have limitations on what short codes can be included. Has anyone used the Outlook connector to send instructor led training reminders or pre-work emails (not just calendar invites) and have examples they could share? 

I have power users who must be able to create edit and delete some courses and enroll users on these courses but at the same time just being allowed to only enroll learners in some other courses , how can I proceed ?
