We've been hard at work behind the scenes making Docebo Community easier to navigate, so you can find what you need and connect with each other faster than ever. Here's a quick rundown of what's new.
🗂️ Clearer discussion categories
We renamed a few categories to better reflect what actually happens inside them:
- Product Q&A is now Product Discussions because it was never just questions and answers. This is your space for product questions and best practices, recommendations, and conversations.
- Water Cooler Talk is now Community Lounge, your home for introductions, sharing what you’re learning, or chat about whatever’s on your mind.
- Generative AI & ChatGPT is now AI & Learning, a broader space to explore how AI is shaping learning and the future of work.
You’ll also notice that we’ve created 12 new sub-categories within Product Discussions, making it faster and easier than ever to find relevant topics, jump into conversations, and get the answers you need. You'll see these new options whenever you post a question or conversation, so please select the category that best matches your topic.

🧭 A simpler, smarter menu
We reorganized the top navigation to group things more intuitively:
- A new Product menu brings together Product Updates, Product Discussions, the Feature Roadmap (now its own dedicated page!), the Ideas Portal, Best Practice Guides, the Knowledge Base and the System Status. It’s all in one convenient drop-down!
- The refreshed Events menu now includes everything Inspire (All about Inspire, Registration, and the event Website), plus Upcoming and On-demand events.
- A link to our brand new Community Weekly Roundup. This roundup reflects all the happenings in the community from Friday to Thursday and the new week is scheduled to drop by 12pm ET every Friday. Make sure you bookmark the page!
- A dedicated Maestros link makes it easy to learn more about our advocacy program.
