Let’s say we have a course A and B, both with a duration of 7 hours.Course A equivalent course B. When a learner completes course A, be registered with 7 or 14 hours of training?   BRsHenrik Akto

I am trying to upload a CSV file of new users and, boy, is it taking forever. Can anyone tell me the typical time needed for a CSV upload? I do not have reason to believe there is an error as I’ve done this before.  I am going to have to develop processes taking this speed issue into consideration. Thanks!

Why can’t the Power Users see any courses or learning plans assign to the users? They have permission to view ‘Users’.

I noticed the ellipsis menu in the upper right corner of the New Course Page appears to be missing for ILT courses.e-learning:ILT: At first I thought it might be due to a CSS modification I made, but I have thoroughly checked. I also check the course settings and I have unenrollment enabled. Is there an additional new setting I am missing somewhere? If not, are there any plans to correct this?

I have a Learning Plan with 4 courses that I want to provide a 14-day window from the day of enrollment to be completed. I implemented the days of validity option on the Learning Plan with a notification to signal when it’s about to expire. I think this works great for making sure folks do the training within a certain amount of time.My problem comes in for folks that do complete the Learning Plan. When the validity period is over, even if they completed the training, they can no longer access the material. It will show expired. How can I keep the time frame for them to be able to complete the training, but still give them access to the content after they’ve completed it?

We are trying to figure out a way to do a pay what you can model for courses and are struggling with how we might implement this in our system… has anyone done this before if so how?

Hi everyone,Is it possible that person who self-registers in Docebo can automatically be assigned to a certain power user profile?  We work with public school teachers, and want to make them Power Users so they can manage their students in the system.  I’ve figured out how to make them a PU using a CSV file, but I’m wondering if we’ll need to upgrade them to PU once they have registered.  Does anyone know if there’s a process for this, or have a work around? Thanks!

Our instructors are receiving an automated message from Docebo, informing them about a user's assignment submission. I'm having trouble identifying the source of this notification. I have thoroughly checked the available notifications but couldn't locate a specific one matching this message. Could someone kindly assist me in determining the origin of this notification and provide guidance on how we can modify the content of this notification?

We are new to Docebo and offer Bi-weekly training sessions that anyone at the company can attend on our product and encourage all new hires to join. When setting up the vILT is it better to have 1 session with multiple events under it, only requiring someone to attend one event to get completion or watch the recording. ORMultiple Sessions with 1 event per session?

That is, I had a power user try to share a /play/ link for a course to someone who was not enrolled in the course (a course with open self enrollment to all users) and that end-user got a 500. I thought this was fixed? Or is it just coming soon perhaps?

We’re looking at using Docebo to support our staff’s regulatory CPD requirements, but struggling to find an elegant solution. Our staff are required to…complete regular self-evaluation and development (rather than prescriptive CPD points/hours) on training they complete both internally and externally, make notes on the learning objectives for a piece of training, and to reflect upon what they have learned and how it was useful to their professional development provide a report detailing their CPD reflections if asked, they’re not required to submit annually etc. So far we’ve been looking at the external training app, but a few of the default fields aren’t really relevant and it’s a bit clunky using it for any internal training too. We’ve also looked at using a Course containing a Survey Item, but that doesn’t seem to be something users can repeat to log new activities.  Wondering if anyone has any similar CPD requirements in their organisation and can share your solutions?

I want to find users that we’ve put in but who have not done anything…. How can I figure that out?

I’m trying to do a clean up of our system in Docebo and found that many users in one particular branch are assigned to multiple stores (sub-branches). Is there an easy way for me to extract this information so I don’t have to check each individual sub-branch to see if there is a duplicate?

I know you can follow a channel, but is there any way to accomplish this for a catalog?  What we’d like to be able to do is get some sort of notification when new courses are added to a catalog that the user has permissions to see.  If not a notification, then some sort of news feed that shows the newest courses that have been published?

Does anyone know if it is possible to run an interaction report that shows you the answers each learner submitted for each question in a SCORM package? I see that the data exists because I can drill down to this level by each learner, but that is very time consuming. I want one spreadsheet that shows each learner, the question, the answer they chose and the correct answer.

How would you handle this scenario…..Learner can self enroll in an ILTThe organizers of the ILT are providing food. They want to know your food preferences PRIOR to the event.I was thinking a survey might work? I am stuck on how to make it a pre-work requirement. It would be the only training material option, so the whole ‘make it the first’ is moot. Attendance is still the method for course completion.I might be able to include the URL of the survey in the ILT enrollment notification instead of the training material option. But since I need the responses tied to the course and not shared responses, I don’t know if that will work. The reason for that is what if someone used to eat anything, but now they need gluten free. And then, how do we capture the survey responses? The instructor needs to see it per course. Thoughts?

We added a widget to our homepage for learners to see their required training. You can see I have this both in the “Not Yet Started” and the “Required Training” sections, showing slightly different information in each. I think that the one on the right should have something in the blank area I highlighted, but I can’t figure out what field it is. The module content I uploaded in the central repository has a description as does the course in the learning path. What am I missing? Thanks!

Hey there community, I was wondering if any of managed to change the text on the “task list widget” tabs. I managed to change top bar color and the text color and “wrapper” color using CSS(see attached image) BUT, I was struggling to change the text where it says “ILT” to something like “Instructor led classes” for example. If I use CSS to hide or disable the whole tab it creates other problems… :( I tried the Docebo Localization tool but no luck there. Any help will be appreciated.thanks a lot!! Nadav

Hi everyone!I am looking to see if I can add my own image to the “Download Now” option within a course. The area I am looking to customize is the in the red box below. Does anyone knowis this possible? if so how do I do it? if it is, what are the image requirements, pixels, dimensions, etcThank You!-Kyle

Hello! Is there a comprehensive list available of data fields and their definitions, to use as a reference for reporting? I searched for one in the forums and guides but maybe I’m looking for the wrong thing. Thanks!Kristen

When managing enrollments, it shows the users “username, first name, last name, email, enrollment status, enrollment date, start of validity, end of validity, and sessions”  Is there a way I can see the company they are from? Can I change the fields that are displayed?

Hi, I am looking for any recommendations for the following scenario:Our external customer require us to provide certificates to them to prove our employees completed a training. The certificate expires after 5 years for example. Since it expires, a certification (in the certification and retraining app) would be ideal, but it doesn’t produce a physical certificate like the certificates do.Is there a way to make a certificate (associated with a course) expire the way the certification can?

When I’ve created one version of a course, WBT for example, is there a way to copy over all the imagery/content to another course that is offered in another modality, ILT for example? Otherwise, if you’re offering a course in multiple modalities, is there a fast way to replicate them for each of the ways in which a learner could take it? And then I want equivalencies for each of these versions to validate in all of the learning paths where they’re used. Thanks!

Every time I go to update a user’s information, makes me reset their password. Is there a way around this?

We are in the process of updating a few of our Learning Plans. I struggle with creating a bunch of new ones (because filters and sorting isn’t ideal). Anyway we have run into an issue where the majority of our staff all need our New Hire Learning Plan, however, we have one course in there that some will not need. Because the course is in the Learning Plan, we can not enroll the individuals from the plan, and we can’t suspend it, or the Learning Plan will never be “completed”. How do you all get around this? Do you have different Learning Plans for everything? Do you enroll the one single course outside of the Learning Plan for those that need it? Looking for options!
