Hi we can't play LI courses imported from the course marketplace. We just get a grey screen with “www.linkedin.com refused to connect”.This looks like an iframe permission problem and the client error thrown is:Refused to frame 'https://www.linkedin.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self' pemberly.www.linkedin.com *.microsoft.com *.teams.microsoft.com *.learningapp.microsoft.com https://onyx.www.linkedin.com jisctest.docebosaas.com jisc.docebosaas.com". Unfortunately no permutation of manually adding domains to the Iframe allow list helps (nor by the look of the ancestors list should it as the LI ones should be baked in as part of the integration) Users accessing via SSO and already logged in and this has previously worked for us...or am I just falling foul of this for the first time (new window works) - perhaps we got luck in choosing/testing courses without quizes?“When configuring the content View Mode, be aware that

I have a slew of courses  (20+) that need the title changed. Has anybody ever done a mass course title update? If so, what were your steps?

Hello, I am looking to move the login block to the right side of the login page.  From what I understand this can be done in the CSS section.  Has anyone done this before?  Is there a log of code involved?

Hello, crew,Has anyone figured a good way to notify/remind users who have enrolled in an ILT course but did not pick a session? Are you doing it manually or have you found an automation? After my perusal of the events/triggers list, it looks like this isn’t native at the moment. And yes, I will humbly accept the “Will, you missed the notification … it’s called: xyz.”Cheers!

How can you track/report on Go Learn app statistics? (Ex: how many users viewed a course via the app?)

Hi everyone,I have added the calendar widget on my menu. I can see that all the courses the user is enrolled on will come notified on the calendar. Just wondering if there is any chance to set it up to have the upcoming meetings on the calendar although the user is not enrolled on them? Thanks for your help in advance.

We usually upload users 7 days before their first live session. We do that so they can review the pre-work. I set the soft deadlines for their 4-5 courses (we call them modules) so that they appear throughout the 4 weeks with 1 live session per week. So their calendar would look something like:Sep 1 Pre-work : Foundations of…  Sep 8 First live sessionSep 9 Prework : xyz for your next live sessionSep 15 Second Live SessionSep 16 Prework : xyz for your next live sessionSep 22 Third Live SessionSep 23 Prework : xyz for your next live sessionSep 29 Final Live sessionSo my question is if the coordinators get me the learners info 10 days before the first live session, can I upload learners onto the system that day, using the “User has been created (by administrator)” email and setting it to send the notification to the users three days later and more importantly, will uploading them 10 days before (instead of 7) affect my course/module soft deadlines?Has anyone tried this? And or, is there a

How do I find my community profile link? Thanks for the attention.

Our IT team managed to change the radius of the custom buttons on the Dashboard..mdl-button { border-radius: 2.625rem; } However, it seems that the ‘fixed’ buttons (which are visible in the learning plans/courses), are somehow secured, because we were not able to change anything.Do you know if there is any other way to change those buttons as well, or do we need to leave it like it is?

Our Active Users report is sceduled in periods that start in the middle of one month to the middle of the following month. Is there a way to change the report so I can run it for an entire month, and that month only?  For example, February 1 - 28th. Thank you!

I need to run a report to find how many assignments are still waiting for assessment.I ran a Learners - Learning Material report but it only shows the assignment as Complete or Not Started. Is this because I have it set so the learner can progress without a score? We would like to audit our instructors. I am finding that many are just passing them without entering a score. And of course some aren’t going it to evaluate at all since it doesn’t stop the learners progression.

Has anyone been able to insert a text box when creating a certificate? If so, how did you do it?

Good day everyone. I’m looking to see if there’s a way to make the United States the default choice for country when a user is asked to self register, or make a credit card payment. Ideally we’d like to eliminate the other countries as choices. Is this possible?Thank you!Jamie

I searched but could not find the explination between these 2 options when setting up new account for Microsoft Teams. Any idea on this?

We run a blended learning course where we mix e-learning, webinars, and even assignments outside the LMS.Since we first heard of observation checklists, we figured it could be a great way to track our learners progress on some tasks. But no matter how much we fiddle with the settings and read the knowledge base articles, we can't really figure out how to work the observation checklists into our workflow. I would love to hear from you all how you use observation checklist in your trainings. Who fills them out? How do you initiate them? Who reviews them and when? Do you link them to ILT courses? I have figured out how to create observation checklists, I just haven't figured out how to use them in any practical way. 😄 In case anyone is curios, here's a bit more detail of our setup (major TL;DR warning): We offer a two-week product training for our distributors and partners. The learners register for the training by enrolling in an ILT course. That ILT course contains all the webinar sess

Hi Docebo community, Probably like most companies that use Docebo Learn system, we have setup the Branche structure in the same why our organisation is organized. Where at the lowest level is the actual the place a learners works. In our case these are over 3000+ retail stores across Europe. But we struggle with adding additional information with regard to these stores. For example we want add an adress, contact informatation etc. to the store. As a work around we now add this kind of information via additional fields to the user, but this is very unlogical and provides a lot of work and when users move within the branche this data has to be edited everytime. Do any of you have the same struggles and maybe a nice workaround for this problem?Thank you for your support.Kind regards, Bart

Is it possible to upload a set of default thumbnail images that everyone in the platform can see in addition to the ones provided by Docebo? Based on current settings available it seems that you can either only let Power Users see images that they’ve uploaded themselves or give them access to see ALL the thumbnails that have been updated. I would like to provide a custom list of about 15-20 internally branded thumbnails to let all power users choose from.

This is the page arrived at when selecting “Learning Plans” from the admin gear. I’m trying to change the text in white.

Hi all,When editing a user, is there any way to make them the manager of all the users in a particular branch? I may be missing something, but it looks like you can only select the team members one by one. I know it’s possible to go into the branch, select all the users, then edit them collectively to set their manager, but I think it would be more intuitive if you could select the branch with one click in the following Team Members screen.

Hi.  A little help please … I’ve uploaded a SCORM file as part of my training material.  I would like the material to be marked as complete as soon as someone opens/accesses this file.  I understand I need to make it known to the learner that they need to click on a “close/exit/submit” button.  Where is this button?  Thanks

Morning CSS hackers….a question that I thought I would not have to tackle for a little but is being driven by more and more inquiries by our managers after some training on the My Team view….Folks are getting antsy about the Expired Date shown in the summary. For things that are not leveraging roaming certifications but a deadline was issued? It is gonna get people nuts...and I can see us answering it forever…...OR…..can the row Expired Date be hidden with CSS????? Have you tried tackling it? @gstager - that magic inspector of yours (just kidding)...has it looked at trying to refine that one?

I am trying to figure out how to have my eLearning course training material automatically play.  Is there a way to do that?  I have a mixture of materials. Module 1 - xAPI materialModule 2 - VideoModule 3 - xAPI material

Is there a way that completed courses can revert to ‘in progress’ status when new materials are added? We have started to experiment with using Docebo as a repository for important compliance materials, which we store in courses as learning materials.  We chose to use Docebo for this so we could automate reminders and check completion easily through reporting. The problem arises when we have to add new compliance documents or update current documents.  The courses maintain their completed status, so any reminders for updates will not be sent as they are linked to completion.  It also appears to the user that there is nothing more to download.I know I can update this manually, but we’d like a way for it to be automated. Thanks in advance

Hi all!New to posting but have been lurking for a couple months. We have several Power Users who want to be able to see what everyone is doing globally. Ideally they would like to edit their own courses (assigned to them by location), but also view everyone else’s. Is this possible?

Hello.I want to create an application via API to update the course completion date.On the home page, I will create box with a link to access this application. Is there a possibility for the user to connect to this application via SSO? In other words, through Docebo's LMS credentials, be able to connect to this external application.Does anyone have a similar experience?Thank you.
