Does anyone know if its possible to turn off the enrolment feature? I want to have a series of links to YouTube videos for learners on our platform without adding training material and learners having to enrol. Does anyone know if this is possible or have any suggestions please?

@rlcheeseman

Have you checked out the Embed Video widget? You need to use a standard URL for this widget, not a full embed code. You can use that widget to add a YouTube link. With this approach, be mindful that you are using a lot of real estate on your page for each video.

Another idea would be to create a web page (outside of Docebo), host it on a web server, and then IFRAME it as either a full page or as a widget back into Docebo.

Essentially unless you purchase the additional part of Docebo Learn called “Discover Coach and Share” using the normal course environment without enrolling as a concept does not seem possible. Using a Widget as explained above on a page is possible, I’ve done this using my YouTube account to host the videos. I do not have Discover Coach and Share so I am no expert on that set of tools, but my understanding is you could do something with it.

@rlcheeseman  Check with your CSM … you may already have access to Discover Coach & Share, as it’s been integrated into the main platform. I’m standing up a new client and we had the feature straight away as we started onboarding. Check the Admin menu.

If you don’t have Discover Coach & Share, you can probably create a Custom Page and add HTML/IFrame widgets.
