Can't download certificates or upload thumbnails in China. Anyone else?

As the title says, both admin and learners are unable to download certificates in China, and admin are unable to upload thumbnails when creating courses. The issue started about 2 months ago.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Docebo support are aware of this but are so far unable to replicate the issue so haven’t found a solution. We’ve tested on different computers, networks and locations, and the issue persists, but it would be helpful to know if this is affecting other customers. Thanks!

At a previous company I worked for, we needed to purchase an add-on from Docebo that would mirror the platform on a server in China in order to avoid being blocked by the China firewall. Not sure if this is the cause to the issue you are experiencing but something I would suggest bringing up with Docebo.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately we’re already using the add-on. All was ok up until a couple of months ago, but it appears we now have an issue reaching the AWS server from China (used for certificates etc.). I wanted to check with other customers using Docebo in China, but it appears there may not be many.
