As the title says, both admin and learners are unable to download certificates in China, and admin are unable to upload thumbnails when creating courses. The issue started about 2 months ago.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Docebo support are aware of this but are so far unable to replicate the issue so haven’t found a solution. We’ve tested on different computers, networks and locations, and the issue persists, but it would be helpful to know if this is affecting other customers. Thanks!
