Hello, is there a way for trainers to have access to a page with downloadable content (PDF, video), like a file repository but that is not included ion a course, I would love to have a place were I can put all the content I want available for instructors only without having to publish them one by one in all the courses.

How do you guys work with that ?

Are you familiar with the functionality of channels? Some of our packaging of these features have changed but depending on what your company has purchased you might have access to what was formerly called Coach and Share. This allows you to upload individual assets to a channel which also allows you to set whether those assets can be downloaded. 

This article shows how you can upload assets to a channel.

If you don’t have this functionality in your platform I would consider reaching out to your AM.
