Hello Decebo Community,
I need your help understandings why one of our users is not able to access the Learning Hub platform.
We have checked the user's status, name, email and all other login details and they are correct as per standard. However, user still not able to log in and Error 500 keeps on popping up.
Weird thing is the LH platform recognizes her log in, and states last time accessed.
What am i missing?
Appreciate your assistance please.
