We've started to use the new notification type ‘New ILT Session created’. But have a couple of frustrations with how this notification works.The schedule for this notification is ‘at the time of the event’. This is firing as soon as you click ‘create and edit’ on the New session form. As this is before the event details are set – it is therefore impossible to make proper use of the notification short code ‘{{{session_date}}}’. As the firing of the notification happens before the event dates are set. Instead we are using the short code {{session_name}} ensuring that our session naming convention includes the date of the event. Has anyone spotted a way to make use of the short code {{{session_date}}}? There is no option to choose to delay the scheduling of this notification i.e. to allow a buffer between the session details being saved and the event details being added to the session. Learners receive the notification before the event has been added to the session, which feels a little premature. Can this be changed?
