1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*
When we look for anything in the Course Management menu, our filters & search criteria are preserved after we go into a course & come back out. This behaviour is not replicated in other menus, for the most part. Currently I am drilling down on a number of users in a branch, & every time I open the summary for that user or log back in as them, I have to navigate back to that branch when I exit & try to go to the next user. This is already a lengthy, process-laden task, & adding this extra step really helps to make this a terrible experience.
2. What outcome are you expecting?
I would love to see the ability to preserve search criteria, filters or other navigational factors on all menus within Docebo.
3. How will this feature impact your business and/or industry?*
This will save a lot of time, in addition to making a lot of processes easier to follow, since i would not have to add additional steps every time i switch users. Not only would fewer steps mean saved time, it would also increase efficiency b/c now i'm adding an extra task (re-defining search criteria, re-navigating to the correct branch, re-adding my filters, whatever). Every additional step is one more potential area for error.
