We have created learning plans for users to enroll in but prefer to keep them in a pending status until admin approval. What is the work around?

Hi, @Lizahunt

Are the learning plans unpublished? Is it the course that is under maintenance? Or is it that the enrollments require admin approval?  What are you trying to work around? Your question is somewhat vague.

One of these resources might be helpful…

@KMallette these are for published LPs- typically when a user in our old system wanted to enroll in a series of courses, they would need to complete a forms request (as we don’t want them taking more than one series at a time). We want the LPs to be visible, but pend admin approval before they are enrolled.

@Lizahunt Then the approach you need to take is via enrollment rules. There are lots of ways to do that so I'd recommend digging into courses in DU around that topic...or Docebo Help
