Hello. Our CQA team found an inaccuracy during the risk assessment and needs to document the reporting process for our qualification activities (see below). I can’t find a name, email, etc. at Docebo that serves this purpose. Does anyone know? Thanks!

During my desktop review for the Qualification Audit for Docebo I noted the following error:

Error noted on the QMS Manual and Policy Document, page 1, Revision date 10 May 2025, last review date, 10 May 2025, yet this is V4.0. The V3.0 date under change history is 05 Oct 2024.
