Hello everyone.

I am trying to get tips on how to handle content to a new program we are working for new hires.

The problem we are facing is that not all content applies to all new hires and I would like to know what current feature you are using to assign content to users based on their role, or based on the skills?

First, we thought a Learning Path would be ideal, however, not all the courses inside the Learning Plans may apply to all the new hires and they will have to develop different skills based on an initial assessment we will release, then based on the results on the assessments they will need to take courses to fill the knowledge gaps, but also, they need to go to a mandatory ILT session with a mentor.

We have never use skills and I thought maybe a integration of Skills and channels could be a solution, but still the content is a problem? How do you handle this? When you have a Role A, B, C and course 1,2,3, but course 1 only applies to role A, and course 2 and 3 only applies to Role B and C, are you creating groups? Do you have an additional field? Do you have catalog? A Channel?

So, how you are also handling the sessions? if we can´t assign training materials in sessions, and the material doesn´t apply to all those enrolled, how you are handling it if it only can be set at a course level?

I am interested if you can share any tip or share the way you are doing it. That´d be a great of a help.

Thank you so much community!!!!!😺
