Issue: Users are completing courses quicker than we predicted our training to take. We’d like to slow this down to ensure they’ve gone through the content thoroughly.
I’m fairly new to the Docebo platform so would pick the brains of more experienced users of what features I can use. I looked into doing a scheduled release of lessons, but doesn't look like it supports it thus far.

The best, but more difficult path to follow is to look at the course itself and see how you can ameliorate the instructional design or content. This is way easier said then done, but that would be the option that I would always have in mind. 🙂
But because we have stakeholders that see things differently, and also because sometime this would also be appropriate, here is a suggestion: You could split the content of the course in multiple courses. If you already have different activities, this would be even easier. You could then add the courses to a learning plan and set the prerequisites:
This would leave some time between the completion of one course to the other. You could also add a notification to alert users that they have a new course unlock.
