We’d like the ability to add attributes at the branch level. We have hundreds of branches and would like to add their physical location, as an example. This would be just like you can at the user level but applies to the entire branch.

+13My understanding - You may be able to get clever with Branch Codes and leverage them so that you can enter location detail. Be aware though that can impact other things that are calling for identifying the branch code.
Beyond that - currently what you are describing needs to be applied by some level of third party processing. I briefly took a look at the Automation App. It can help you with half the story. I think your next best bet would be to leverage Docebo Connect and establish a recipe to do some conditional logic for you when a person is added to the branch to add a location to the persons profile in a hidden field.

It does make tons of sense. Just wish it was there. I would yes and this one and suggest that it should then support additional conditional branch logic with automatic groups / enrollment rules.
