A customer of us pointed out that our Google Search Result is not optimal. We checked and indeed, our Google Entry looks weird, see below
The Title “Cyber Defense Awareness Trainings” that we defined within Docebo is picked up by google, but everything else is not visible.
We contacted support and they advice us to use the SEO Settings, that is part of the ecommerce App. First of all, it is a bit weird that we need to install something, to make sure that Google gets all needed information and that we then need to install an app (ecommerce) that we do not use.
We do not use Google Analytics on the platform
I already saw other customers that have the same issue and I am interested to know if other customers within the community also have the same issue…
