Anyone else experiencing a 500 error since yesterday afternoon?

I have been experiencing a 500 error since yesterday afternoon and the problem still persists this morning. I cannot create new courses (ILT), and I cannot access Classroom Locations.  Is there some type of outage?

I would advise reporting your error to the support team. I am not seeing any systems down on the Docebo System Status Page.

Usually error 500 comes from a failure in the login authentication system. i.e. we use EntraID, or OCID, and if it can’t authenticate us it triggers the error 500.

We’re only seeing these Error 500s using Google Chrome.  Safari and Edge work fine.

I tried this but still getting the 500 error when trying to access Classroom Locations in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

Yeah we don’t use the classroom locations here so not sure about that.  We only use Zoom and Teams.  I wonder if there’s some corrupt cookie issue that’s cropping up but we are not seeing it wide spread.  It’s just been with a handful of employees while the thousands of partners and customers are not getting this issue.  Or they’re not posting a ticket to my support crew about it.
