Currently, it’s difficult to see what branch a user is in from the user management page. It would be great to have a column that’s visible/optional to see their current branch.
Why this is important: I use branches for notifications and enrollments. Sometimes, our users register in a way that takes them to the incorrect branch.
My Current Workaround: I manually have to search in each branch or within each user’s info to see their branch info. Or I’ll move multiple people to the correct branch, even though they may already be in the correct one just because I can’t easily get this info. Resulting in a lot of time wasted!
I’ve seen in the community that other customers workarounds are to create a custom field to surface the branch. With other customers wanting this, it would be great to see a branch column as an “out of the box” option in user management!
