Hi! Does anyone know how to contact the help desk directly? Our LMS is down due to HTTPS certificate issues on our end so we can’t log on to start a chat and follow up on a ticket we have open and need immediate assistance.

Have you tried sending an email to the following address?
Whenever I contact them through the LMS, that is the address they use to reply to me.
I’m sure they prefer people to go through the LMS, but in your case with the LMS down, I think they should understand if you try to contact them directly.
