Thank you for flagging this, and @Kimberly.Tomko, I’m really sorry you were caught off guard on that call. That’s exactly the situation we aim to prevent, and we hear you.
We did send an email update, but it went to the contacts listed under Product Updates in each platform’s email settings.
That isn’t always the platform admin, so we know some of you didn’t receive them. We’re taking this feedback back to the team to look at how we reach admins during incidents.
If you’d like to make sure you receive these emails going forward, a Superadmin can update the Product Updates contacts in Email Preferences, which can be found in the Advanced Settings section.
I’m also happy to send you a DM to check who’s currently listed for your platform.
In the meantime, here's an update on today’s situation. A copy of the most recent customer communication we sent out is attached.
- A widely reported PHP security vulnerability affected systems across the internet. As a precautionary measure, we proactively took the Docebo platform offline.
- The core Docebo platform is now back online. Our team worked quickly to patch systems and restore service by approximately 10:50 AM ET.
- All systems are fully online, with the exception of two areas still experiencing an interruption:
- Docebo Learning Evaluation (formerly known as Learning Impact)
- Zoom and Webex ILT integrations
For ongoing updates on those two systems, please refer to status.docebo.com.
Thanks so much,
Joe
