Password Reset Function Not Working - July 10th 2025

Hi Team, 


The forgot password feature isn’t working in my instance in Docebo. I reached out to support and this is their response….
 
We are aware of recent platform-wide issues affecting the password reset function, and our development team is currently investigating these matters. I have attached the task to your ticket, and you will receive updates as they become available. Apologies for the inconvenience!



Bit of a bummer because we are now having to manually create passwords for each user and send them out individually.

This is an FYI for all you admins…

We’re experiencing the same problem on our system and have reported it to Docebo support.

This is Samet contacting you on behalf of my colleague Rajeev. We have implemented a fix that now enables the password reset functionality to operate correctly. I have conducted a test and successfully received the reset link. Would you be so kind as to verify that this is also functioning properly on your end?
 

 

I have tested the function as they requested and it does seem to be functional again.

We’ve been starting to get reports of this as well.  ☹️

UPDATE:  This appears to no longer be an issue at this time.  The report I received this morning turned out to be unrelated to this particular issue.  I was able to use the reset password link successfully when I tested again just now.
