*I’ve inherited a Docebo set up that was implemented a couple years ago and needs some cleanup. I’m an experienced Docebo admin, but this system is massive, with 100k+ users and thousands of groups so a full re-org isn’t feasible right now, but may be in the long term.*
THE ISSUE: I have a few users that are in multiple groups. Menus are assigned by group. I have a subset of users that are in multiple groups and are getting the wrong home page/menu. For the user below, I need Client Users to trump all other groups. What am I missing? Is this just related to menu order? Do I need the default at the bottom and all the niche groups on top?
