Hello, 

We are new to Docebo, less than 3 months. 

We have both Advance Insights and Learn Data as part of our contract with Docebo, but it seems the data drop hasn’t been updated—there hasn’t been any new data for at least a few weeks now. Are you experiencing the same issue on your end?

No issues in Snowflake for us. I recommend creating a ticket for Docebo Support.


They said data is not updated, and ticket has been open for 7 days now.
