May we kindly please request assistance on generating a Survey – Individual Answers report by user.
Under New Reports > Surveys – Individual Answers > View Options, the User Fields are not available. As a result, we are unable to view the questions and answers grouped per user.
Kindly advise on how we can extract or configure the report to display individual survey responses per user.

Hi Raymond, Did you use the Docebo Survey? So when you go to Course Management > Course Shell > Training Material section you created Survey? If so then you would click on the Reports header in the Course Management > click Training Material Statistics > click on the Survey > Export as Excel or CSV. This will give you all the participants and the answers to each of the questions in the survey.
+10However you must note that all survey reports are anonymous. Only the Learning Evaluation tool has options to either display the username or not.

We worked around the anonymous by asking the user to input their name. This allowed us to see the answers linked to the user if they answered the prompt correctly. Not perfect, but definitely a work around that can be utilized.
