Retrieve the Badge URL from Docebo: Access Your Badges: Log in to your Docebo platform. Click on the trophy icon in the header to open the "My Gamification" panel. Renewal for Docebo Pro Learn Admin Certification?

Almost a year ago, in April 2024 I earned my Docebo Pro Learn Admin certification! 🎉 I wanted to post to ask those that earned the certification in September 2023 or early 2024 if you had to undergo a renewal process. I do not see anywhere on the certification that it will “expire”, but I do recall reading somewhere (sadly cannot remember where I saw this) that it is valid for 1 year, and that the renewal process was to be revealed as it is developed. Would anyone happen to know more about this? Any information would be greatly appreciated! 😊

Docebo Pro Study Tracker Answers

Hello All, I’m having an extremely difficult time finding answers to the questions on the study tracker. I’m on the Study Resources: Learn Administrator Certification (Docebo Pro) page, and in the User Management section there is a link to this directory, that is supposed to cover the necessary material. I have not found a single answer there. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Need clarifications for a couple of questions from the Study Tracker

Hi Everyone! we are using “Docebo Pro - Study Tracker” to prepare us for the certification exam but we have doubts about the meaning of some questions. For example, in the Content Management section, there is a question that seem vague to us: Explain when you should edit courses and when you should create a new course shell And there is another question that is not clear to us in the Administration & Setup section: Know what’s required to configure Slack and email notifications Could anyone help us, please? Question about Docebo Learn Admin Certification Study Tracker

I am going through the Docebo Learn Admin Certification Study tracker (albiet it is from a while ago, so it may have been updated?) but the question is: “Identify the content settings that can be managed from the Advanced Properties menu” Would the Advanced Properties be referring to the Advanced settings under the course properties? Or Advanced Settings for the platform in general?

Course Shells Question

Hey everyone, I’m a bit confused about this line in the Content Management section of the Study Tracker: Describe how to import mass numbers of course shells I have never done this and can’t seem to find any information on how to import course shells. Does anyone have any information on this that they can share? Thanks!

Feedback on the Exam/certificatoin process?

Has anyone taken the Certification exam yet? Anything you can share? I’m not looking for information about the exam content, just curious about the process of sitting for the exam, any surprises you ran into that you were prepared for (technology, processes, etc.)? I’ve never taken a remote proctored exam before, so this will be a new experience for me!

Docebo Learn Admin Certification question: Strategize which User configurations work best when you’re selling your courses

Hey all! I have slowly been going through the study tracker and I have arrived at an objective and I’m not sure what features/knowledge we need to demonstrate with this? The objective is: Strategize which User configurations work best when you’re selling your courses So I’m curious to know, what does this mean to you? What do you have to share on this objective? For me I was thinking it is bringing together user arrangement in branches for extended enterprise that we are using for e-commerce, but not sure if this means something else to other admins?

Thoughts on a sample test?

I work with a few other organizations that offer certifications, one thing I find that helps in studying is a sample test. It gives a learner some relief from test anxiety AND a way to see not only what topics they think they need to study, but what the people making the test think they need to study. In short… people hate to spend 400 bucks ( or ask their boss to spend 400 bucks) only to fail on their first attempt because they thought they were ready.

Why this format for a Study Guide?

I am curious about the format of the study guide a list of documents with links vs. using Docebo to create a study guide with one or more learning plans. While I like the background information a 58 page document is not inviting. There are links to training in this document but it would be so much better if there were links to Learning Plans for each section. Then I would be able to enroll in the learning plans and track my progress on Docebo U. Simply this reads like a training blueprint/design that has not been developed into a learning exerience.

Can't access the Study Guide because it's in Google Drive

So, this looks interesting, but it appears the Study Guide is in Google Drive and we can’t access Google Drive from work due to security concerns. Is there a non-Google version of it? Perhaps an SFTP site we can go to to download the files? Thanks!
