I’m looking to implement at least two bots - one that indexes both our docebo as well as our multiple knowledge bases at our company, and one that has access to sharepoint and other internal document stores. Potentially a third one could be a sales roleplay bot. All of these would be microsoft power virtual agents implemented through iframes.
Has anyone implemented any bots in their LMS via iframes yet?
