1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*
We want to be able to evaluate leaderboard positions on a large scale. Currently, there is no reporting on where users sit on leaderboards, which makes it hard to track by management and other parties which can make encouraging engagement more difficult.
2. What outcome are you expecting?*
A report or API endpoint that lists the leaderboard, and all the users on the leaderboard with the specified rank. This way, we can get information on where users are standing at any given time,
3. How will this feature impact your business and/or industry?*
This will allow us to provide information to our power users to encourage engagement with their teams. Let’s say power users want to give a prize to the top 15 users on the leaderboard, there is currently no way to accomplish this easily with the API endpoints and reporting currently available.
