Calling Docebo API in a recipe

I’m new to creating Docebo recipes, and I have hit a roadblock in trying to make an API call to Docobo within a recipe. I am updating a cloned recipe, and in it, it has an existing API call using the Docebo Learn connector (blue circle with a white “L” icon). When I click on the existing API step, it has the fields Action Name, Method, Path, Response that I am used to seeing. When I try to add a new one, it just asks me for the id, but never displays the other fields like the existing one. Is this some type of permission issue, or am I not seeing some type of configuration setting?
