We just onboarded Dayforce and were told of their LMS. With little to no help we found on our own in the logs that Dayforce is umbrelled on top of Docebo. For our use cases, we need SSO directly to a learning module within Docebo. This doesn’t seem possible to even generate a link to the main transcript page within Dayforce. Dayforce is forcing a log in via their platform, and then generating a jwt token to Docebo to log in. However, I can generate a url within Docebo directly, but no SSO has been enabled.
Has anyone gone directly to Docebo even though working with Dayforce to solve the issue of direct access via URL to their curriculum?
