Following up on my post a couple weeks ago, last Wednesday I had the pleasure of joining David Wentworth, from Brandon Hall Group, on a webinar about Integrations - Connecting Learning Technology to the Business. We had a great discussion about the current state of organizations’ learning tech ecosystems (❗spoiler alert❗for almost half of you it’s inadequate), what technologies organizations will be investing in over the next couple of years (🔝social is right up there) and what business tools, outside of L&D, you’re looking to integrate with (🥇 goes to collaboration tools!)
We also looked at some great customer examples and success stories (like Smartly.io) about how your fellow L&D leaders are using integrations to save hours of manual efforts, boost energy and morale on their teams, improve the customer experience and even increase sales & revenue!
