Not sure if anyone has ever tried to use the Outdoo.ai platform for call simulation training and integrated it with Docebo. We are able to upload a course scorm package from Outdoo successfully, but when we run the course, a pop up occurs saying “Access Denied. You do not have access to this course. Please contact your administrator.” My question is if anyone has successfully set this up or not and wondering if this is a Docebo issue or an Outdoo issue. I’m thinking it’s Outdoo.
Thoughts?
