I am currently setting up eCommerce integrated with Stripe. In our course catalogue, we have porograms that are subject to sales tax and others which are tax exempt. The Stripe API doccumentations allows for the tax code to be shared, however I am unable to find a way to make this available on the Docebo side.

Using multiple Tax codes with Stripe integration
+2I’m also curious about this. It seems that you only have the option to configure a single global tax code for all eCommerce content, which is a limitation because tax codes vary by region and product type:
- ILT vs eLearning
- Virtual vs In Person
- Downloadable vs Not Downloadable
Curious how others are managing this.
The limitations that we encountered were:
- Could not restrict the list of countries/regions shown to users to those that were setup in our Strip account. Also, could not set a default region.
- Company tax code field becomes mandatory
