Does anyone have suggestions on how to make accessing forums easier for instructors? In my use case, I have a rather large learning program with multiple instructors. During the program, learners are asked to respond to a discussion question that they log in the forums widget on the course they are in. Feedback from my instructors have been that navigating to forums can be “too many clicks” and I agree with them. If there are suggestions on how to optimize that workflow for my instructions, that would be extremely helpful! 

Has anybody, successfully created a Docebo Connect Recipe to transfer enrollment and completion data to their customers with Success Factors LMS?We are have several customers who would love to have that data without a manual upload.

We are in the UAT phase of our Docebo platform, and we were playing around with badges and points. I awarded some badges to select users and then removed the badges. The badge had a 50 point value and thus awarded 50 coins to each user. However, when the badge was unassigned, it did not remove the coins. How do I remove the coins from a users profile? 

We just created a membership option for our users. So we have 2 kind of users: members and non-members.I would like to have a different menu assigned automatically to each of them depending on their membership status. I have no idea how to do it. I tried with the Enrollment rules, but this only links a group to a course or LP. Than I thought I could choose a Group in the Menu setup (I did), but users in the group still get the Default Home page.What am I doing wrong?Thank you in advance for your help.

Docebo Gurus! We are new to Docebo are have a Management Development Program that runs for 4 Weeks, each week we run 4-5 different sessions on different leadership topics in the ILT format.Participants are required to complete some pre and post handbook work, delivery is traditionally in teams using a PowerPoint Presentation to keep the schedule.We have reviewed a range of resources in Knowledge Base and can’t put our finger on how to best build this solution.Should we create an Individual Course for each topic, with the training materials within and include in a Learning Plan? Or Should we create 1 x Course, and have folders with all separate sessions within?Looking at the best way to do this from a Learning Plan / Course from other active Users as Support keeps sending us back to Knowledge bank..

Hi all.I’ve already created a ticket but I’m curious if there are any workarounds...I’ve got a colleague in China who brought to my attention that the GoLearn app is having issues with users in his region. The iOS app apparently is not working at all, & the Android is not much better.Has anyone else in that region seen the same issue, & if so, have you come up with any suitable workarounds?Cheers,Nate

Hello!I am building my organization’s onboarding. Does anyone have any best practices for how to include a link to another website as a training materials? I currently have it as HTML to open in a new window but it’s not ideal for the user.  

We have recently updated our “User enrolled in course” notification to go out 1 hour after the event so that notifications that are being sent across domains contain accurate course links. In making this change, we have possibly come across another issue when it comes to enrollment and unenrollment notifications. I tested two different types of enrollments today and received different outcomes - please see below:I enrolled myself in a course and then unenrolled myself after a couple of minutes I received the “you have been unenrolled” notification right away (which worked correctly) But I did not receive the “you have been enrolled” notification an hour later, or at all for that matter I also enrolled myself in a course but did not unenroll myself from it at all I received the “you have been enrolled” notification about an hour later It does seem like getting une

Hello- new to Docebo and tackled ILT Training right out the gate (definitely do not recommend this LOL).We are hosting bi-weekly, required sales training calls for the remainder of the year. We set the course and made sessions/events for each call with the assigned specific topic. Ideally would like to pull analytics from each session (attendance, completion status, training material, tests, surveys, etc.) to report to stakeholders. It has become more difficult than anticipated, looking for help/feedback. Under the Course, Properties, and Completion Rules there are two choices: At least one completed Session: If we pick this one, the entire course is shown as “compete” after only one session? (doesn't help with reporting) % of completed Sessions: With this one, we do not see “completion” status until the end of the year once all sessions are completed? (also doesn't help with reporting)Do we need Learning Impact to show

Hello All,I know I’ve asked this in the past. I needed to pivot to a different initiative. Now that I’m back working on this I’m trying to get up to speed.I’ve been getting errors trying to import an event. Our company has expanded so much that creating sessions and events manually has become a arduous task. I was able to create session via a csv which was very promising. However, I’ve been stuck on trying to add an event to a session via csv. I’m uploading in the correct place.And I don’t mind making templates for future imports. Clearly something is out of whack with this import sheet. At first I was getting errors with the date column. Then the time column. After those columns were fixed I get an error “can’t process file”. Is there a bug with the importing? If there is a correct format why doesn’t Docebo publish it? If someone else experienced the same issue how did you overcome it?I downloaded the template file in the Docebo import events sect

Hi, all. I’m currently working on an unpublished duplicate page of our homepage. I have added a html/WYSIWYG widget to the page that has simple text and some custom CSS that I’ve added to the appropriate custom style area in our Docebo instance. I searched the page’s code via inspect elements and found the proper id to use as a selector in the CSS, and the new widget appears correctly on the page.However….The widget seems to be appearing twice -- almost like it’s stacked on top of one another.This is what’s rendered on the pageThis is the custom CSS code

Hi EveryoneI would like to activate the Learning Impact App.  However, when I select Add New Apps and search for Learning Impact there are no results.  Also when I have browsed each of the tabs Learning Impact is not listed.Any ideas?

Hi folks. I keep getting ‘Ajax error’ notifications whenever I try to run a report via Course>Reports>Training Material Statistics. I’ve already submitted a ticket, currently waiting on some resolution. But in the meantime, does anyone have a workaround?I’m guessing no, I don’t think there’s anywhere else you can get this info, but a PowerUser is asking for some guidance here & I’m not really sure what else i can do but ask.Regards,Nate

Currently testing how to make it “easier” to create ILT sessions/events in bulk. We have encounter a couple of issues, especially on how to add multiple instructors to a session/event. I found a post talking about it, but not actually showing the format that needs to be followed.Also, has anybody found a better way to manage ILT session scheduling, as the UI from Docebo really is cumbersome to work with for mass scheduling? I was thinking on building a Macro in excel with our pre-built parameters, to ease the work of our admins.  

Our team uses extended enterprise to deliver training to external business partners. We want to give our field team the ability to log in to our partner domain, so they can deliver system demos when they are onsite with our partners. The challenge is that our field team all have internal accounts and can only see the internal domain. I was thinking about giving our field team power user access as a means to impersonate our partners and access the partner domain. Our field team is all in a single group. I was hoping to assign this group power user access, but it appears you can only assign power users on an individual basis. Can someone confirm?Alternatively, can someone recommend another solution here? 

Hi There, I’m curious if it is possible to set up my ideal calendar invitation scenario for optional ILT course enrollment.  It is as follows:User selects and enrolls in ILT session/event they would like to take Enrollment email is received Google calendar invitation for ILT is automatically added to their gcal with status=accepted LMS Admin can see gcal invite and all accepted users and course information in one invitation (appears as if set up from calendar application)  Gcal Invite contains course description and link to Docebo where zoom link can be joined, if virtual. If User rejects gcal invite at any point, they are unenrolled in the course Next user at the top of the waitlist is enrolled in the course (begin step 1 for them)How can this be achieved in Docebo?  Thanks for your help and advice!-Galen

Hi! I have set up the file repository for some courses to allow staff to upload documents or link URLS to contribute to the topic. Is there a report I can run to see what is in a file repository for courses? Ideally who or at least when it was uploaded or linked? I didn’t see that as an option in the export courses data but maybe I missed it. Thank you.

We have just started our renew certification cycle and finding a lot of our colleagues are completing the learning and when they have finished they are then reclicking on renew certification that then resets the learning back to the original renewal date.   There is a pop up box but the wording isn’t clear it asks do you want to proceed, and people are thinking yes I want to renew and so they are clicking on renew which then resets the learning back to the original renewal date. How can we stop this from happening? 

I am having trouble with figuring out how or what to set someone's enrolment status as in order to enable them to enrol on a new session/event.They were absent from a session/event which has been marked as absent by the instructor - however without disenrolling them I am struggling to be able to see what status I need to choose for them to be able to go ahead and select a new date from the course?I need them to remain on the previous session as absent really so we are able to report on absentees.Does anyone have any ideas on how I might go about this?TIA

Hello everyone, I'm wondering if there's a way to embed dynamic components in courses that adjust based on the user accessing the course. As a software company, we're keen on allowing students to launch their personalized virtual machines from within the course to access our software. While we've figured out how to create the component, we're now investigating how to retrieve the user ID using Docebo's API. Any advice on accomplishing this and where to place the component within the course structure would be much appreciated!

Hello all, I understand this has been an issue for some in the past, but while we investigate with Docebo via helpdesk ticket would anybody be able to provide some insight on this issue?We have imported a few LinkedIn learning courses into our sandbox for testing in preparation for a Q2 LinkedIn project, but we’re struggling with courses not completing. • We assign the course, then access it as normal.• This changes the course status from Not Started to In Progress as intended.• We are taken to the LinkedIn learning site to complete the AICC training materials.• Upon completion in LinkedIn, nothing seems to trigger the course completion on the Docebo end.The course does not register as complete and upon examining the AICC training material under the REPORTS tab we see that it is still in a Not Started status. It doesn’t change to In Progress let alone Completed.I looked at a few other threads here and it

I use the same thumbnail for around 1,000 videos, if this thumbnail is deleted by accident(very easy to do, one click) it deletes it everywhere it is used. How does the community feel about Docebo adding in a confirmation for this? (Are you sure? yes/no)  Really a scary thing that will cause hours of work.
